After being a client for about 20 years, I'm finally done with this disaster of a place. We have always used our wells Fargo card when taking our animals to the vet. Today I take my 20 year old cat there because she could barely walk. They did x Ray's, took a lot of bloodwork. We go to pay and then we are informed that they are no longer accepting this payment. No notice to their clients, nothing. Sue says but they took the sign off the door like I make it a habit of driving up to my vet to look at their door. I'm currently battle a cancer diagnosis and cash is not our friend. this was our only form of payment. they agreed to bill. I get home find a vet that takes wells fargo and set up the follow up that was requested. I call them back to have the records transferred so we could continue care. Sue tells me that now they wont process the bloodwork without upfront payment. The only thing that changed was me transferring care to a place that took the only card I have to take care of my animals. So because of this poorly run business could not keep their clients informed, my cat suffers. Sue was rude, talked over me and my husband on multiple calls, could not even begin to understand where we were coming from and kept to her, "well we removed it from the door" excuse. Almost 500 bill and for what? They aren't following through on anything and only did an xray. I've recommended them to everyone I know. Over the years, the regular staff left and these newer people are just miserable. It's with a heavy heart that I break ties with the only vet my pets have known. I just expect a business to inform clients of major changes. They send out reminder cards, why not an update to this huge change? What would have happened if I had to put my cat down and then found this out? Would they have held my dead cat hostage? My animals will now be taken care of at orefield veterinary. Hopefully they have good business practices for their clients and a better, more compassionate staff.

I adopted my first dog a few months ago and was very thankful to have found Allentown Animal Clinic for him. They were very kind to my little dude, and while he was visibly really nervous at his first appointment they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable, I didn't feel rushed at all even when my dog was not cooperating. When i was concerned about one of his stitches popping out, they saw me a few hours later and resolved the issues. When I told the vet I was a first time dog owner and she gave me a lot of materials to read as well as personal advice and things to look out for. I never felt like they were trying to pressure me into anything that my dog didn't need, and the staff is very friendly. I recently moved to New York so unfortunately this is not our main yet anymore. I used to think this place was pricey, but they seem pretty on par with the rest of the industry. Dog care isn't cheap and I guess it's not really supposed to be. Anyways, when I moved they sent me all his files so we could pick up right where we left off at our new vet. So thank you!

I have been going here for 14 years now with my dog. Their care and concern have always been top notch. Regular preventative care and vaccines are done every year. Their hours are great. There have been times when my dog has exhibited symptoms of being ill or in discomfort and we've been able to come over in the evening. Everyone working there has been great over the years. They really get to know their patients and remember them each time they come in. Definitely recommended.

If your pet is in healthy condition this is the perfect place to go they will gladly take your money! If you have a concern or an issue look somewhere else. We took both of our pets their for all of their care and when they were healthy it was no problem taking our money. Our dog now has giardia for the third time in a month. Never once were we given advice for how to treat it or the home. Just a call saying “it’s giardia pick up the meds.” Thanks Google for all of the tips o...n how to clean our home and what to do in the environment to try to prevent it from coming back. Our dog was physically seen for the initial visit for giardia and we were charged for the exam, but told “An exam is out of the question your dog is too hyper.” Obviously he’s a boxer, he has energy sick or not thanks again. After the second time, we were told “it’ll keep coming back until you get out of that environment” (knowing we were moving soon), again many thanks what do you tell people that can’t move?! Today, after calling and asking for an appointment for the third time of having giardia we were told he needs another exam and will not be treated until we pay the exam fee. We were told if we don’t like it go somewhere else, so somewhere else it was. Thanks for the recommendation to Karen’s Critter Care from friends. To top this all off when we requested to have our information faxed, we were hung up on. Stellar customer service here. Spend your money wisely somewhere else. See more

I had a very bad experience with this vet. I took my leopard gecko there because I believed she had a vitamin A deficiency. The vet tech was very rude and snotty and when the vet came in no one asked me to explain what was going on, how long it had been going on, etc.... He just started poking and prodding at her while almost completely ignoring my comments. The vet tech just grabbed her roughly and then started trying to pry her mouth open with a kitchen spatula! They were v...ery much know-it-all’s and gave me the impression that they didn’t know what they were doing, they obviously have never taken care of a leopard gecko before or they would have known how to properly open their mouths (which by the way can be done by lightly rubbing the sides of the mouth and NOT being pride open and having a kitchen spatula shoved in!) and eventually diagnosed it as what I thought, vitamin A deficiency. The bill came down $99 for just the visit and the vitamin shot. When I left to go into the waiting room I noticed that the vet tech had handled my baby to roughly that her mouth was bleeding, she had a bleeding cut on her elbow, a dime sized chunk peeled back from the side of her neck, and another cut on the other side of her neck. I will never go back and I will try my best to spread the word that these people are absolutely awful. The vet himself was decent and from what I saw he was very polite (if not very educated on the basic care of leopard geckos) but the rest of the staff were not. They have no compassion, manners, and they injured my animal in multiple places. In the end I got what I wanted but it was almost not even worth it because of the injuries she sustained WHILE BEING AT THE VET I wouldn’t even bring a cockroach to them. See more

After almost 4 years and hundreds (probably close to thousands) of dollars spent at Allentown Animal Clinic, I am so happy to be done with this business. Everytime I went there, there was always some type of issue. They never kept accurate records of when I purchased heartworm medication, so it was a battle trying to prove my dogs were always up to date. I never encountered a nice doctor who took time to make my dogs feel comfortable. They were always unenthused or so snippy, and will for sure make you feel like a bad pet owner. I think they have a high staff turnover, which is hard when my dog has anxiety and had to deal with a new tech each visit. My big dog was prescribed a pill by AAC to help with his anxiety for his visits. Throughout the almost four years I've been going with him, it was realized he does better by taking the pill 4-5ish hours before the office visit vs. the recommended two hours before. A couple months ago the tech of the day even agreed and recommended to continue this method. I guess she didn't write it on his chart because our last visit there the new tech of the day came into the waiting room to get us for his nail trim and refused to take him back because it had been longer than 2 hours since he had the pill. However, my dog hadn't showed any signs of aggression/anxiety during our wait so I was just dumbfounded. She confronted me in the waiting room, refusing to complete the services based on what she had read in his chart. I was extremely upset because my dog was clearly sedated, which I hate doing to begin with. It wasn't until after I went to the front desk to get the print outs on both my dogs so I could go elsewhere (which I have) when the tech came back and said she would do it. I was humiliated, angry and so upset, but let her do the trim and guess what, he was fine! I could go on and on because like I said, every visit there was an issue. Bottom line, take your beloved pets and money elsewhere.

I want to express our sincere appreciation to the personnel @ Allentown Animal Clinic. As in the past, your caring, consideration & knowledge is superior. Your personnel take the time to explain in detail what is happening and what to expect going forward. We even had a call back from Jenn (animal technician) to check on the status of the patient, Dapper. She took the time to review and answer my questions, making our experience not as traumatic prior to our initial appointment. Simply stated, they really care for your pet and the family members. Every member of their office staff is professional but more importantly--caring.

Also very affordable, other vets wanted to charge twice the price. It's worth the hour drive! Love it here!

The staff at Allentown Animal Clinic are so friendly, warm and inviting. I brought my bunny rabbit there for the first time for a well visit which went great; then the second time for the rabbit's neutering. Both times staff was helpful and best of all their prices are reasonable. I called around to three other vets in the area that provide services for rabbits and their fees were astronomical. Not only was Allentown Animal Clinic reasonable, the final fee was better than what was initially quoted. I will definitely be bringing my other pets to their clinic for care.

Lora Mengle is our veterinarian and she is amazing! Right from the start, you can see that she really cares about her patients. She explained everything to us step-by-step about pet€s health, etc. We are so happy we switched vets to come here! The clinic is an hour away from our home but worth the long drive. We first started using Allentown animal clinic when we adopted our first dog because she was seen at this location for severe mange when first brought to the shelter, so we figured we would keep taking her there for routine care. We recently brought a puppy into our home and at 9 weeks old and just 4 lbs, he contracted parvo. Having gone through this before, I was expecting another euthanasia.....that wasn't the case this time around. I can not thank each and every individual at the clinic for saving our puppies life. He would have not survived without your care. A million thank you's can't even begin to express our gratitude towards each and every one of you. Not just for your care, but also for the constant updates and comforting words from everyone, including the receptionists. Keep up your incredible work!!! We have definitely found a lifelong vet.

Let me start off by stating how much of a relief it is to find a vet that listens to you and tries to work with you. I have a chronically ill dog and in the past, most places wanted to shove steroids down my dogs throat and call it a day. Not here. I had an appointment with Dr. Dan last night, and he called me at noon today, to talk about my dogs blood work. Not only did he tell me what he found, but explained it as well. I have been to a lot of vets---trying to find the right one, and one who was willing to work with me. The idea of having my 3 year old dog on steroids for the rest of his life....wasn't ideal by any means! Dr. Dan is working with me and more importantly--my pup....to help him. I am very pleased with everyone I encountered last night. My dog is shy and nervous when he is at the vet. Everyone was gentle, caring, and took time to let my dog warm up. From the front desk receptionist, to the vet tech, to Dr. Dan...I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about them. Most places are always in a rush...get in, get out, pay bill. Again, not the case here. If you want the best care, for an affordable price...take your pets here!! YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for making Milo so comfortable last night.

I'm am so grateful for the wonderful people at AAC , they have saved my dogs life not once but twice. I have made mistakes as a pet parent thinking I was right not getting my girl spayed earlier in her life. I've learned the hard way that I was wrong. The staff at AAC have treated me with respect and not once was I ever made to feel bad about my decisions. Today my girl had surgery and as I sit here watching her sleep I can't help but feel so grateful for his wonderful group of people. My girl is 14 and they have helped my family be able to have our Emma around longer. We also use this practice for our animals at work. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just recently adopted a cat from the Lehigh county humane society and they gave me a card for a free wellness exam at the Allentown animal clinic I was going to take my cat where mom and I had taken our boys but its to far and I don't drive so a friend is offering to take me to the Allentown animal clinic I figured the exam was free and if I didn't like it I could find somewhere else we went in and the place felt very calm and the Secretary was so nice then when it was time to see the vet the assistant handled Grayson very well talking to him the entire time then dr Dan came and gave him a though exam and answered all my questions and handled him very well even when Grayson was getting anxious so I decided I'm going to keep going there I feel like he's in great hands

They call you back and really listen; give great advice and since Petie will have to be on a special diet being the picky eater he is..Bethany is mailing me multiple recipes I can make for him...so huge THANK YOU to the entire staff. I highly recommend you bring your pets here....I just want to hug all of them...I was worried sick over Petie and his liver issues..but now he's in great hands.

I have been taking my Fox Terrier to Allentown Animal clinic for 15 years plus. They have helped me in every area of his health care. The staff has been outstanding and have treated my dog with respect and kindness. I've been through a few doctors and would highly recommend each and everyone. They helped me make crucial decisions about his health care and spoke with me for as long as it took. Never rushed me or seemed disinterested. I give them 5 stars

Being out of town and staying with family, my dog had become ill and wanting to avoid the high costs of an emergency vet, I was hoping to find a vet that would take us quickly. I called Allentown Animal Clinic and they were so nice on the phone and got us in to an appointment within an hour and a half. The whole office is very friendly and the took the time to explain everything that was happening with my dog. She needed X-rays and the dr went over them in depth. They were kind and loving to my dog and was just a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet in the area. They were very reasonably priced as well.

I need to send a huge, huge thank you to the vets & techs at Allentown Animal Clinic! Our curious, lovable 14 month old Golder Retriever Winston decided to eat a small plastic baggie that was blowing in the wind while out playing ball yesterday in the fields. We called the bet and they took us in, gave him some medicine, and back up it came! Thankfully no surgery to have it removed! So if anyone out there is in search of a vet, please keep them in mind and give them a call. They come highly recommended!

I've been coming here with my 3 crazy dogs for over 5 years now and I just cant thank the doctors enough for everything they have helped me with. One is diabetic and elderly, the other one occasionally has seizures and the other is the probably the worst behaved dog on the planet. Appointments are always difficult because I usually bring in the better two, and save the third for another day. This year, I had to bring all 3 in to get updated on their shots because I was going to board them. Would you believe that the doctors and nurses actually came out to my car, and did the whole thing outside???!!! It was the BEST! I didn't have to bring them in and cause any more anxiety. Everyone who works there is so understanding and willing to work with you. And since I have 3 to care for, it can get really expensive so they always let me get set up on a payment plan so I only need half up front. That definitely helps, especially with how things are now. I keep telling all of my friends about this place and you should too.

I have a very dear friend who recently told me about this place, and how wonderful they've been to her ailing cat, so, in the market to change vets, I decided to give this place a try. As soon as I walked in, they acted as if they'd known me and my tabby for years. The warm welcome was an unexpected surprise. They took the time to go over everything and answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or as if there was a more important client waiting for the room. My dog is usually a nervous wreck at the vet, but for some reason, he was very comfortable with the technicians, doctors and even the receptionist who came out from behind the desk to say hello. I am very impressed with this clinic and will be bringing my mutt here for the remainder of his days.

I personally know a large number of people (including myself) that have taken their pets here for care and have ended up like me. Bled dry, their dog still having problems, and their staff not giving a damn about it. I tried to make a payment plan with them, but they had ridiculous terms. I guess that's their way of saying they offer a payment plan, even though they really don't. Who could afford their ""payment plan""? Ridiculous! Save your time, money and emotions, and go elsewhere.

I heard from a couple of friends who saw some of the reviews on here and I had to also give my 2cents. I buried my beloved cat about 3 months ago, due to the poor quality of care he received. The staff misdiagnosed his condition, gave him medicine he didn't need, and by the time I got my cat to another vet, it was already too late. Don't believe these people when they tell you their credentials - other than being a plain ole' vet, they are nothing. They are not orthopedic specialists, they are not specialized in anything other than being a regular vet. Their staff will lie through their teeth to tell you whatever you want to hear, no matter what. Take my advice and go elsewhere for care for your animals.

After being a client for about 20 years, I'm finally done with this disaster of a place. We have always used our wells Fargo card when taking our animals to the vet. Today I take my 20 year old cat there because she could barely walk. They did x Ray's, took a lot of bloodwork. We go to pay and then we are informed that they are no longer accepting this payment. No notice to their clients, nothing. Sue says but they took the sign off the door like I make it a habit of driving up to my vet to look at their door. I'm currently battle a cancer diagnosis and cash is not our friend. this was our only form of payment. they agreed to bill. I get home find a vet that takes wells fargo and set up the follow up that was requested. I call them back to have the records transferred so we could continue care. Sue tells me that now they wont process the bloodwork without upfront payment. The only thing that changed was me transferring care to a place that took the only card I have to take care of my animals. So because of this poorly run business could not keep their clients informed, my cat suffers. Sue was rude, talked over me and my husband on multiple calls, could not even begin to understand where we were coming from and kept to her, "well we removed it from the door" excuse. Almost 500 bill and for what? They aren't following through on anything and only did an xray. I've recommended them to everyone I know. Over the years, the regular staff left and these newer people are just miserable. It's with a heavy heart that I break ties with the only vet my pets have known. I just expect a business to inform clients of major changes. They send out reminder cards, why not an update to this huge change? What would have happened if I had to put my cat down and then found this out? Would they have held my dead cat hostage? My animals will now be taken care of at orefield veterinary. Hopefully they have good business practices for their clients and a better, more compassionate staff.

They were very kind to my little dude, and while he was visibly really nervous at his first appointment they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable, I didn't feel rushed at all even when my dog was not cooperating. When i was concerned about one of his stitches popping out, they saw me a few hours later and resolved the issues. When I told the vet I was a first time dog owner and she gave me a lot of materials to read as well as personal advice and things to look out for. I never felt like they were trying to pressure me into anything that my dog didn't need, and the staff is very friendly. I recently moved to New York so unfortunately this is not our main yet anymore. I used to think this place was pricey, but they seem pretty on par with the rest of the industry. Dog care isn't cheap and I guess it's not really supposed to be. Anyways, when I moved they sent me all his files so we could pick up right where we left off at our new vet. So thank you!

I have been going here for 14 years now with my dog. Their care and concern have always been top notch. Regular preventative care and vaccines are done every year. Their hours are great. There have been times when my dog has exhibited symptoms of being ill or in discomfort and we've been able to come over in the evening. Everyone working there has been great over the years. They really get to know their patients and remember them each time they come in. Definitely recommended.

We took both of our pets their for all of their care and when they were healthy it was no problem taking our money. Our dog now has giardia for the third time in a month. Never once were we given advice for how to treat it or the home. Just a call saying “it’s giardia pick up the meds.” Thanks Google for all of the tips o...n how to clean our home and what to do in the environment to try to prevent it from coming back. Our dog was physically seen for the initial visit for giardia and we were charged for the exam, but told “An exam is out of the question your dog is too hyper.” Obviously he’s a boxer, he has energy sick or not thanks again. After the second time, we were told “it’ll keep coming back until you get out of that environment” (knowing we were moving soon), again many thanks what do you tell people that can’t move?! Today, after calling and asking for an appointment for the third time of having giardia we were told he needs another exam and will not be treated until we pay the exam fee. We were told if we don’t like it go somewhere else, so somewhere else it was. Thanks for the recommendation to Karen’s Critter Care from friends. To top this all off when we requested to have our information faxed, we were hung up on. Stellar customer service here. Spend your money wisely somewhere else. See more

I had a very bad experience with this vet. I took my leopard gecko there because I believed she had a vitamin A deficiency. The vet tech was very rude and snotty and when the vet came in no one asked me to explain what was going on, how long it had been going on, etc.... He just started poking and prodding at her while almost completely ignoring my comments. The vet tech just grabbed her roughly and then started trying to pry her mouth open with a kitchen spatula! They were v...ery much know-it-all’s and gave me the impression that they didn’t know what they were doing, they obviously have never taken care of a leopard gecko before or they would have known how to properly open their mouths (which by the way can be done by lightly rubbing the sides of the mouth and NOT being pride open and having a kitchen spatula shoved in!) and eventually diagnosed it as what I thought, vitamin A deficiency. The bill came down $99 for just the visit and the vitamin shot. When I left to go into the waiting room I noticed that the vet tech had handled my baby to roughly that her mouth was bleeding, she had a bleeding cut on her elbow, a dime sized chunk peeled back from the side of her neck, and another cut on the other side of her neck. I will never go back and I will try my best to spread the word that these people are absolutely awful. The vet himself was decent and from what I saw he was very polite (if not very educated on the basic care of leopard geckos) but the rest of the staff were not. They have no compassion, manners, and they injured my animal in multiple places. In the end I got what I wanted but it was almost not even worth it because of the injuries she sustained WHILE BEING AT THE VET I wouldn’t even bring a cockroach to them. See more

After almost 4 years and hundreds (probably close to thousands) of dollars spent at Allentown Animal Clinic, I am so happy to be done with this business. Everytime I went there, there was always some type of issue. They never kept accurate records of when I purchased heartworm medication, so it was a battle trying to prove my dogs were always up to date. I never encountered a nice doctor who took time to make my dogs feel comfortable. They were always unenthused or so snippy, and will for sure make you feel like a bad pet owner. I think they have a high staff turnover, which is hard when my dog has anxiety and had to deal with a new tech each visit. My big dog was prescribed a pill by AAC to help with his anxiety for his visits. Throughout the almost four years I've been going with him, it was realized he does better by taking the pill 4-5ish hours before the office visit vs. the recommended two hours before. A couple months ago the tech of the day even agreed and recommended to continue this method. I guess she didn't write it on his chart because our last visit there the new tech of the day came into the waiting room to get us for his nail trim and refused to take him back because it had been longer than 2 hours since he had the pill. However, my dog hadn't showed any signs of aggression/anxiety during our wait so I was just dumbfounded. She confronted me in the waiting room, refusing to complete the services based on what she had read in his chart. I was extremely upset because my dog was clearly sedated, which I hate doing to begin with. It wasn't until after I went to the front desk to get the print outs on both my dogs so I could go elsewhere (which I have) when the tech came back and said she would do it. I was humiliated, angry and so upset, but let her do the trim and guess what, he was fine! I could go on and on because like I said, every visit there was an issue. Bottom line, take your beloved pets and money elsewhere.

Your personnel take the time to explain in detail what is happening and what to expect going forward. We even had a call back from Jenn (animal technician) to check on the status of the patient, Dapper. She took the time to review and answer my questions, making our experience not as traumatic prior to our initial appointment. Simply stated, they really care for your pet and the family members. Every member of their office staff is professional but more importantly--caring.

The staff at Allentown Animal Clinic are so friendly, warm and inviting. I brought my bunny rabbit there for the first time for a well visit which went great; then the second time for the rabbit's neutering. Both times staff was helpful and best of all their prices are reasonable. I called around to three other vets in the area that provide services for rabbits and their fees were astronomical. Not only was Allentown Animal Clinic reasonable, the final fee was better than what was initially quoted. I will definitely be bringing my other pets to their clinic for care.

Lora Mengle is our veterinarian and she is amazing! Right from the start, you can see that she really cares about her patients. She explained everything to us step-by-step about pet€s health, etc. We are so happy we switched vets to come here! The clinic is an hour away from our home but worth the long drive. We first started using Allentown animal clinic when we adopted our first dog because she was seen at this location for severe mange when first brought to the shelter, so we figured we would keep taking her there for routine care. We recently brought a puppy into our home and at 9 weeks old and just 4 lbs, he contracted parvo. Having gone through this before, I was expecting another euthanasia.....that wasn't the case this time around. I can not thank each and every individual at the clinic for saving our puppies life. He would have not survived without your care. A million thank you's can't even begin to express our gratitude towards each and every one of you. Not just for your care, but also for the constant updates and comforting words from everyone, including the receptionists. Keep up your incredible work!!! We have definitely found a lifelong vet.

Let me start off by stating how much of a relief it is to find a vet that listens to you and tries to work with you. I have a chronically ill dog and in the past, most places wanted to shove steroids down my dogs throat and call it a day. Not here. I had an appointment with Dr. Dan last night, and he called me at noon today, to talk about my dogs blood work. Not only did he tell me what he found, but explained it as well. I have been to a lot of vets---trying to find the right one, and one who was willing to work with me. The idea of having my 3 year old dog on steroids for the rest of his life....wasn't ideal by any means! Dr. Dan is working with me and more importantly--my pup....to help him. I am very pleased with everyone I encountered last night. My dog is shy and nervous when he is at the vet. Everyone was gentle, caring, and took time to let my dog warm up. From the front desk receptionist, to the vet tech, to Dr. Dan...I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about them. Most places are always in a rush...get in, get out, pay bill. Again, not the case here. If you want the best care, for an affordable price...take your pets here!! YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for making Milo so comfortable last night.

I have made mistakes as a pet parent thinking I was right not getting my girl spayed earlier in her life. I've learned the hard way that I was wrong. The staff at AAC have treated me with respect and not once was I ever made to feel bad about my decisions. Today my girl had surgery and as I sit here watching her sleep I can't help but feel so grateful for his wonderful group of people. My girl is 14 and they have helped my family be able to have our Emma around longer. We also use this practice for our animals at work. I will never go anywhere else. Being out of town and staying with family, my dog had become ill and wanting to avoid the high costs of an emergency vet, I was hoping to find a vet that would take us quickly. I called Allentown Animal Clinic and they were so nice on the phone and got us in to an appointment within an hour and a half. The whole office is very friendly and the took the time to explain everything that was happening with my dog. She needed X-rays and the dr went over them in depth. They were kind and loving to my dog and was just a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet in the area. They were very reasonably priced as well.

Our curious, lovable 14 month old Golder Retriever Winston decided to eat a small plastic baggie that was blowing in the wind while out playing ball yesterday in the fields. We called the bet and they took us in, gave him some medicine, and back up it came! Thankfully no surgery to have it removed! I would highly recommend Allentown Animal Clinic to anyone who loves their pets. They saved my little chihuahua's life when he was a puppy. I trust them with both of my chihuahuas. The entire staff are wonderful. Always very caring and courteous. I wouldn't trust my boys to anyone else.

I've been coming here with my 3 crazy dogs for over 5 years now and I just cant thank the doctors enough for everything they have helped me with. One is diabetic and elderly, the other one occasionally has seizures and the other is the probably the worst behaved dog on the planet. Appointments are always difficult because I usually bring in the better two, and save the third for another day. This year, I had to bring all 3 in to get updated on their shots because I was going to board them. Would you believe that the doctors and nurses actually came out to my car, and did the whole thing outside???!!! It was the BEST! I didn't have to bring them in and cause any more anxiety. Everyone who works there is so understanding and willing to work with you. And since I have 3 to care for, it can get really expensive so they always let me get set up on a payment plan so I only need half up front. That definitely helps, especially with how things are now. I keep telling all of my friends about this place and you should too.

I have a very dear friend who recently told me about this place, and how wonderful they've been to her ailing cat, so, in the market to change vets, I decided to give this place a try. As soon as I walked in, they acted as if they'd known me and my tabby for years. The warm welcome was an unexpected surprise. They took the time to go over everything and answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or as if there was a more important client waiting for the room. My dog is usually a nervous wreck at the vet, but for some reason, he was very comfortable with the technicians, doctors and even the receptionist who came out from behind the desk to say hello. I am very impressed with this clinic and will be bringing my mutt here for the remainder of his days.

The statements about these vets credentials are false, their fees are high, their quality of care is low. I personally know a large number of people (including myself) that have taken their pets here...

I personally know a large number of people (including myself) that have taken their pets here for care and have ended up like me. Bled dry, their dog still having problems, and their staff not giving a damn about it. I tried to make a payment plan with them, but they had ridiculous terms. I guess that's their way of saying they offer a payment plan, even though they really don't. Who could afford their ""payment plan""? Ridiculous! Save your time, money and emotions, and go elsewhere.

I heard from a couple of friends who saw some of the reviews on here and I had to also give my 2cents. I buried my beloved cat about 3 months ago, due to the poor quality of care he received. The staff misdiagnosed his condition, gave him medicine he didn't need, and by the time I got my cat to another vet, it was already too late. Don't believe these people when they tell you their credentials - other than being a plain ole' vet, they are nothing. They are not orthopedic specialists, they are not specialized in anything other than being a regular vet. Their staff will lie through their teeth to tell you whatever you want to hear, no matter what. Take my advice and go elsewhere for care for your animals.
