I wholeheartedly agree with the reviewer who pleaded with you to go elsewhere for your vet care. Here's my story: I purchased a HalfPricePortland deal for an exam for our cat. She's current on her shots and needed a kitty physical, and she also likely has a UTI. We had thought that the irregular peeing was coming from a stray that had adopted us and just discovered that it's our female cat, so I wanted to get her in fairly quickly and get her out of her discomfort. But despite the fact that their system was fully capable of using the confirmation number on the email that I received, MPVH would not see her and honor the certificate confirmation number to "zero the bill" from their system. The only reason I know that this is possible is because my sister has trained clinics on the very system they use! They said that they would need to see her for "follow-up care" and "likely at least a few visits" to make sure that it wasn't behavioral and to run a panel of blood work. We've had her for seven years! I know my cat and know how she responds and this is totally out of her norm. Please, find a vet who cares about treating animals and not one that just wants to find a new customer to suck from. Read Less
