If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They treat you apparently according to their opinion of your Station in Society. Rude and Judgmental. You can see the scorn in the eyes of the front office people. When I took my dog in to get updated shots, a Rabies shot was given and then not recorded. I paid for it twice in order to license him. This is the worst vet office I've ever experienced. We've been a pet family for many years and have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and uncaring staff in a vet clinic. I would recommend ANY vet in the Wilsonville area above this one. Read Less

Diagnosed our dog with mites without doing a scrape test. Told us we had to buy the flea/mite treatment (which they push every time). Took her to another vet for a second opinion and she had no mites and instead was allergic to her food. We used to go here a few years ago and absolutely loved them. The past 3 times we've gone in for things, they've either brushed off the problem or our dog was misdiagnosed. Sad seeing the care and quality decline.. Read Less

We received great service for both our cats. One was a stray that came to us and we took him in. They took very care of him with the right shots and neutering. He was happy when he went in and just as happy when he came out. Our other kitty had an episode with a dog or coyote. She was in a lot of pain and hurt very badly. She had to stay over night and have surgery. The vet fixed her right up and treated her infected wounds. They gave us great at home instructions and we had good follow up visits. The vet that took care of her loves dogs but was very nice to our kitty. we were treated nicely as customers. No complaint here. Read Less

We took our first kitten here and got him neutered, he already had fleas because he was an outdoor birth and raised kitten so we expected they would take care of that with topical flea treatment and they did. We were satisfied they did a good job so brought our next kitten to get spayed. That part went well but they said they discovered fleas on her. She had never had fleas since both were now indoor and we got our new kitten from a very controlled environment. We haven't seen a single flea appearance in over a year and she never had fleas in the 5 months we owned her prior to now. It's pretty obvious if she has fleas she got them from this place. I'm very leary of bringing our cats back since it's clear they don't clean their kennels well and their process of taking care of fleas in their own business isn't first priority nor is protecting their patient pets from getting them. They are loving and caring and seemed to take good care of our pets which is why they get 3 stars but fail in this important aspect. Fleas are inexcusable. Read Less

Okay, this is ridiculous. This place is great. I've had 2 dogs neutered and 2 dogs spayed here with absolutely no complications. You know what that tells me? People aren't following post-op instructions. Keep your dogs calm, don't let them jump, etc. I take all of my dogs here and so does my family and we've received nothing but the best care. I've never met anyone who was unfriendly (stop being so sensitive!). Maybe they didn't want to be my best friend but they were not unkind or uncourteous. I have a 5 lb terrier mix who always seems to have issues and they've done nothing but taken great care of her. I also call and make same day appointments all the time and they always squeeze her in when it's urgent. As for follow up phone calls, are you kidding me dude, it's a vet clinic and you're an adult, get your crap together. I'm off to the vet so this will be then end of my rant. I would highly recommend this place they have great service at an extremely affordable price. Read Less
