We took our 7 month old puppy Luna in to get spayed and she died during the procedure. Ms. Hatchett confirmed that our dog was in good health but was unable to detail how she died, other than that her heart had stopped. If this wasn't a traumatic enough event in itself, we were given a bill for $367 for our dog that was returned to us as ashes.

At first I really liked both the staff and Dr Hatchett. They neutered my last pup via LVHS for 96 dollars.(voucher). We bought a new pup and asked the price without a voucher. 498.00.. without a chip. When asked they had no reply. Big difference in the cost. He will not be going back there again. I bought the 96 dollar voucher and he is just fine..,... No additional cost all though they offered many for additional costs.

Dr Hatchett was my very first vet. She was so gracious when she had to put my first cat down. I was just a kid but she made such a lasting impression on my whole family. Now I just recently rescued a dog and apparently I have come full circle and faced to face with Dr Hatchett once again. We both started out near Danilesville and now we’ve ended up down the street from each other near trexlertown. I’m thinking it’s fate. Not to mention I had an extreme rescue case that needed a ton of attention. The entire staff offered my baby more love and attention that I could ever ask for! They love it when we stop in and my dog actually LOVES going there! I’ve never had an animal enjoy a vet visit so this tells me a lot! I always say...trust your pet cause they are better in tune with their instincts then we could ever imagine!

Very disappointed with this vet! I have been looking for a good vet for my pups and thought I found one, the 5 star reviews looked great , but apparently they are inaccurate! Took my 8 year old girl there to get spade, which is not cheap by any means, and they manage to overdose her on her pain meds because there is no communication there and the Dr and nurse both administered it to her. They tell me she has to get bloodwork to check her out and had to give her other med because of it, but they reassure me I won't be charged for the extra stuff they have to do for there error, how nice of them. So I pick her up and have her sent out not getting to speak to the Dr about the situation, they don't in any way make me feel any better about it or offer anything. Then after her two weeks I take her back for her stitches to get out and I'm told on two different occasions that I will be in the room with the Dr, well that wasn't the case..they wish her back alone, so I ask the nurse and she once again assures me I'll be able to discuss anything with the Dr when I go BK. So she comes back out and tells me we are good to go the stitches are out without even seeing the Dr! Then topping it off only half the stitches were removed! So she has to take her back AGAIN to actually remove them all! There seems to be no communication between them in there and I will not be going back! My dog also has a big lump on her back from what they say was her rabies shot, but that has never happened before! Very disappointed and saddned that this is the care that qualifies as 5 stars! It is very hard to find a good vet.

Absolutely the best. Dr. Hatchett and the entire staff is caring, friendly, understanding and concerned with your situation and your pet's health, comfort and happiness. We couldn't ask for more. We've been with them for many years through many furry family members. Together we have enjoyed the journey from babies to adults - yearly exams, operations and sadly, gently helped them go when needed. I can't say enough good about Dr. Hatchett. She obviously sets the standard for the office and she sets it well. They are all outstanding.

These people were so nice to me and my baby Image. They didn't get frustrated at the fact that I kept calling checking up on Image (she got spayed). Then when I went to pick her up I was welcomed as if they known me for a while (this was our first time there) then tadaaaa here comes the nurses slowly holding her like if they enjoyed every second with her. They was holding her close to make her feel comfortable. The girl looked so peaceful literally the first time I ever allowed anyone to hold my Yorkie like that and it did not bother me. They did a great job although I was emotional there and when I came home. But this was a option well made. They made my Image visit an unforgettable one I'll recommend this place to everyone who deeply loves their animal this is a trusted place

Dr Martha Hatchett and her entire staff are committed and dedicated to patients and their owners. I have been going to Dr. Hatchett for 3 years with my new addition to my family Teddy Bear, my puppy. The attention to detail and their follow up is by far like no other! Dr Hatchett studies everything about every single animal food company and knows details we as pet owners would never think to ask. She has saved my dog's life when another vet was allowing my dog to die because of food allergies. No matter what the visit is about she takes her time and is so patient and giving with her time and wants to make sure you get the most out of every visit. She goes out of her way to help and she asks pertinent questions which I realize afterwards were meant to find out all kinds of issues your pet may have when you would have never thought to mention. This has resulted in the resolution of many issues my dog has had. She is brilliant!! I was referred by someone in my neighborhood and no I am not a relative or friend. After calling my vet and then several others for a Saturday appointment, West Valley was the only one nearby able to give my cat an appointment which wasn't an emergency appointment and twice as expensive. I had never been there before but my cat was having a hard time breathing so it was necessary for her to be seen. I was SO impressed with Dr. Rachel Brautigam and her staff. My cat was handled with such care and was given the most thorough exam. She spent so much time with me explaining everything and didn't push tests on me I couldn't afford. She went over my cats chest x-ray and actually sat with me to walk through the plan for my cat for the next few weeks. I have never had a more caring and thorough experience at any other veterinarian, and I've had pets all my life. Needless to say we are switching to this vet!!!

Dr Hatchett was my very first vet. She was so gracious when she had to put my first cat down. I was just a kid but she made such a lasting impression on my whole family. Very disappointed with this vet! I have been looking for a good vet for my pups and thought I found one, the 5 star reviews looked great , but apparently they are inaccurate! Took my 8 year old girl there to get spade, which is not cheap by any means, and they manage to overdose her on her pain meds because there is no communication there and the Dr and nurse both administered it to her. Absolutely the best. Dr. Hatchett and the entire staff is caring, friendly, understanding and concerned with your situation and your pet's health, comfort and happiness. We couldn't ask for more. We've been with them for many years through many furry family members. Together we have enjoyed the journey from babies to adults - yearly exams, operations and sadly, gently helped them go when needed. I can't say enough good about Dr. Hatchett. She obviously sets the standard for the office and she sets it well. They are all outstanding.

These people were so nice to me and my baby Image. They didn't get frustrated at the fact that I kept calling checking up on Image (she got spayed). Then when I went to pick her up I was welcomed as if they known me for a while (this was our first time there) then tadaaaa here comes the nurses slowly holding her like if they enjoyed every second with her. They was holding her close to make her feel comfortable. The girl looked so peaceful literally the first time I ever allowed anyone to hold my Yorkie like that and it did not bother me. They did a great job although I was emotional there and when I came home. But this was a option well made.
