This company, both in Feasterville as well as Southampton, continue to amaze me with their professionalism and genuinity. I called them today to discuss the behavior of my cat (Jenny) and left a message. Same day, one of our favorite Vets called us back to chat...she offered suggestions to help and we followed through immediately. We were excited to find that the advice offered really did help our cat...but what really made this experience memorable is that our Veterinarian called us back later that night to check in with Jenny (and us) to see how we progressed and if anything had changed. That type of service and kindness cannot be duplicated or found just anywhere. Crap vet all the way around. Just take your money and run. My pets now have to wait another 3 months to leave the country because these people ACT like they know how to ship animals Internationally. This Clinic is a wonderful place. The Doctors and Staff are compassionate, professional, knowledgable, and kind. I always used a vet who came to my house, but he was hard to get a hold of. Since they opened an office in my neighborhood I have been switching my pets over to them. I am so happy with the quality of care my pets receive here. Family Pet Clinic is excellent...I used to work there over 10 yrs ago as a veterinary technician ...we moved an hour and a half away...I still travel an hour and a half 10yrs since I've worked there because they are simply the best in every aspect of veterinary medicine. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff at Family Pet Clinic. My dog Sprocket was diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease last year and they helped educate us so we could give him the best care possible. They have been amazing from day one answering our questions and advice. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to my sweet Sprocket. They were wonderful not just with him but with us. Today I received a beautiful card from them with the kindest words. You have no idea how much that brightened my day when all I wanted to do was cry. I have taken my pets, Pinky and Eddie to see Dr Mernicki for the past 10 years. They are both pugs and they and 16 and 15 years old. Dr. Mernicki and her amazing vet techs have taken wonderful care of my animals. I have seen most of the other vets. They are all fabulous. On Monday July 25th we had to say goodbye to our beloved Sadie Jane she was a very tiny Shih Tzu, she was 14 years old. This was a very hard decision to make but I know it was the right one for her she was very tired and needed to go to sleep and cross the rainbow bridge. The entire staff at Family Pet Clinic was just amazing from the phone call I had to make to bringing her in. They knew from the minute I walked in that I was a mess and they treated both Sadie and I with love and concern.
