Been going there since I moved to PA. Dr. Banzkof and Dr Abby, his daughter, are fantastic! He and his staff are brilliant. They are courteous and patient. They take in small animals as well. They have a kennel and a small shop for all your animal's needs. They also have four satellite offices located in the Valley.

In the past 2 years this business has disappointed us consistently. At this specific office you can never get a receipt because they will tell you the printer is broken. Constantly late, forgetting me...
In the past 2 years this business has disappointed us consistently. At this specific office you can never get a receipt because they will tell you the printer is broken. Constantly late, forgetting meds., and double charging (hence wanting the receipt). There customer care when you call in is poor and nobody has any answers to simple questions. Once thought my large breed dog was a cat and almost gave wrong medicine. Argued with me about picking up my own pets' medical records so we could go to a different vet.

Worse experience ever, they purposely go out of their way to run up a bill. They don't return calls,have long waits for appointments. I don't think they care anymore...

Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.
I also noticed they took down all the negative reviews. So, just be warned the star rating is false.

I have to admit that they helped my daughters cat,the over all review is one star is because, if you are on a fixed income, or don't make a lot of money, like my daughter, they don't help you in anyway. They don't care, they just want their money and if you can't pay them up front, they keep your animal and keep charging you board for the animal.

Run don't walk away from this poorly run rip-off of a veterinary hospital. If you love your animal(s), do NOT take them here. I don't even want to get into the horror story of my dog's operation and misdiagnosis as well as the insane wait time and incredible incompetence of the office staff. Plus the thousands of dollars I was over charged with unnecessary tests...I am simply livid.

Our appointment was at 9:00 AM, but the doctor was late so we didn't get to see him until 9:40 AM, which made me late for work. The office was small, in what used to be a house, however, it was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and the doctor seemed knowledgeable. This review is for the location on Union Blvd in Allentown.

I have nothing but raves about Dr. B and his staff as they are fabulous. They are all loving and conscientious. My sweet little dog, Lucy, had to have surgery, and they made sure I was updated throughout the day. I knew she was safe in very capable hands. They are a fabulous Veterinary Clinic, and I would not go anywhere else.

Vaccinations: Went today with my Labrador/Golden retriever mix. They are very inexpensive and awfully polite. My dog and I were seen with very minimal wait time and out in less than 40 minutes. My dog even got his nails trimmed for free. The vet was very polite and professional. Very good 1st impression especially since we are from Texas. We will be back for sure.

In the past 2 years this business has disappointed us consistently. At this specific office you can never get a receipt because they will tell you the printer is broken. They don't care, they just want their money and if you can't pay them up front, they keep your animal and keep charging you board for the animal.
