DOG KILLERS zero stars Do not take your loved ones here. All they care about is money, not the health of your animals. Their favorite saying is, you pet is stable. Every time I called for updates, it was always stable and such a sweet boy. But what you don't know, is unless you have anywhere from 6000 to 20,000 lying around, your pet is not getting the care they need. Sure they might be giving fluids or some medications, they keep it to a very minimum until they get the money quote that was given to you. I have pictures to prove this situation. They lied saying my dog was getting the proper care all along, when in reality he wasn't, and the staff member I talked that morning made the quote, "yes we received your payment, I will let them know to resume care" really?, insane but yet they tried to make me the bad person calling me unprofessional because i lost it verbally with them telling them they were killing my dog and not treating him,. When we went to pick him up to bring home, told he was stable, do you think bleeding out his nose, passing huge clots, mouth and tongue covered in blood, grunting, because he cannot breathe is stable, well in my eyes, he was suffering and dying. But you don't care because you got your money. We were not about to take him back and be put down there, due to lack of care and we were not giving you another cent. We had no other options and he had to suffer, because you drained every penny we had and then some. I don't want to see a reply on here from avets, because it's all the same response you give to everyone who bashes your name and nothing but lies. I don't know how you all sleep at night knowing you are doing a piss poor job taking care or not taking care of sick animals but portraying you are the greatest. I will never take another animal to your facility. And I will continue to tell the public how awful your facility is. 😡😡🤬🤬 Read Less

On Thursday 3/31/2023 my Great Dane presented with symptoms of lethargy, vomiting, bloody diarrhea. I arrived at AVETS at 8 pm after being told by the receptionist her situation was critical. I sat in the waiting room until 11:40 pm when I was taken to triage. While I waiting, I asked front desk and a male tech for fluids. During triage, the tech did not even complete her paperwork. She couldn’t find a thermometer, disappeared then came back and said they did not feel Ember’s condition was “life threatening.” I am not a vet, but even I know bloody diarrhea means something is seriously wrong. I was quoted a wait time of 4-6 hours. I again asked for fluids. I was told no 3 times. I elected to take Ember home and to her own vet who would be open by the time I *might* see one of the vets at AVETS. Ember died 3/31 hospitalized at her vet’s office of parvovirus. She was extremely dehydrated. Her condition was “life threatening.” I called AVETS to advise that a dog with parvo had been in their clinic. I was brushed off like a pesky fly. I also contacted the director, Lisa, who said ultimately I chose to leave with Ember and she did not get parvo from their clinic, so there was nothing she could do. The two “wound care” cases being worked on were “more important.” A vet couldn’t even step in to eyeball my dog to see she was dying in front of us. From start to finish everyone in that clinic was rude, dismissive and obviously could not care less. Read Less

last night my sweet baby bunny Penelope was having trouble breathing so I called several vets but no one close to me was able to help. Finally I was put in touch with Avets. They were more than happy to help. It was an hour and a half drive for me but I was willing to make it. Once I got there they immediately took a look and knew something very wrong. There took her back and did everything they could to help. They kept her over night and monitored her all night. In the end my baby just wasnt getting better and I decided to end her suffering. Although the whole experience didn't end how I hoped I was comforted by the fact that the treated my baby like she was their very own. Thank you so much for everything. Read Less

I arrived there with my dog already dead. They charged me $275 to tell me that he was dead. I was then treated with EXTREME RUDE and nonprofessional behavior by the Customer Service Liaison and vet on duty. I have never been so insulted in my life. Very cold! I will make sure that I will tell my experience to everyone I can think of for the rest of my life. She wouldn't let me talk to the owner of the establishment either. Hope they know who is representing them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have also been there in the past and have been given an incorrect diagnosis. Again sad. Read Less

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but our initial appointment seemed to go well. Our newly adopted dog needed to have an FHO done. There were no hidden costs. We even followed up with 3 or 4 sessions of physical therapy. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr Goodrich (surgery) and Dr.Wade (therapy) were very compassionate when it came to caring for our dog. It was expensive but no more so than any other 24/7 Emergency/Surgical Vet. The waiting area was very nice and clean. We had almost no wait time, although it seemed to be slow the days we were there. Certainly the more emergencies they have the longer the wait time which is to be expected. Overall, we would recommend using them for emergencies and surgery. Read Less

I've (unfortunately) been to AVETS numerous times over the past few years with my cat. Pricing is quite steep, but the convenience is really comforting. I've been very happy with the care they have given my cat, from just a quick emergency visit to a few days of overnight stay, and I have never had an issue with the staff. Wait times can be inconsistent, but I'm usually back in a room within 30 minutes of arrival. The location is clean, plenty of parking, and communication is thorough. Most importantly, each time we have left my cat is in a better condition than when we arrived. I'm grateful for their service. A word of advice- after seeing the first emergency vet bill I promptly got pet insurance, which makes the anxiety of the cost of the visits diminish. Read Less

NEVER take your animal to Avets. I took my sick cat to see them yesterday and walked away relatively satisfied (and over $600 lighter). Today, I called back seeking additional antinausea medication (as was offered during the exam, were it needed), and told that I would have to bring my cat back in. I asked for more information from the supervisor (Elora) and also asked what she would do in my situation (the $600 I spent there yesterday was all the money I had in the world). Elora told me that she would have done more than I to prioritize her animal's care. This was shockingly cruel. Unless you particularly enjoy being guilt-tripped in the most painful way possible while also trying desperately to care for your sick family member, I would heartily recommend erasing Avets from memory and never considering their services as an option of "care". I had my dog there for elevated glucose thought to be caused by pancreatitis. This visit was suggested by my vet. Long story short the bill was 1789.00 for 24 hours. They wanted to observe him longer, and informed me the bill could go as high as 3 to 4 thousand dollars. When I told them I was not able to pay anymore than what I had already, the vet asked me what time I worked till the day, and then set a time for me to pick him up. 2 vets from there suggested 2 different possible dianosis, when I went to puck him up, the vet did not even come out to explain how to give the insulin they had started him on, nor did I get any insulin or syringes. The tech went back and got me scripts. And the pain medication they were going to charge me over 50.00 for was 5.00 at rite aid. I had to ask a tech how to administer insulin. They were going to let me go without even showing me. The discharge vet that was to kind to tell me what time to pick my dog up also told me that it costs money to keep a place like that running.....they have little interest in your beloved pet... only your wallet....the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the techs were very niceRead Less

Very displeased with this facility. We have only been living in this area for the past year, so we weren't certain on where to take our 3 year old cat to when he started showing signs of a blocked bladder. We first attempted to take him to the vets inside Petco, and were immediately referred to AVETS. Upon arrival, we were taken back fairly quickly....but once we got back to a room, the immediately took my cat to the back, and the vet came in and said they were going to put a catheter in and give him some pain medicine and he would need to stay the night to be monitored or he would die. Then they told me that this would roughly cost about $1,000-$1,200. Long story short, I decided to have him admitted, because no 3 year old cat deserves to die BUT I had to pay at least half upfront before they would even consider starting treatment. Fine. Get a call the next day. They flushed his bladder. Tel me when I can pick him up but they needed to take his catheter out and monitor him for a couple of hours before they can let him go, to make sure he can pee on his own. Get there to pick him up later, they never took his catheter out, so I had to wait an hour for them to get him prepped for discharge. Then they held him in the back till my credit card went through to pay the remaining $500. As soon as it went through, they brought him out so I could see him. Later that night, he still wasn't going to the bathroom. Called them, and they said to bring him back, but I would have to pay the $1,000 all over again and hopefully it worked this time. These people don't care about your animals. Period. All they care about is getting paid. Thankfully I found Penn Animal Hospital, who charged me $200 to do the same exact thing AND more. They kept him for 3 days, gave him an antibiotic to clear up the infection that he had,and gave us a special diet to put him on, which apparently was causing the problems to begin with, and AVETS never even mentioned ANY of that. I will NEVER bring any of my pets back to this place.Read Less

This is not like visiting a regular vet. They really push expensive tests even when the tests are unnecessary. The doctor didn't examine my dog and diagnose him (he had thrown up a lot that night)- she merely offered their routine tests and their exorbitant prices after checking his vitals. She subtly shamed us for refusing the tests, and instead opting for a nausea shot and some fluids to make my dog comfortable while waiting a day to see our regular vet. Even so, the bill from Avets was $300, and our vet charged us $81, assuring us that our dog would be fine without any tests or procedures. Oh, and we waited an extra hour and a half for the doctor to write the discharge instructions. It really seems like there is pressure on the staff to meet a certain sales goal per customer. Read Less

You pay to play with these kinds of places, PVSEC is the same way but if you love your pet you'll pay the price. It's that simple. I don't have any complaints thus far. After being told my cat was going to be okay and will come homw with me, I woke to a phone call at 3am telling me the only option was surgery or euthanasia. My vet caught a bleeding spleen mass on an X-ray of my dog and sent me over because the surgery might have required blood transfusions, which my vet's office is not equipped for. At my set appointment time, I was taken right back. The staff was friendly and they clearly read all of the information my vet sent over before talking to me. The surgeon was very patient and kind and explained things very well. They showed me where my buddy would be staying and allowed me to take my time saying goodbye before I left. They texted me updates during my dog's stay, and never made me feel like a nuisance when I called to check on him. They called before surgery and right after, as promised, and again the morning of his discharge, as promised, and right on time. The estimate was accurate and actually came in at the low end of the range they quoted (yes, it was a lot of money, but again, I expected it to be). If your pet needs specialty care, don't let some of these reviews scare you. Go in and make your own judgement. I hope I never have another issue that sends me back, but if I do, I"m more than comfortable returning. Read Less

I read the negative reviews. Here's my tale... I had a dog that presented with vomiting on a Sunday morning. I'm new to the area and took him to AVETS, despite the negative reviews. Overall - a decent experience. The vet who attended to my dog started off "Not so nice" - to the point that I was ready to get my dog and head deeper into the city of Pittsburgh. That said, she warmed-up over time and actually ended-up being pretty nice. I trusted her diagnosis of my pet's condition. I later checked it out with not one, but two vets I know, and respect, and her advice/diagnosis was "spot on" and for that I'm grateful. NOW - the reason I'm giving three, not five stars. The x-rays, bloodwork, and treatment set me back $645. Yes, I know it's an emergency clinic, and the fees are higher than a normal vet visit. That said, I've had to take my pet to emergency care in Central Ohio, and the highest bill was $330 for a similar episode. I cannot help but agree with the others that there's a bit of price-gouging going on here. I did agree to all of the treatments for my pet - and I did get an itemized bill - but, still, I cannot help but feel I was taken advantage of financially. So, I agree with other posts in regard to this point. But - the overall medical treatment was good in my case. So there you have it. I have now established myself with a local vet so (hopefully) I will not be in this position again. Read Less

I recently took one of my rabbits there for a case of possible GI stasis. I understand it was late at night but the vet techs had no idea about rabbits and the Doctor was not helpful at all. They didn't seem to know anything about rabbits AT ALL. Even though when I called to see I I could bring him in, they said that it wouldn't be a rabbit vet on call but they do see rabbits there. They were quick to get me in, but that's the only good thing I have to say about them. They are extremely expensive and said if I wanted X-rays read any faster (I went in on a Wednesday night) than Friday I would have to pay an extra $100. Are you kidding me? You should care about your patients not how much money you can make on someone trying to save their animal. Needless to say Hank didn't make it. I urge people to go elsewhere. This place was a joke. Avets is very expensive, but that is to be expected when you are looking at emergency medicine and critical care. The staff is extreamly kind and compassionate, and they go above and beyond. I took my 10 year old Sheltie/Dalmatian to Avets after he seemed to be getting worse after being diagnosed by our regular vet with pneumonia the day before. I carried him into the clinic and we were rushed straight back. They took the dog back for treatment while I gave them a history and then took me to an exam room to wait to talk to the vet. I don't remember the vets name since I was very distraught over my dog, but he was extreamly compassionate. He told me that the pneumonia was pretty bad and my dog's oxygen level was 85%, but he seemed hopeful and gave me some rough statistics on the survival rate of pneumonia. I was really hopeful that my dog would pull through. He gave me an estimate for treatment costs which did have a large range as in depended on how long my dog needed to be on oxygen and how many days he would need to spend in the hospital. After the vet was done talking to me he sent me to pay a deposit which was based on the low end of the estimate. After paying the deposit, they allowed me to go back and spend some time with my dog who was in an oxygen tank. The tech told me I could put my hand though the window, but did warn that took some oxygen away from the dog. I stayed with him for a bit and asked about when they would start his IV's. They told me as soon as I left so I quickly said goodbye and I was told I could call and visit at anytime. Later, that night another vet called. She informed me my dog was aspirating, his oxygen levels were dropping, and she was very worried. My mom and I rushed out the door. A few minutes later she called back and informed us that he wasn't going to make it and asked what we wanted to do. We told her to just keep him comfortable and anything she could non-invasively to try and keep him alive until I could get there and say my goodbyes. Unfortunately, she informed us that his breathing was slowing and he probably only had a few minutes. When we arrived, they put me in a consult room. I was hysterical and just wanted to see my dog. The vet came in and told us what I already new deep down. My beloved dog had passed. They brought him in and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They also gave us a clay paw-print impression, and they even were able to get me and ink stamp of his print so I can turn it into tattoo. The entire staff was extremely compassionate. They also refunded me back a lot of my deposit since the dog passed which they offered to do then or allow me to come back later. When they brought our dog to the car they were very gentle with him, and you could tell they cared a lot. I wish my dog was still here as he was still very happy and active until this pneumonia hit. (He was fine Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning, a little off in the afternoon/evening, sick and listless Thursday when he went to the regular vet, and gone by a little after 7pm Friday). Part of me wonders if I would have taken him to the emergency vet Wednesday night if the outcome would have been different, but I know that is one of those what if questions that will never be answered. I know that he got great care and they did all they could. I do wish that the first vet would have made it a little more clear how grave my dog's condition was as I would have spent more time loving on him and saying goodbye before leaving the clinic, but I completely understand him wanting to be hopeful.      I hope I don't have to take another pet here anytime soon, but I would have no issues returning. It is a wonderful place. Read Less

WORST vet I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life. Brought my Great Dane tonight because his paw was bleeding all over the place from an injury. They said it would only be a few minute. I sat and waited watching my dog bleed for 20 minutes. They kept saying it would only take a few minutes and I'd be out of there. I showed up at 6:30. I didn't leave until 11. The majority of the time the dog was in a run, not in a room. I was aware of the fees initially they said it would be around $400. When I finally saw the bill it was closer to $600. I told the lady at the front desk I wasn't happy with the price, and after some discussion she said "Fine then I'll remove the $140 and tack on $230 because that's what we should have paid you for the extra specialist we had look at your dog" I never requested an extra specialist to begin with, and had I been aware of the cost of a specialist I certainly would not have requested it. This place is highly unprofessional, and had my dog received proper emergency care, I would have been okay with the price.Read Less

Her mouth was wide open she was crying and drooling. They were the only place opened. I go there and they take her back and told me that she had distemper and was going to die. They recommend I put her to sleep. I asked them multiple times could she have ate something and they basically told me very unlikely. I took her home against medical advice after they kept trying to have me put her under since they claim she would not make it. They told me most likely her brain was swelling and she could respond to her visually. That all she did was cry in pain when they moved her neck..... I brought her home hoped for the best and at ten am the very next morning she was up running around waging her tail and fine. I took her to another vet and they told me that she ate something. She then wanted me to keep her over night for an extra $1000 to monitor her, which was definitely NOT happening I would never of trusted them with my dog. My dog was totally out of it when I took her home I thought she was going to pass away. If it wasn't for me knowing what my dog needed she NEVER would of got the care. Next day went to her regular vet they gave me totally different answers from the blood work then Avets did and gave her the care she needed. I took my cat here for an emergency late on a Friday night. I found everyone to be very friendly and pleasant to deal with - the receptionist, the vet tech who took our cat's vitals, and the vet. The vet tech, Kevin, had an extremely calming, reassuring presence and was very sweet to our cat. The vet, Dr. Cordelli, was clearly very competent and knowledgeable and was able to give our cat almost immediate relief from his symptoms and was very clear about what some of the causes might be. She was also forthcoming about how much testing and treatment options would cost. She gave us an estimate and the final bill was actually slightly lower than her estimate. We waited for awhile as she ran tests and she came back to us with a diagnosis and treatment plan. She was very patient with us when we asked tons of questions about the treatment. We waited awhile to actually pay and be discharged, but I'm sure it was because Dr. Cordelli spent time writing up very detailed discharge instructions so that we had all the necessary info written down. I appreciated not having to remember all the details of the treatment plan because it was a lot to keep in my head! They even gave my cat a bath before returning him. Yes, it was expensive, but they DID NOT do anything rude to me like ask for a credit card number or payment up front. I felt that the bill was in line with what I would expect to pay for emergency care, which is always more expensive than a normal vet. Read Less

The staff at Avets were extremely helpful, compassionate, and friendly.  Yes, it is expensive, people should realize that if you are going to take your pet to an emergency clinic, that it is going to be expensive.  Pets in general are expensive, so reviews claiming that this clinic is over-priced have apparently never been to another emergency clinic because they are all rather pricey.  The last two check up visits (one routine, and one because I was worried about my puppy's incision), they did not charge me a dime when they certainly could have.  I do not feel that they are money grubbing; the services they provide (24 hour care, x-rays, etc.) are not cheap to perform and therefore are not going to be cheap to receive.  Though I did end up paying four figures for treatment (including major surgery, diagnostics, medication, and three days hospital stay), it was at the lower end of the quote they had given me, and they provide the option for care credit which gives you 6 months no interest to pay the money back. I was able to call and check up on my puppy as often as I liked when he was staying, and they encouraged me to do so.  He is even excited to go back there for check-ups, so they must have been treating him well.  They all recognize him and are excited to see him when I bring him in.  During a tragic and stressful time, the staff treated me and my pup with respect and compassion.  I would highly recommend this clinic.  My only wish is that they were closer to the city! I only gave 2 stars because they are good for stabilizing your pet. My kitten was very sick she had been vomiting/diarrhea for a couple of days and if anyone knows about cat health that can totally kill them. We arrived the 1st time on a Sat morning at 7am and we did get right in and they ordered a bunch of tests & X-rays to look for blockage. They also ran blood work and everything came back unremarkable (no problems). I brought in a stool sample and a sample of her vomit (they never tested the samples) they did give her fluids and some medication and that did help, but as soon as she finished her meds her symptoms returned so I brought her back because the "Cat Clinic" was absolutely useless and I am new to the area and this was the only other place I knew of. The bill on the first visit was $500 and I knew it would be crazy expensive but I was desperate and when I brought her back they ran all the same tests again and charged me another $500 (ouch) and again they couldn't find anything wrong. The next step they had was to schedule me with their internist who would take a biopsy of my kitties colon (OMG that could cause so many addition health issues for her future). I arrived home and digested their recommendation and I was like "hell no" I need to find another opinion my lil one is not even a yr old and they never even sent in a stool sample. I was thinking to myself thats something is not right. I feel like they just want to cut open my baby  and explore and get paid & I am sorry but that's unethical. The failed in my eyes and I hope that the next person does not get taken for $1,000 like I did. Please be cautious when taking your babies here. And I also hope that the practice administrator reads this because this is not the right way to treat animals or people. We took our dog here for 72 hours of critical care after he had exploratory surgery (at Northern Pike Vet) to find out if he had eaten something that wasn't digestible. He hadn't, but the vet found that his stomach was full of ulcers.  The diagnosis was grim, but the dr. said to not give up hope. His surgery was late in a Friday and our vet had said that no one would be at his practice to care for the dog and that he'd have to go to Avets. We drove him the very short distance to Avets. They came out with a stretcher. They listened to all of our many concerns about our baby. They talked to us about what they would be doing, who would be watching him, took us back so we could settle him in. They put him right in front of the nurses station bc we informed him that he had separation anxiety. They were very compassionate. They called us every day. (3days) and allowed us to come and spend time with him each day. They would get him out of his very large cage, walk him with his iv pole, bring blankets to the room and let us stay with him as long as we wanted in a private room. We really couldn't ask for more.   We even had another scare with the ulcers (throwing up blood again) and they did an ultrasound to check for cancer (to see if the next procedure was even necessary) before they did the endoscopy to see if his stomach had healed and what was going on. Ulcers were healed but the dr. said there were micro ulcers. We have been through a lot of food trialing after that- but nothing that they would be benefitting monetarily. Everyone we have ever dealt with there has done everything for us- couldn't ask for more. Expensive- yes. But it is an emergency and specialty vet. What do you expect? He is doing well. Read Less

I will never go to Avets again! My cat was acting weird, walking slow, hunched over, walked into a wall, couldn't lift her head, etc. I called and told Avets this, and they told me it was something neurological, and could wait until the morning. It was about 11pm, and my vet was closed. At about 2am my cat began throwing up and panting. I decided to not listen to Avets and take her asap. It was about an hour drive. I got there and even though there was absolutely no one else there, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room. Once we finally saw the vet she decided to do xrays on her stomach. No idea why. She came back and said she might see something in her stomach. Also told she might be diabetic. We were told she wasn't sure and didn't want to start insulin. She recommended her staying the weekend for fluids, and it would be $2000-$3000 a night! When asked if we could some how make payments we were just told no. That is fine but the lady didn't even seem to care. I had no choice to wait for my vet to open in a couple hours. She told me it wasn't critical and it would be fine to wait. I asked if she could at least give her some fluids. After 2 hours she still didn't even.on her own give my dehydrated cat fluids??? The total cost was $600 for nothing. By the time I got to my vet, my cat got so bad, they had to put her down. My vet immediately told me she had diabetes and a brain stroke. Yet Avets wasn't sure, and was checking her stomach! I will never go there again. They are unknowledgeable, slow, and money hungry. We are heartbroken. Our cat was 15 years old, and to see her suffering, and be told it wasn't that critical is insane. I'm so very sorry for the experience that the previous reviewer had at A-Vets. I don't doubt her at all but my experience was different so I think it's worth telling. My senior-aged pup began acting listless and coughing up blood & mucus around midnight the day before New Years Eve. I took him to Avets. They had me fill out some paperwork and then quickly took him in. He got x-rays and bloodwork done, after which the vet on-duty came and talked to him me about his condition. I don't think that it took more than 20 minutes before she came to see me in the waiting room. She prescribed keeping him overnight and putting him on IV to replenish his fluids. She did give me the option of some other more expensive tests but I declined as it seemed best to wait and see. But at least I knew the other options. Overall, I felt she was kind and compassionate and straightforward. The next day I was able to call them to check on his condition and was informed when I could pick him up. When I went to collect him, he seemed worlds better! They gave me a thorough rundown of the possibilities of his condition, some medications and left me with a bunch of information (including x-rays) to take to my regular vet. I'm happy to say he recovered fine and my regular vet felt he got the proper emergency care from A-Vets.Price? Yes, very, very, expensive. Not everyone will be able to afford A-Vets.

Our little dog was sick but we wanted to make sure he got top of the line treatment if he needed it as he had a blockage surgically removed once before so we wanted to be sure he didn't need it again since he has a colorful history. After being told my cat was going to be okay and will come homw with me, I woke to a phone call at 3am telling me the only option was surgery or euthanasia. The people complaining about price have likely never been to an emergency vet or specialist before. Emergency and specialty care are not cheap, but helpful hint: there is pet insurance for these types of situations. I found this place to be amazing.

Read Less

Please read people's horrible experiences here before you go. They took over 5 hours to put two stiches in my dog's paw pad. I walked in to any empty clinic and sat there for hours as people came and went ahead of me. After 2 hours I asked to look in on my dog. They had only redressed his wound (which was still bleeding). 3 hours later I walked out with a $500+ bill. There is much more I could write about my horrible experience but the whole situation has me too wearied to think about it anymore. I will NEVER patronize this clinic again.

I have went here twice and have had horrible experiences. I went there yesterday because I thought my puppy had swollowed something and was was choking. Do not take your animal there . They almost killed my very alive puppy! Read Less

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible, the doctor on the other hand was total opposite. Continued to try an change my mind on the care I wanted for my dog, was insisting on things to be done that did not even accommodate with the issues she was having, and after spending $452.00 I had absolutely NO ANSWER on what was wrong with my 2 an a half year old dog. That place is all about making MONEY they do not care about what your pet needs, sickening I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there, I should of read the reviews before I went!!! Read Less

Update:My kitty has been to new clinic and is doing much better with her treatment and guess what NO SURGERY..... how about that :) Read Less

Never go here! Read Less
