I have used Dr Saunders and Willamette Valley Equine for many years. They have always provided excellent care and great fallow up. In particular Dr Saunders spent countless hours researching and examining an injury on my horse that ended up requiring an MRI which she scheduled and got my insurance agency to cover. I have recently imported a horse from Europe and Dr Saunders helped with the vetting by reviewing X-rays and fallowing up with the vet in Holland. She also gave me advice and guidance through the process. I would highly  recommend them. Read Less

While I cannot speak to the veterinary service or skill of these folks, I can say that their accounting practices are a *nightmare* and as such I would avoid them. They billed our debit card for an agreed upon amount of the balance we owed (the amount was highly suspect, but whatever) which was fine. Then, two months later, out of a clear blue sky, with no authorization whatsoever, they billed the same card on the same day for progressively larger amounts until the card was declined. First $60, then $80, then $100, then $150, etc. When we called to protest the basically told us there was nothing we could do about it. (I disputed the charges and eventually had them reversed, but what a pain.) We then established a payment plan to pay off our balance, x amount on x day of the month, which they proceeded to completely ignore and billed random amounts on random days.Upon further investigation we found no shortage of other people who had very similar experiences with the billing end of this operation. Their practices are haphazard bordering on fraudulent. If you do use them, pay with a check or money order. Do not give these jokers a credit card number under any circumstances. Read Less
