We’ve been coming here for years and recently their staff has been incredibly rude- including their “office manager”- as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. Would never recommend this place to a friend following our most recent visit here. After 6 years of coming here I will be taking our dog else where.

I have been going to Concord Pike Vet, for 18 years. Dr Cindy is the best and anytime I see someone with a pet I always reccomend her. She is very kind, caring and has a great staff.

Have been going here for about 15 years. The entire staff is great. My previous pet had severe allergies and they went way above and beyond to help me care for her. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

I love the doctors and staff at Concord Pike Veterinary hospital. Very professional but down to earth (not snobby)the are wonderful with the pets and are considerate of how expensive a vet bill can be and will work with you if it gets to high. They are the best in my book.

This place is great! I've been to some bad vets and this is definitely not one of them. The facility is nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, the vets are very good at what they do and the prices are the best around. I know that my dogs are in good hands here.

From the day we brought our puppy home is the day we started seeing Dr. Cindy. We had many ups and downs after my Paisley turned 7 and almost lost her but Dr. Cindy was on top of it and helped us every step of the way till my Paisley finally had her last battle Sept 2016 which Dr. Cindy was there for her too. Almost 12 years with Dr. Cindy and loved every visit. When able to open our home to new puppy we will be returning.

Just this past Christmas holiday 2016 Concord Vet Hospital staff asked us for a "Wish List" of items we would love to receive & asked their clients to please donate to my dog rescue LnF Dog Rescue & others. I couldn't believe how generous everyone was! We had toys, we had treats, we had Flea & Tick products that Concord made available for their clients to donate to us. It took me 2 trips to get all my goodies for my rescued dogs. We had a fun Christmas here watching all our dogs have enough toys ---well to destroy -- but they had TONS of fun destroying them!! Thank you Dr. Cindy & Dr. Christal for taking care of hundreds of my rescued dogs over the years. You've made it possible for me to provide excellent medical care plus all the spay/neuters that you've done for me. When my dogs are adopted their parents are assured that they have had excellent medical care! Everyone is very special at Concord Vet from the Vet's to the entire staff. My dog has gone to Dr. Cindy for 14 years now she has always been kind and loving towards her ( even though she is very difficult). Recently she had surgery to extract a couple teeth I was so worried she is not a young pup. Once again Dr. Cindy called as soon as it was done knowing how worried my husband and I were. The staff is very kind and accommodating both with appointments and information I would not take her any where else. Love you Guys

I've been going to Concord Pike Vet for a few years and have always been thrilled with their service. This week we unexpectedly needed to take my dog in for stitches--Dr. Cindy got us in immediately, and was so kind and caring while she spent over an hour getting my pup all fixed up. They're also very affordable given the fantastic service.

They are wonderful, very caring and they are great vets, I took my 3 kitties there for surgeries and all went extremely well. I even brought in a stray cat I found early one morning stumbling in the road. I scooped her up and placed her in a carrier I always have with me and just walked into the hospital and explained what occurred they took the stray into the back exam room immediately. I was shocked when they didn't even take my credit card when offered to them. Sadly the cat was in very bad shape and did not make it, they contacted me by phone to let me know . They never charged me a dime for the stray. They truly care about animals.

My dog has gone to Dr. Cindy for 14 years now she has always been kind and loving towards her ( even though she is very difficult). Recently she had surgery to extract a couple teeth I was so worried she is not a young pup. Once again Dr. Cindy called as soon as it was done knowing how worried my husband and I were. They are wonderful, very caring and they are great vets, I took my 3 kitties there for surgeries and all went extremely well. I even brought in a stray cat I found early one morning stumbling in the road. I scooped her up and placed her in a carrier I always have with me and just walked into the hospital and explained what occurred they took the stray into the back exam room immediately. I was shocked when they didn't even take my credit card when offered to them. Sadly the cat was in very bad shape and did not make it, they contacted me by phone to let me know .
