They are totally incompetent.
They try to show they know what is wrong with your Pet.
However, If you go to the internet and put your pet symptom , you will get better diagnoses than the so called big DOCTOR in that facility.
they insert in every bill additional charges for Doctor consultations and you wind up with hundreds of dollars as a final bill.
If you ask them what is wrong with my pet.
They reply:
"We do not know yet !! you have to run more test".
At the end your bill is hundreds of dollars.

I have always had positive experiences and decent service in the past. Dr. Gregory was very good with my German Shepherd. I had a different veterinarian who did not have a great "bedside manner" and bordered on downright rude. I will be going elsewhere for now on.

I can't thank the doctors and staff enough for helping to "save" our Maggie in her need of help while we were away on vacation. It's heart wrenching to have to go through anything like this when you're home but even moreso when you are away. (Our friend who was watching our cat knew something was wrong with Maggie and we asked her to take her to LVAH.) The doctors and staff were easy to communicate with and after spending several days in the hospital came home! Thank you so very much!

Dr Ferrari was the most unprofessional, arrogant vet I've ever met. Completely distressed my dog and then had the nerve to tell me Rottweilers are overly aggressive dogs in the middle of the waiting room. When I argued with that he laughed at me and made a condescending remark. Will never go back again and I don't understand why someone like that, who clearly has a bias toward certain dog breeds, would be a practicing vet. Absolutely awful.

last year we had to take our beautiful cat for an emergency visit, to a vet i will not name, that sent home our fur baby home in horrible pain. and told us not to come back for month. about 3 days later we took her here. they gave her emergency surgery to pull her teeth and a certificate for her bravery. i can't thank the vet and staff enough for saving our baby's life. she is healthy and happy. the entire staff was warm patient. we are grateful everyday that our girl is still with us and grateful for the wonderful staff here. thank you

Came here for 16 years. They always follow up after a situation (stititches, illness). Sensitive to your needs and give you time with your baby in their final moments. Will use them for my rescue!

I can't thank the doctors and staff enough for helping to "save" our Maggie in her need of help while we were away on vacation. It's heart wrenching to have to go through anything like this when you're home but even moreso when you are away. (Our friend who was watching our cat knew something was wrong with Maggie and we asked her to take her to LVAH.) The doctors and staff were easy to communicate with and after spending several days in the hospital came home! Thank you so very much!

Dr Ferrari was the most unprofessional, arrogant vet I've ever met. Completely distressed my dog and then had the nerve to tell me Rottweilers are overly aggressive dogs in the middle of the waiting room. When I argued with that he laughed at me and made a condescending remark.
