This is a very good facility, they have O2 stations and are the best if your pet has a cold or asma. Great staff, great new facility. I'm glad I left the Morrisville Animal Hospital. The owned by people who are only interested in profits. They do have caring and talented vets, their facility and equipment is ok, I guess. They don't have the special tool, like Oxygen tent cages that any animal hospital should. Oh, they sent our cat home with main catheter still in him, very sloppy and very dangerous. That ended my need for them. It seems they killed someone's Bull Dog because is misdiagnosis. The owners refused to give the family any damages. I was all just about the money, the duch bags.

Love it here. They are so friendly, take their time with you, & always try to accommodate you. There is never any pressure for expensive procedures & several options are provided to care for your pet....

This is by far the best vet in the area. All of the staff are extremely friendly and Dr Urbaniak is amazing with animals. She really cares about you and your pets and will do whatever is needed to end...

I've been to Dr Urbanic for years and years now...who I just love...my most memorable experience is when my dog hurt his spine...dragged his back legs..to make a long story short, ..the back legs were paralyzed...but she immediatedly resorted to acupuncture, and after a few visits my dog is walking today!!!!!!!!! just LOVE her...and of course my dog!!!!!
ps...also, Dr Phelps once helped me when my dog was dying...I'll never forget her words to me...I couldn't bear to be with my dog when they put him to sleep...so she said she would stay with him to the end...and I just LOVED HER FOR THAT...will never forget what she said...!!!!

Nothing short of AMAZING! I've been to other hospitals and they are nothing compared to here! My cat needed her teeth removed and Dr. Carrie Phelps got her in immediately! All the other vets just cont...
Nothing short of AMAZING! I've been to other hospitals and they are nothing compared to here! My cat needed her teeth removed and Dr. Carrie Phelps got her in immediately! All the other vets just continued to give my cat antibiotic shots and pain medicine. Dr. Phelps saw how much pain she was really in and was very serious about getting her treated. It was an expensive procedure, but they worked with me, and worked out a payment plan. to me, there is no amount of money in the word that will stop me from taking care of my fur babies. They called me every other day to ask me how she was doing. I got photos of the procedure, and a lot of support going home. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank Dr. Phelps and the staff enough for all they've done for Jade! THANK YOU VCA!

We finally found it: the perfect vet! We had our first visit this morning with our 2-year-old puppy (he will always be a puppy to me -- judge me all you want :P), and we couldn't have been happier. Our boy is a hound, and Dr. Beth Urbaniak let him do his thing, following his sniffer all around the office and saying hi to everyone. Absolutely everyone there -- from the front desk to the nurses to the docs -- was super pleasant, laid back, and showered our pup with affection. After going to multiple different vets in the area, we left VCA Fairless Hills knowing we had finally found the right place. So highly recommend!

The entire team at VCA is wonderful, caring and compassionate. I have been going with my two chocolate labs for the last four years. The entire team has consistently treated my dogs with care as if my dogs were their own. Dr. Phalen recently guided us through a difficult situation with kindness, compassion and expertise. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Urbaniak is professional, caring and responsive to us which is very important to us. When we walk through the door, we are greeted with smiles and friendliness from the Support Staff. Dr. Urbaniak, the Technicians and the Support Staff working together gives you the distinct feeling that they respect each other, they are relaxed and friendly toward each other, as well as to you and your pet. This is a very good facility, they have O2 stations and are the best if your pet has a cold or asma. Great staff, great new facility. I'm glad I left the Morrisville Animal Hospital. The owned by people who are only interested in profits. They do have caring and talented vets, their facility and equipment is ok, I guess. I've been to Dr Urbanic for years and years now...who I just love...my most memorable experience is when my dog hurt his spine...dragged his back legs..to make a long story short, ..the back legs were paralyzed...but she immediatedly resorted to acupuncture, and after a few visits my dog is walking today!!!!!!!!! just LOVE her...and of course my dog!!!!!
ps...also, Dr Phelps once helped me when my dog was dying...I'll never forget her words to me...I couldn't bear to be with my dog when they put him to sleep...so she said she would stay with him to the end...and I just LOVED HER FOR THAT...will never forget what she said...!!!!

Nothing short of AMAZING! I've been to other hospitals and they are nothing compared to here! My cat needed her teeth removed and Dr. Carrie Phelps got her in immediately! All the other vets just continued to give my cat antibiotic shots and pain medicine. Dr. Phelps saw how much pain she was really in and was very serious about getting her treated. It was an expensive procedure, but they worked with me, and worked out a payment plan. to me, there is no amount of money in the word that will stop me from taking care of my fur babies. They called me every other day to ask me how she was doing. I got photos of the procedure, and a lot of support going home. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot thank Dr. Phelps and the staff enough for all they've done for Jade! THANK YOU VCA!

We finally found it: the perfect vet! We had our first visit this morning with our 2-year-old puppy (he will always be a puppy to me -- judge me all you want :P), and we couldn't have been happier. Our boy is a hound, and Dr. Beth Urbaniak let him do his thing, following his sniffer all around the office and saying hi to everyone. Absolutely everyone there -- from the front desk to the nurses to the docs -- was super pleasant, laid back, and showered our pup with affection. After going to multiple different vets in the area, we left VCA Fairless Hills knowing we had finally found the right place. So highly recommend!
