I would have given zero stars if i was able! I called at 10pm thinking they were open because they dont bother to post their hours. I was greeted on the phone by a woman whom i explained to that my 10 week old puppy had recieved medication at the vets (i didnt say which one) and was having a severe allergic reaction. I was panicking and i know you could hear the stress in my voice. The woman interrupted me and said "well you didnt get the medication here". I immediately got irritated and responded "no, i didnt say we did.. im calling to see if you can see him for the allergic reaction" she responds "well no, were closed"! Im just so baffled that the person on the other end of the phone had no compassion at all... she didnt listen to me.. she just immediately said i didnt get the medicine there- so matter of factly! She was just trying to defend herself and the office even though i wasnt accusing her of giving us the medicine! She didnt care that there was potentially something wrong with my dog. Ugh, so disappointed with this. Our puppy isnt a patient there and he wont be ever! Read Less

While visiting family in the area, we had our dogs seen by Dr. Selznick.  We own two sixty pound border collie mix dogs, with a lot of personality.  Dr. Selznick took her time to exam both dogs and update all of their necessary vaccinations.  I found her to be both professional and extremely thorough.  She was also quite jovial, while commenting on one of our dogs' "slight weight problem". Overall, I felt like we really lucked out having our dogs seen by Dr. Selznick.  I will try to make our next visit to the area around the time they need to be seen again! Read Less

Rating actually a ZERO! Beware, if you love your pet & want the very best treatment for them, you will want to think twice before coming here. Me & my dog both received poor treatment here. I really should have known better after speaking to her on the phone. It was as though my call was interrupting her day. I guess you could say it was her tone. She offers services for large dogs, so she advertises. When it came time for my dog needing an X ray or Ultrasound, she could not provide the service. We would have to go else where, which is a never visit Fee. But I will say, I'm glad we went else where. I come to find, from our new vet, that my dog suffers from seasonal alopecia something that will go away on its own. Well this woman prescribed antibiotics. I guess it was a quick way to make an extra $30. To top this visit off we felt it necessary to check out a lump my doberman developed. I asked should this be tested/ aspirated with needle. She says, "Oh No" I would have to perform surgery and cut that out, there is nothing to aspirate out of it". Very bizarre answer. Tonight at the new vet they aspirated fluid & ran a test. Thankfully it was nothing. She was overall, very harsh, not people or pet friendly. Not at all knowledgeable, in fact, I'm not even sure she was a real vet to be honest. I felt she rushed us out & was in a hurry for the next victim. Why are people taking there pet here?? I must say though, her vet tech really compensated for her lack of personality. Ihighly recommend East Suburban Animal Hospital in Export PA. Everyone there treats you and your pet with so much respect. They really care! Read Less
