Beware of Bit*$y office staff and hidden fees. I love the doctors we saw there. Always informative and great with my pets. The office staff (one lady) is a force of snottiness to work with. They took my cat in as she suggested to keep it all day because they did not have an opening, without quoting me a $14.99 free for it. I could have waited to have my cat seen if I knew about the fee, I was never quoted this. Then I was informed that it is what they do because it cost to clean the beds. Again, she said to leave him because THEY didn't have an opening. NO 14.99 is not anything in the world of money but the fact I HAD to leave them because they didn't have an appt opening, you think they would have quoted me that cost. BEWARE OF ALL CHARGES BEFORE YOU GO IN. One of the best vets you will find ever. Dedicated, caring, professional as well as experienced with a real sense of connection to you and your pets needs. My Australian shepherd is an anxious pet but Dr. Sanders and her staff are respectful and gentle and we have always been extremely pleased with the performance and outcome. Dr. Sanders said my dogs life numerous times, dealing with salmon poisoning, rat poisening, pneumonia, tumor and accurate diagnosis of a very rare disease. The staff is incredible and well informed. I brought a cat in that adopted us over the winter. They were so nice and treated my new member of the family with respect and kindness. Dr. Sanders and all the staff is amazing. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. My little one has seizers and they are all so knowledgeable with what to do. Keri Sanders is the best Vet any of my dogs have ever had! She is an extremely quick thinker, and won't stop until she knows what's going on with your pet. She truly has compassion and cares for animals, you can tell just by the way she looks at them. She is great at making sure you understand what she says, and listens to you when describing what your animal is displaying. The rest of her team are great also and good with my Sadie. This week has been hard but today I was blessed. I found out today that my pup Jack does not have cancer and will make a full recover. He is really sick but it's making slow progress and is at home. My little girl Tootsie Rose decided she has to mark the bathroom &/or hallway, we went through a lot of options, with her recommendation, we tried 'Cat Attact' litter, that was the problem, Tootsie took a dislike to Integrity litter. Of all the Vets I've had in my life for all my puppies and grown up dogs I have never had a vet that cared and the staff that work so hard to take care of our animals. They obviously care very much about what they do for their little pets. We even adopted one that they kept in their Clinic because he was too old and a shelter would have put him to sleep and we've had years of fun with him watching him grow and be happy and learn to the be unafraid. Keri Sanders is a walking encyclopedia who knows how to explain in English that we can understand, and also has a heart of gold. Her prices are more than fair, and I sometimes feel like I want to leave her more! The staff is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. She will even do a house call for a reasonable fee.
