In 2015 I had a 5 year old dog that had lupus and needed to be put down. This staff took us in with open arms and took care of my baby with out any hesitation. They were so kind and gentle it was a very hard day and they made it very personal and comforting for us. Thank you over and over for being kind to the situation. Recently I stopped in with a baby kitten I got and was greeted with the same kind, nice staff and helpful advice. I'm returning this week with the baby kitten for first shots. It would be impossible for me to say anything less than top performance for this crew .... we drive from Portland to see this vet... or actually ANY of the vets OR staff.....have ALWAYS been supportive, professional, efficient, kind, and even Mac the dog loves THEM despite he may get a shot or something while there. Most recently, they let us in without an appt since the dog exhibited some serious symptoms....on a saturday and they were short staffed. I recomend this animal clinic to anyone who truly loves their pets. Just a couple days ago we had to make the most saddest choice ever to put our big boy Buddy down . He was the most loveable, loyal German Shepard lab mix we have ever had. He was striken by cancer throughout his body and was unable to move so the vet came to the house to take him out of his misery. She was absolutely the greatest vet I have ever met. She was very comforting and as gentle as can be to make our boy and us feel at ease about him going off to his resting place. They are truly a great vet to have your pets go to. Ive been going here with my animals for 20 yrs. Ive never had any kind of problems, they are very accommodating. Last week I had the sad decision of putting my chocolate lab down at age 12. They came to the house to do it as stress free for the dog as possible. The two ladies were very compassionate and respectful of the moment. I take my Chihuahua here often for nail trims .......they are always on time, friendly and do a good job with her. I take her here for all her vet needs. They are consistently on time and always helpful and thorough. I had to make an emergency call on a weekend once, and they called me back within minutes. I was impressed with that. The vet explained to me that it wasn't an emergency yet, and told me what to watch for. Everything turned out fine, it was great to have the reassurance and help from them on weekend. Read Less

When we first moved here in 2013 our senior dog had emergency surgery in Salem and then his recovery care at Silver Creek Animal Clinic. Since our first visit Silver Creek has been the best care for all of our animals. From farm visits with our horses to office visits with our dogs,we have had the best customer service and the best vets we could ever wish for!!! Our horse had a wort issue for years with no help from our vets in California but Dr. Stewart fixed our mare up in a few months. Dr. Bate has been so incredible with both our dogs and our horses and all their senior care. We feel we have hit the jackpot with the best vets around.
