Had to wait for over 40 minutes for my first visit with them. I informed them that my dog (yellow lab) is a big sissy and does not do well in on the table (scale) going up or being restrained. They didn’t listen, they started to lift it, he panicked, jumped off and almost choked himself. When I called I specifically asked how much it would cost to sedate my dog to clip his nails. I told them my last Vet charged $60. They led
Me to believe their price was comparable so I made the appointment to switch. After the appointment they gave me a cost to do his nails and it was well over $200. For a dog pedicure. I guess they are only for the wealthy here. Technician was rude and I had to show them how to give my dog his vaccination without even knowing when they were going to tie him up. No wonder they want you to leave the room! Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

I have been taking my cats to IWVC since 2015 and have met with 3 of the 4 wonderful! vets throughout the few years that I have been here. The entire staff, customer service and vet techs included, are caring and understanding with your concerns for your pet(s). I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new vet.They even have Feline Only appointments on the 1st Tuesday of every month! Feliway pheromones are used - nice for those cats that are skittish.

Dr Tanya Thies has been my vet for 15+ years, and I know if something is wrong she'll know just what to do....I trust her with my 15 year old dog and he loves her. The staff and doctors here go above and beyond when they deal with us. We had to put our sweet Shannon down last month, and they couldn't have been more sympathetic and kind. Their gentle touch on both her and us was so greatly appreciated . They made the unbearable less so. They understand the bond we have with our fur babies and always show respect for that. They have our hearts! It's not the closest vet to us, but it's worth the trip.

Dr. Kusiak and Carolyn were nothing short of perfect. My visit was for my nearly 19 year old cat who had very recently stopped eating and began to lose weight. After a thoughtful dialog, professional checkup and some testing, I was made aware that my trusted friend and faithful companion of nearly 19 years had a terminal illness that could not be treated.
As pet owners, we all know how much we love our pets and most of us would do anything to see them healthy and happy. Dr. Kusiak's advice as to how I should proceed was exactly what I needed to hear. Her professionalism and attention to my emotions at that difficult time was amazing. Both Dr. Kusiak and Carolyn were informative about the procedure, they provided me with support and allowed me the privacy to say goodbye to my cat on my own terms and timeline.
I am not ashamed to admit that I got emotional, both in the exam room and as I left. Every staff member acknowledged me and said, "I am sorry for your loss" with sincerity. Even the next customer who was waiting to be seen wished me well. It was not an easy couple days and there is no hiding the fact that I went in with a great friend and left without her but I can think of no better place to take my future pets than Indian Walk. I simply cannot thank them enough. Thanks again.

We recently had to put our dog on arthritis medication. Although I was very resistant to medicating him, the staff patiently explained the risks and benefits, and long term treatment options. As a result, he is acting like a puppy again!

My husband and I recently moved to the area and took our 2 cats here for their yearly check up without knowing much about the practice. We were very pleased with the visit, the staff at the front desk were pleasant, the technician who did the preliminary history (I believe her name was Caroline) was friendly and efficient and Dr. Tanya Thies was awesome. Dr. Thies was very gentle with our two nervous cats and helped to put them at ease. She was informative and gave us some great tips for how to better care for our cats. We were very impressed with the visit and would recommend this office/veterinarian to others! We are happy to have found this place.

This place is FANTASTIC. I called them day of to make an appointment for my dog who had an eye infection and they took me right away. The girl on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and when I got to the vet, everyone greeted us very warmly. They were so kind and really loving towards my pup. We were in and out of there quickly too. I just moved here from California, and knowing that I have great people here to care for my dog is one less thing I have to worry about. Indian Walk hasthe most caring and knowledgeble staff of any Vet I have been to. I took my cat there for a stomach problem and they worked really hard to figure out the issues. She is all better now thanks to the caring Doctors and Nurses. The staff kept me updated with all the results of tests without me having to call all the time. Very Professional. I highly recommend these folks to take care of your pets.

Me to believe their price was comparable so I made the appointment to switch. After the appointment they gave me a cost to do his nails and it was well over $200. For a dog pedicure. I guess they are only for the wealthy here. Technician was rude and I had to show them how to give my dog his vaccination without even knowing when they were going to tie him up. No wonder they want you to leave the room! Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

I have been taking my cats to IWVC since 2015 and have met with 3 of the 4 wonderful! vets throughout the few years that I have been here. The entire staff, customer service and vet techs included, are caring and understanding with your concerns for your pet(s). I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new vet.They even have Feline Only appointments on the 1st Tuesday of every month! Feliway pheromones are used - nice for those cats that are skittish.

The staff and doctors here go above and beyond when they deal with us. We had to put our sweet Shannon down last month, and they couldn't have been more sympathetic and kind. Their gentle touch on both her and us was so greatly appreciated . They made the unbearable less so. They understand the bond we have with our fur babies and always show respect for that. They have our hearts! It's not the closest vet to us, but it's worth the trip.

Dr. Kusiak and Carolyn were nothing short of perfect. My visit was for my nearly 19 year old cat who had very recently stopped eating and began to lose weight. After a thoughtful dialog, professional checkup and some testing, I was made aware that my trusted friend and faithful companion of nearly 19 years had a terminal illness that could not be treated.
As pet owners, we all know how much we love our pets and most of us would do anything to see them healthy and happy. Dr. Kusiak's advice as to how I should proceed was exactly what I needed to hear. Her professionalism and attention to my emotions at that difficult time was amazing. Both Dr. Kusiak and Carolyn were informative about the procedure, they provided me with support and allowed me the privacy to say goodbye to my cat on my own terms and timeline.
I am not ashamed to admit that I got emotional, both in the exam room and as I left. Every staff member acknowledged me and said, "I am sorry for your loss" with sincerity. Even the next customer who was waiting to be seen wished me well. It was not an easy couple days and there is no hiding the fact that I went in with a great friend and left without her but I can think of no better place to take my future pets than Indian Walk. I simply cannot thank them enough. Thanks again.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and took our 2 cats here for their yearly check up without knowing much about the practice. We were very pleased with the visit, the staff at the front desk were pleasant, the technician who did the preliminary history (I believe her name was Caroline) was friendly and efficient and Dr. Tanya Thies was awesome. Dr. Thies was very gentle with our two nervous cats and helped to put them at ease. She was informative and gave us some great tips for how to better care for our cats. We were very impressed with the visit and would recommend this office/veterinarian to others! We are happy to have found this place.

This place is FANTASTIC. I called them day of to make an appointment for my dog who had an eye infection and they took me right away. The girl on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and when I got to the vet, everyone greeted us very warmly. They were so kind and really loving towards my pup. We were in and out of there quickly too. I just moved here from California, and knowing that I have great people here to care for my dog is one less thing I have to worry about. Indian Walk hasthe most caring and knowledgeble staff of any Vet I have been to. I took my cat there for a stomach problem and they worked really hard to figure out the issues. She is all better now thanks to the caring Doctors and Nurses. The staff kept me updated with all the results of tests without me having to call all the time. Very Professional. I highly recommend these folks to take care of your pets.
