When I told the tech A animal will never be more important than my children, my appt was canceled laughingOUTloud .
The tech must be one of those techs who French kisses her animals at night for to get angry about me not putting a cat before my children ,she even hang up the phone on me.
I thought this was a BUSINESS. When does a employees personal views impact a customers appt (🤣)
Animal kingdom did me a favor by refusing to see my cat bc now I found a BETTER vet last minute with excellent bed side manner and communication skills and I didn’t have to pay for all these unnecessary testings animal kingdom was trying to have me do just to get my cat declawed ( there money hungry).
My current vet WHO IS NOT ANIMAL KINGDOM has scheduled my cats procedure after his examination and I am now a happy customer.

My dog always went here. We went here to even find out what was wrong with her since she was acting strange. (she died when diagnosed with a liver cancer at 13 years old a month later at home) The staff is very friendly and I was able to shadow my dogs vet! I would recommend going here any day.

Got my dog vaccinated here. She was due for 4. Some time passed and I noticed a large lump on the back of her neck. Went back and they thought it was an allergic reaction or tried to sell it off to be that way. So I countered with check the documentation where each vaccine was given.. So we could see what one she was "allergic" to. They did not have the documentation. It was just charted given..Well they did all four in the same spot same time. It was not an allergic reaction. They tried covering up , what was thn , the beginning stages of an abscess. My dog now has a large tunneling open wound that we have to care for. If you're into crappy documentation and diagnosis based on hypotheticals..Go here! Also stop by if you would like all your vaccines done at one time. Hell if you do 4 at once why not just give them a lifetime supply and use a large needle!! Thanks for nothing.

This is definitely one of the best vet locations in Erie. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and care for your pet very deeply. They have a wide range of hours to accommodate most schedules (730am to 7pm). I was able to get a quick appointment the day of my phone call for my cat. When we arrived, we waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. One thing I've noticed that I have never seen at any other vet (I've been to quite a few in my lifetime) is their use of a towel on the exam table to comfort cats. My cat hates the vet and doesn't even like to get weighed. The towel was sprayed with Feliway (feline pheromones) and it calmed him so much. He actually fell asleep on the table! It was a wonderful touch. The vet was so friendly and gave me clear explanations of my cat's condition and plan of action. Also, the price is excellent for the service you get. The checkup and a couple hour boarding for testing was only 38 dollars. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Animal Kingdom is a nice hospital, but they fill many of the "city vet" stereotypes. Which begins to feel like they are simply up-selling their services with sometimes unnecessary extras. Our falling out happened after an employee gave hear-say & false information to the SPCA causing a headache when adopting our 2nd dog. We did get everything straightened out but I was tired of their disorganization, impersonal service, and general lack of professionalism. I will say Dr. Jung is great! The rest of the doctors and staff are why we parted ways. I would recommend them to no one.

My dog got in to some of her Rimadyl and overdosed. The diligent and professional work of the many staff (vets and techs) that cared for my girl saved her life. In fact, when I had to transfer her to the Emergency Vet office for the weekend, one of the AK vets was there. I think practically every vet from the practice had a hand in caring for her. She is a healthy happy dog thanks to there care and concern. I highly recommend this practice.

They have a wide range of hours to accommodate most schedules (730am to 7pm). I was able to get a quick appointment the day of my phone call for my cat. My dog got in to some of her Rimadyl and overdosed. The diligent and professional work of the many staff (vets and techs) that cared for my girl saved her life. In fact, when I had to transfer her to the Emergency Vet office for the weekend, one of the AK vets was there. I think practically every vet from the practice had a hand in caring for her. She is a healthy happy dog thanks to there care and concern. I highly recommend this practice.
