Evens Bronstein has been our 'go to' vet for non-routine care - illness, injury, etc. The staff are kind and courteous and the vets are responsive, practical and skilled. Their fees are quite reasonable given the quality of the service. They are also not unpleasant when they see that the animal has had routine shots and spay at PAWS. There are other practices that have given us the stink-eye over this. Now to the rest of it: This office is attached to a home, in what was formerly multiple garage space. This was converted many years ago, and while it is clean and maintained, it's not updated. The ceilings are low, the walls are paneled wood, etc. The waiting room is small and the exam rooms are "cozy". Sometimes it smells like an old place, mixed with Pine Sol. It's clean and they have all the necessary equipment to properly examine and treat. For those looking for a more 'upscale' experience - also with excellent care - there are practices nearby, one whose name is also the name of our Village. Great care, beautiful place, premium prices. Also, heads up, the parking is quite 'tight', I usually ask to switch cars with the Reverend (who drives a smaller more economical car) because it's easier to get in and out. It's a good place for people who want quality care and don't value 'upscale' environments. Our fur babies have always gotten excellent care and to us that's what counts. Read Less
