Part of being a professional is accommodating your patients in times of emergencies. Unfortunately, this office doesn't practice this. My dog was having a bad case of diarrhea over the weekend. Both my husband and I were at work Monday morning when their office opened at 830. My husband requested the vet see our dog after 11 or 12 (to allow time to get back from the city). He was told they only had a 930 appointment or 10 the next day. We ended up taking him to Metropolitan Vet Services (amazing service and staff). Unfortunately, this is not the first issue we've had. After spaying our other dog, the vet left the catheter in her paw. We had to seek emergency care to have it removed because it was after the office closed. When my husband called the next morning to complain, the receptionist asked, why didn't you just leave it and bring her in the morning. Also, more recently, one of my dogs received a booster shot and had a reaction to it shortly after returning home. I called the office and was told they could only see him within the hour because the vets go to lunch and there were no openings later in the day. Luckily, I was able to make it, but when I got there I sat in the room waiting for the vet while she socialized with a client. I am no longer using their services as they have made it clear that my dogs are not important. I've raised dogs all of my life and dealt with different vets. I've never had a vet refuse to provide emergency care for my dogs, except for this vet. Read Less

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Worst receptionist in the history of receptionists, don't call her, or ask for anything, she will be really angry and make sure to reprimand you on each occasion that she has to do her job. Refill request? Unacceptable. Appointment? No time. Questions? Not her problem.Made an appt, requested a doc, was given a different doc. I will admit I have been spoiled as I found an excellent doc and recently moved. Was referred to Dr Clarke and was scheduled with someone different. Yes, I did make blatantly apparent and confirm that I was meeting with dr Clarke. Was shadily skirted around to a new dr on the day of appt, who quite clearly had very little experience. Reordered entirely new meds per my other dr and costed about an increase from $30/mo to $200/mo.... seems financially reasonable. Look we'll all know we would pay anything for our furry kids, but you want to multiply my expense by 6x, not explain and then tell me to import meds from Canada? ( not kidding) I am just at a loss.... just... strangest experience of my life.Currently searching for a new vet, any recommendations? Read Less

We really love it here. Winnie is always welcomed warmly by the front office staff and doctors. They care about you and your pet. I also love that they provide records for her with every receipt that details the cost breakdown. Highly recommend! Read Less

Would like to sincerely thank Dr. Arissa, hoping I have that correct, the young lady assistant, sorry can't remember her name, for helping my wife and I put our beloved Lacey to rest. They made a terrible situation somewhat bearable. We are very thankful we have another dog that the clinic supports. First time visiting and the service was great. Staff was friendly, the technicians were very helpful, and the doctor was knowledgeable. I will be glad to have my pet cared for at this facility! Also, I was given clear instructions on what to work on and how to keep my puppy healthy. I switched over to this vet about 5 months ago after my neighbor had only good things to say about them! And she was right, there are great.They are friendly, and give you the attention you need. The wait has never been longer then 2 or 3 minutes and all the vet techs and vets are really nice.They are also practical and reasonable with payment. When all my dog needed was bordetella, I came there, he got the shot, and I left all within  6 minutes and I only paid for the shot itself. I didn't feel rushed or burdened and I felt like they were being respectful and realistic. My old vets would charge for a check up and visit fee with every little thing. And when my other dog had a weird bump on her ear, he took a sample but didn't do anything with it and said call back if its still there in a week or two but it helped save money because it was gone within a few days and a test would have been a waste of time and money! Like everyone else has sad, the staff is so nice and helpful and you can tell they care about the animals. My kitten picked at his neutering spot after we took his Ecollar off, and had a big wound Saturday morning. We scheduled an appointment and he got surgery today. When we brought him home, he was so happy and wasn't limping or lethargic anymore. He is doing very well and I couldn't be happier. Here's hoping for a full, speedy recovery :) Read Less
