This is a really hard review to write because when I brought my dog in, I did not leave with her. But this isn't a bad review. In fact this is a thankful review for North Saucon Animal Hospital. First of all, thank you Tracey who cared as much as I did for my dog. Tracey is an angel and she truly goes above and beyond for you and your loved one. The vet techs and the Dr were all very kind to me during this process. They gave me my options and they also told me about much every option would cost. Which was huge for me considering that some places charge an arm and a leg for a procedure. When I made requests they respectfully did. I cannot express how kind they were. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who has a little angel because they'll always treat them right.

If you have ever worked there then you know it is less than a 1 star. When they are hungover the entire staff is told to reschedule all appointments. If you call and tell them you see a skunk in daylight (where they travel in daylight and dark) you will be told it has rabies. Staff is uneducated. All places i worked in each staff member was taught all aspects. This place does not. Good luck going here. Second and third opinions are a must fur yourself and your pet.

My 9 year old dog has been with me since she was four months old, so she truly is my baby. I did a lot of research to find a reputable and trustworthy vet in the area when I moved here, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Dr Carol Ann Gray and her staff are wonderful. My dog is extremely fearful of the vet's office, but Dr Gray and her staff were patient and did their best to alleviate my dog's anxiety. I took my dog for a dental cleaning and found out that she needed to get several extractions. I was worried about my dog as well as the finances incurred, but the total came out to be much less than what other vet offices would have charged. Upon observation after the procedure, my dog's teeth looked great! The office also called me the next day to inquire about how my dog was doing, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this office for your four legged best friend.

I did a lot of research to find a reputable and trustworthy vet in the area when I moved here, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Dr Carol Ann Gray and her staff are wonderful. My dog is extremely fearful of the vet's office, but Dr Gray and her staff were patient and did their best to alleviate my dog's anxiety. I took my dog for a dental cleaning and found out that she needed to get several extractions. I was worried about my dog as well as the finances incurred, but the total came out to be much less than what other vet offices would have charged. Upon observation after the procedure, my dog's teeth looked great! The office also called me the next day to inquire about how my dog was doing, which I really appreciated. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. The rude staff refused to tell the doctor we had brought our suffering pet all the way in, and instead stared at us and him, with a stare of disgust and incredulity, and told us that we did not have an appointment. The doctors need to clean out the front of their office if they want to have a practice that lasts...the girls in the front are heartless, rude, scoffing, and irresponsible. They do not even communicate telephone messages to the doctor, so you will not get a return call even in urgent situations. They clearly think that a GED and a uniform gives them some sort of power to condescend to clients and run the show without even consulting the physicians. Run away from this unprofessional group of callous little girls playing animal hospital.

Dr Gray administered to our German Shepherd during the last few years of his life. We could not have asked for a better vet and we are very grateful for all she did for him. The folks here at North Saucon are wonderful human beings, first and foremost, and most excellent techs and doctors on staff. They did all they could for our first dog, a sweet lab mix we lost in October. They were amazing with him and we couldn't have asked for better care every step of the way, even on his final day. Now we have a new puppy in the home just in time for Christmas and we will be taking her back to North Saucon for all her checkups.

She is wonderful with all our furbabies, dogs and cats/kittens and very thorough. She takes time to explain treatment options and answer our questions. She even handles Zeus! All the techs and reception staff are absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It's been two days since Lily's oral surgery and her joy and comfort are a reflection of all that is heavenly about the staff at NSAH ... most especially the lovely, caring, and generous Dr. Gray. Thank you! As always, we are so appreciative of your outstanding care. I recently brought my 16 year old dog Abbey to see Dr. Gray.She was so kind and answered every one of my questions with compassion as I decided to say good bye to my girl. The whole staff was kindhearted and showed us both great care. A few days later I received a sympathy card from NSAH and then a few weeks later I received a card from "Remember A Pet" a Christian Veterinary Mission that a donation had been made by NSAH in honor of Abbey. As a Christian myself that just blessed me so much. Keep up the good work ladies, you are making a difference in the life of others and their pets!!

Took my Japanese Akita there for the 1st 3 years of his life. Being all white, he had sensitive skin and would get rashes on his stomach. I was told that the only remedy was to purchase their prescription diet food for sensitive skin. $75 for a 20lb bag! My dog went threw almost 2 bags a week!! Found out about Dr. Jamison at Milford Vet clinic through a friend and was immediately told I didn't need to spend that much on prescription food. I was instructed to use holistic food that I could get at any pet store. Started hime on that at $28 for a 40lb bag!! He never had the rash problem while usiing the holistic food. Not to mention the vacines were less than half the cost of North Saucon!! Visit cost $35, Highest vacine $12! Dr. Jamison worries about the animal, not the money. The same cannot be said about North Saucon!

after trying to settle my dog's stomach after a few days, i brought him to north saucon animal hospital for a check-up. his condition had gradually deteriorated after these couple of days, so by the time i got him to the office i was a little bit of a wreck and afraid i had waited too long to get help. the staff there was very sympathetic and attentive. dr. gray, who examined my dog, deduced quickly that in conjunction with his stomach illness, he had a severe case of lyme disease and promptly provide us with a prescription and maybe even more so, assurance that with help we would BOTH be okay. i appreciated so very much her kindness and patience and calmness throughout what i was afraid could be a very stressful situation. thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a North Saucon client since 2006. They have seen my four FeLV cats and my one dog. I have had feline dentals and multiple extractions twice. Are they pricey? Yes, especially the dentals and blood work. Will they give you options? Yes. Will they tell you when it is time to "let go"? Yes. I personally always request Dr. Hockman, who is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I trust her completely. The office staff has NEVER been anything BUT kind to me, and I am a "crazy pet owner" with lots of questions! My only qualms are their hours and lack of an answering service: I would like another option other than the money-hungry Valley Central hospital on Fullerton after hours!

I LOVE this place and everyone who works here. I moved to this area almost 8 years ago with my 2 cats. For the first 2 years I would still take them to my old vet which was an hour and a half away. I had such a hard time leaving my vet because I really trusted them and had been going there for years and years. My animals are my kids, so it was important to me to find someone who I completely trusted to care for them. Enter NSAH. So happy with the care my cats have received through these last few years with them. 2 years ago, Abby, my oldest, got very, very sick and had to be hospitalized. They diagnosed her with Heptic Lipidosis; a severe fatty liver disease. She had lost so much weight and was so weak she had to be fed through a tube. It was awful. The doctors and the techs alike were so understanding and cared for her as if she was their own. Truly. Once she was home (I had to feed her myself through the tube for awhile.) I had to start bringing her in for check-ups every other day. As soon as we would come in, everyone would come over to see how she was doing and would want to pet her and cuddle with her. It really made me feel like I was in the right place. As you can see, I can't say enough great things about this place. I've seen all of the docs and I recommend any of them. By the way, Abby made a full recovery and she's back to her plump little self :)

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. The rude staff refused to tell the doctor we had brought our suffering pet all the way in, and instead stared at us and him, with a stare of disgust and incredulity, and told us that we did not have an appointment. The doctors need to clean out the front of their office if they want to have a practice that lasts...the girls in the front are heartless, rude, scoffing, and irresponsible. They do not even communicate telephone messages to the doctor, so you will not get a return call even in urgent situations. They clearly think that a GED and a uniform gives them some sort of power to condescend to clients and run the show without even consulting the physicians. Run away from this unprofessional group of callous little girls playing animal hospital.

We've talked all our pets here. The staff is wonderful, especially when the inevitable time comes to say goodbye. I highly recommend them.

We at times dealt with a few of other of the doctors administering at NSAH and they were all professional and compassionate. The support staff is top notch as well.

The folks here at North Saucon are wonderful human beings, first and foremost, and most excellent techs and doctors on staff. They did all they could for our first dog, a sweet lab mix we lost in October. They were amazing with him and we couldn't have asked for better care every step of the way, even on his final day. Now we have a new puppy in the home just in time for Christmas and we will be taking her back to North Saucon for all her checkups.

She is wonderful with all our furbabies, dogs and cats/kittens and very thorough. She takes time to explain treatment options and answer our questions. She even handles Zeus! All the techs and reception staff are absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It's been two days since Lily's oral surgery and her joy and comfort are a reflection of all that is heavenly about the staff at NSAH ... most especially the lovely, caring, and generous Dr. Gray. I recently brought my 16 year old dog Abbey to see Dr. Gray.She was so kind and answered every one of my questions with compassion as I decided to say good bye to my girl. The whole staff was kindhearted and showed us both great care. A few days later I received a sympathy card from NSAH and then a few weeks later I received a card from "Remember A Pet" a Christian Veterinary Mission that a donation had been made by NSAH in honor of Abbey. As a Christian myself that just blessed me so much. Keep up the good work ladies, you are making a difference in the life of others and their pets!!

Took my Japanese Akita there for the 1st 3 years of his life. Being all white, he had sensitive skin and would get rashes on his stomach. I was told that the only remedy was to purchase their prescription diet food for sensitive skin. $75 for a 20lb bag! My dog went threw almost 2 bags a week!! Found out about Dr. Jamison at Milford Vet clinic through a friend and was immediately told I didn't need to spend that much on prescription food. I was instructed to use holistic food that I could get at any pet store. Started hime on that at $28 for a 40lb bag!! He never had the rash problem while usiing the holistic food. Not to mention the vacines were less than half the cost of North Saucon!! Visit cost $35, Highest vacine $12! Dr. Jamison worries about the animal, not the money. The same cannot be said about North Saucon!

after trying to settle my dog's stomach after a few days, i brought him to north saucon animal hospital for a check-up. his condition had gradually deteriorated after these couple of days, so by the time i got him to the office i was a little bit of a wreck and afraid i had waited too long to get help. the staff there was very sympathetic and attentive. dr. gray, who examined my dog, deduced quickly that in conjunction with his stomach illness, he had a severe case of lyme disease and promptly provide us with a prescription and maybe even more so, assurance that with help we would BOTH be okay. i appreciated so very much her kindness and patience and calmness throughout what i was afraid could be a very stressful situation. thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a North Saucon client since 2006. They have seen my four FeLV cats and my one dog. I have had feline dentals and multiple extractions twice. Are they pricey? Yes, especially the dentals and blood work. Will they give you options? Yes. Will they tell you when it is time to "let go"? Yes. I personally always request Dr. Hockman, who is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I trust her completely. The office staff has NEVER been anything BUT kind to me, and I am a "crazy pet owner" with lots of questions! My only qualms are their hours and lack of an answering service: I would like another option other than the money-hungry Valley Central hospital on Fullerton after hours!

I LOVE this place and everyone who works here. I moved to this area almost 8 years ago with my 2 cats. For the first 2 years I would still take them to my old vet which was an hour and a half away. I had such a hard time leaving my vet because I really trusted them and had been going there for years and years. My animals are my kids, so it was important to me to find someone who I completely trusted to care for them. Enter NSAH. So happy with the care my cats have received through these last few years with them. 2 years ago, Abby, my oldest, got very, very sick and had to be hospitalized. They diagnosed her with Heptic Lipidosis; a severe fatty liver disease. She had lost so much weight and was so weak she had to be fed through a tube. It was awful. The doctors and the techs alike were so understanding and cared for her as if she was their own. Truly. Once she was home (I had to feed her myself through the tube for awhile.) I had to start bringing her in for check-ups every other day. As soon as we would come in, everyone would come over to see how she was doing and would want to pet her and cuddle with her. It really made me feel like I was in the right place. As you can see, I can't say enough great things about this place. I've seen all of the docs and I recommend any of them. By the way, Abby made a full recovery and she's back to her plump little self :)
