I'm grateful for the kindness and professionalism this veterinary hospital showed us and our sick cat who was suffering. We had an emergency and they whisked us right in with no appointment and had never met us before. I don't know what we would've done if they hadn't.
As soon as I saw Dr. Heitzman, I sensed she was a nurturing presence and I felt relieved because we didn't know this place and they didn't know us. I thought the price was very reasonable because I would've gladly paid a lot more than that.

I was walking my dog tonight and she hurt her front paw and would not walk on it. My vet was closed and I was in a panic. I called County Line Vet Hospital on County Line Rd at 7pm tonight and they told me to bring my dog over. End result is she must have been stung by a bee and she will be ok. I just want to say how wonderful and caring Dr Heitzman was to Ellie. The staff was also very caring and I couldn't believe how inexpensive the visit was. Thank you for such great care and for helping my baby.

Love both doctors and the staff. We never have trouble getting appointments for our dogs, and the care that everyone gives to our "boys" and us is wonderful. We recently lost our beloved Merlin, and everyone was very sympathetic. Our new fur baby Oliver left the office as happy as when he arrived (maybe even happier because of all the attention he got)! I would recommend this practice in a heartbeat!

The vets and all the staff are great. They are kind and compassionate. They know your pets are your family. I had gone to another vet in the area and they just weren't close to the kindness and professionalism of this hospital. I have 3(1 passed) cats, my son has 1 dog and cat and we take them all there. My son is a tech(at a speciality hospital). He is s very particular where his and our pets go. He has seen good and bad. He highly recommends County Line.

We LOVE Dr. Heitzman! She is sweet, compassionate and treats our animals with the highest respect, kindness and care. All of the staff are great at communicating with pet parents and keep you involved with every step of care. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. The Vet techs are highly skilled and great with the animals. The prices are very reasonable and they do not charge for unnecessary testing, procedures or extras. I would highly recommend this Vet! Especially if your furry family members do not like going to the Vet- they really do everything they can to minimize trauma and make it a great experience for all involved!

I think I'm being generous and more than fair with three stars here. The people here are generally very friendly, and in good health they are a place to go for shots, checkups, and other basic services. BUT... when it comes time for serious procedures, diagnostics, etc., I would caution you to seek better guidance. I have not been there in a couple years, but after speaking with a neighbor this morning and hearing that he had the same experience as me, I felt it was important to speak up. He is now the 3rd person I know who took his pet to County Line Vet only to be told it's time to put him down, then refuse and successfully extend the animal's life. It's amazing how fast people can be to just give up on the life of a family member. I had two four-leggeds who I took there years ago, and immediately upon diagnosis was told to put them down. I refused and never went back, and years later they are happy and healthy as ever. It seemed like the end was near with their illness, but it worked out fine. I'm not saying to avoid this place... just to seek other (or additional) guidance when you're told that the answer is death.

Our new rescue dog Sammy comes with LOTS of anxiety and fear which made us quite nervous for her first trip to the vet, especially with vet records indicating her severe trembling and anxiety in the past when she was in the care of the rescue. Nicole and Dr. Harvey were so great to Sammy and put her at such ease I was absolutely blown away and speechless! Her tail was actually wagging for most of the appointment. Her care was phenomenal and I had so many questions answered about Sammy's health. I would recommend this vet to anybody in a heartbeat.

I've taken my pets to several veterinarians through the years, and none compare to Dr. Heitzman. She's an excellent diagnostician and is loving and caring not only with the animals, but their owners too. Her staff is amazing. I am able to get appointments when I need them. When I have questions and call in, I get answers quickly. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The doctor stays on schedule, and one of the things I like most is that she never makes me feel like she's rushing to the next appointment. I highly recommend County Line Veterinary Hospital!

County line vet is by far the best place to take your furry kid. Tracy is incredible-loving, genuine, proactive and knowledgable. It's obvious she takes a genuine interest in each and every animal lucky enough to see her. In addition, the techs are equally as genuine and helpful. (So much so that one has become one of our favorite let sitters!) Every time we call they accommodate our needs and no question asked (in person or over the phone) is ever seen as silly. We will never go anywhere else!!

Dr Harvey is the best and so great with our dog! The staff so obviously cares about their patients and don't just see $ walking through the door like other places we've been.

We LOVE Dr. Heitzman! She is sweet, compassionate and treats our animals with the highest respect, kindness and care. All of the staff are great at communicating with pet parents and keep you involved with every step of care. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. The Vet techs are highly skilled and great with the animals. The prices are very reasonable and they do not charge for unnecessary testing, procedures or extras. I would highly recommend this Vet! Especially if your furry family members do not like going to the Vet- they really do everything they can to minimize trauma and make it a great experience for all involved!

Not all breeds respond well to certain medications and this "hospital" does not seem to realize that. I caution you highly to take your dogs or cats to another vet.

I think I'm being generous and more than fair with three stars here. The people here are generally very friendly, and in good health they are a place to go for shots, checkups, and other basic services. BUT... when it comes time for serious procedures, diagnostics, etc., I would caution you to seek better guidance. I have not been there in a couple years, but after speaking with a neighbor this morning and hearing that he had the same experience as me, I felt it was important to speak up. He is now the 3rd person I know who took his pet to County Line Vet only to be told it's time to put him down, then refuse and successfully extend the animal's life. It's amazing how fast people can be to just give up on the life of a family member. I had two four-leggeds who I took there years ago, and immediately upon diagnosis was told to put them down. I refused and never went back, and years later they are happy and healthy as ever. It seemed like the end was near with their illness, but it worked out fine. I'm not saying to avoid this place... just to seek other (or additional) guidance when you're told that the answer is death.

They are great team of vertnarians and vet techs. A very warm greeting by office staff Cheryl that greats you as you come in. The entire staff takes great care of you! I highly recommend this group.

Our new rescue dog Sammy comes with LOTS of anxiety and fear which made us quite nervous for her first trip to the vet, especially with vet records indicating her severe trembling and anxiety in the past when she was in the care of the rescue. Nicole and Dr. Harvey were so great to Sammy and put her at such ease I was absolutely blown away and speechless! Her tail was actually wagging for most of the appointment. Her care was phenomenal and I had so many questions answered about Sammy's health. I would recommend this vet to anybody in a heartbeat.

I've taken my pets to several veterinarians through the years, and none compare to Dr. Heitzman. She's an excellent diagnostician and is loving and caring not only with the animals, but their owners too. Her staff is amazing. I am able to get appointments when I need them. When I have questions and call in, I get answers quickly. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The doctor stays on schedule, and one of the things I like most is that she never makes me feel like she's rushing to the next appointment. I highly recommend County Line Veterinary Hospital!

County line vet is by far the best place to take your furry kid. Tracy is incredible-loving, genuine, proactive and knowledgable. It's obvious she takes a genuine interest in each and every animal lucky enough to see her. In addition, the techs are equally as genuine and helpful. (So much so that one has become one of our favorite let sitters!) Every time we call they accommodate our needs and no question asked (in person or over the phone) is ever seen as silly. We will never go anywhere else!!
