After relocating to PA with two cats I wasn't sure if I would be able to find the level of service and care that I had experienced at my previous Vet's office for over 10 years. I was referred to Patt Veterinary and have never looked back since! From the moment we walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. Everyone, no matter what their position in the office, greets you with a smile that is genuine! Dr. Lori Ferdock took care of us. She has the perfect mix of leadership, experience and compassion, making both the animal AND the humans in the room feel comfortable and truly cared for! Dr. Ferdock made sure to take the time to explain every part of the exam process, along with weighing the pros and cos of each suggested test and vaccination option and whether or not we NEEDED to do it now or if it was something we could revisit with the next appointment. She's amazing, along with her entire staff!
I would encourage anyone looking for a new Veterinary practice to go to Patt - you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to this office for 12 1/2 years and have always felt welcome and very comfortable with the care of my cats. I have noticed there has been a BIG change in the employees. Very disconcerting to not recognize ANYONE in the place. The care was fine just different. I used to get the stool sample report within an hour or two and now mire than 24 hours and still haven't heard anything. Also no confirmation call,text or email to remind me of appointment. What happened to this practice?????

Have nothing but praise for the Drs and vet techs and support staff. Our poor pooch was suffering from mange and was misdiagnosed by our usual vet. The Drs at Patt recognized mange immediately and with in 50 min we had a confirmed diagnosis but more important medicine to treat our good boy. They are 30 minutes from our house but the ride is worth it. They really take time to listen to you and take time with your pet to thoroughly examine them and leave no stone unturned. I have been recommending this establishment to all my pet owner friends. Absolutely love this veterinary practice.

Had to take my senior pup there this morning-he was having a seizure & they took fit us in without us even calling first. Did blood work & x-rays. Saw Dr.Ferdock & she was so thorough & compassionate....
Had to take my senior pup there this morning-he was having a seizure & they took fit us in without us even calling first. Did blood work & x-rays. Saw Dr.Ferdock & she was so thorough & compassionate. They called the emergency vet & when we got there, Patt’s Office had already sent the blood work & X-ray results. My little guy is currently in the hospital on IV (insulin drip) & I hate to think what would have happened if we weren’t able to have had him seen. Thank you for helping us!

We took our dog here while visiting from out of town after a recommendation from family and they were incredibly patient and helpful in talking over our dog's health history and what could potentially be causing his current bout of health issues. The vet and vet tech were kind and thorough and also super sweet to our dog, holding him during the exam and doing their best to make him feel calm. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend!

I didn't have a good experience with My last vet so after doing research and speaking to people and I made the switch to patts and I couldn't be happier. The doctors truly care about your animal not just charging you for everything they can. I've seen every doctor there so far and I can't say a bad thing about any of them. It's nice to know that your fur baby is in caring hangs. I highly recommend this vet!

We have been going to Patt Vet hospital for many years. We have always gotten appointments quickly when we needed to get in. Recently, our dog was very sick and unfortunately had to be put to sleep....
We have been going to Patt Vet hospital for many years. We have always gotten appointments quickly when we needed to get in. Recently, our dog was very sick and unfortunately had to be put to sleep. They arranged for us to be seen that day and were so compassionate. We received a letter a few days later expressing their sympathy. They made a donation to the University of Penn Vet school for research. I can't thank them enough for everything.

Great veterinary service!!! First and foremost, the staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. I have been going here for years and they have helped save several of my animals on numerous occasions.The Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. They're constantly answering my questions, whether it be in office or on the phone after the visit, and they always offer new methods and techniques when I encounter training issues with my pets. They always keep my and my pets best interest in mind and don't pressure me into things I don't need. For the service they provide, I think their prices are reasonable and fair. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a veterinarian.

I have been taking my pets here for years. In 2011 I moved to the Poconos. For practicality I tried to find a vet in my area, but nothing came close to the outstanding care and compassion I received all those years from Patt Vet. I've had a few different vets near me misdiagnose, or use poor judgement in treating my pets.I decided the safest and best place for care always was and still is Patt Vet. I now drive about an hour and 20 mins to get here but it's absolutely worth the trip. Most vets I have been to always try to push extra, and most times unnecessary costs onto you. Patt Vet has never ever tried to pull that with me. They do everything necessary to keep yours and your pet's best interests in mind.This place feels like family.The staff is outstanding, and incredibly helpful and sweet.Dr. Connelly and Dr. Ross are such wonderful people, and amazing doctors. They have literally saved my pets lives on numerous occasions. I'm always blown away by their prompt responses for any issues I have, as well as fast test results. Oh, and the follow up phone call after each visit to check in on your pet. You just can't find anyone else like this!Another important thing to note, if you have a sick pet or an emergency they will squeeze you in no matter what. I will continue to take my pets here for as long as they are in business, which I hope is a very very long time!

We have had Patt Veterinary taking care of our animals for over 15 years . They have seen us through good times and bad with not only kindness but the best in Veterinary care. We have seen Dr. Angstatt and Dr. Patt and on occasion other Vets there and each and every one, including staff ,have been wonderful in the way they have handled and treated our animals. They make the time to answer your questions and really listen to what you have to say as well. They are not hesitant to refer you to a specialist if they think your pet needs one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. They have been the best!!!

After relocating to PA with two cats I wasn't sure if I would be able to find the level of service and care that I had experienced at my previous Vet's office for over 10 years. I was referred to Patt Veterinary and have never looked back since! From the moment we walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. Everyone, no matter what their position in the office, greets you with a smile that is genuine! Dr. Lori Ferdock took care of us. For practicality I tried to find a vet in my area, but nothing came close to the outstanding care and compassion I received all those years from Patt Vet. I've had a few different vets near me misdiagnose, or use poor judgement in treating my pets.I decided the safest and best place for care always was and still is Patt Vet. I now drive about an hour and 20 mins to get here but it's absolutely worth the trip. Most vets I have been to always try to push extra, and most times unnecessary costs onto you. Patt Vet has never ever tried to pull that with me. They do everything necessary to keep yours and your pet's best interests in mind.This place feels like family.The staff is outstanding, and incredibly helpful and sweet.Dr. Connelly and Dr. Ross are such wonderful people, and amazing doctors. They have literally saved my pets lives on numerous occasions. I'm always blown away by their prompt responses for any issues I have, as well as fast test results. Oh, and the follow up phone call after each visit to check in on your pet. You just can't find anyone else like this!Another important thing to note, if you have a sick pet or an emergency they will squeeze you in no matter what. I will continue to take my pets here for as long as they are in business, which I hope is a very very long time!

We have had Patt Veterinary taking care of our animals for over 15 years . They have seen us through good times and bad with not only kindness but the best in Veterinary care. We have seen Dr. Angstatt and Dr. Patt and on occasion other Vets there and each and every one, including staff ,have been wonderful in the way they have handled and treated our animals. They make the time to answer your questions and really listen to what you have to say as well. They are not hesitant to refer you to a specialist if they think your pet needs one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. They have been the best!!!
