I'm giving a 1 star to counteract the deceiving scam artists that posted here with their OBVIOUS BS review using the actual word from the name of this Veterinary "Compassionate" who all work for or own this business! You'd have to be a simple minded chimp to not see these and instantly realize the irony and coincidence that's NO coincidence! I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this place and Dr Murarka. I needed to have my dog put down due to old age. I called to get a price and set up a appointment. I was told it would cost $110 for the entire services. The price seemed low so I called again and was told $2220.That price seemed more reasonable so I set up the appointment. I took her in, we said our goodbyes and she was put to sleep. When I went to pay the price jumped to $345. When I asked why it was that much I was told it was because of other fees. If I ever get another pet, you can believe that I will NEVER use this place again. And Dr Murarka was my pup's doctor for years. Read Less

Vet was ok at first, but felt I was overcharged. The vet knew how sick my cat was & I was prepared to unfortunately put him to sleep. Yes, he did help but only prolonged my cats life for a week. When I called to finally have him put to sleep, he still insisted on doing more procedures. Obviously that didn't happen. My cat died the following day. Dr. Ravi has by far been the best Vet I have ever visited. The care and services he offered were more than spectacular. On 4/13 I had been calling around to all sorts of Vets quoting prices for spaying rabbits. Dr. Ravi had by far the best offers and no way do I regret choosing him. 4/15 was our appointment date and were told to come a 6:45pm to drop our little ones off. We had arrived quicker than expected at 6:00 and he had no problem taking us right away. We filled out some paperwork and just like that we were told to come back when he called us at 8-9:30pm. At 9:30pm we receive a call about our younger, she rabbit took longer than expected but surgery was a success. The phone call then goes on and he mentions he finds a scar on our other rabbit and asks us if we would like to move forward. I say of course and the surgery begins. It was about 10:30pm when we got the call that our little ones were ready and we wanted nothing more than to bring them home. Picked them both up, paid the man and went off to home. As soon as we get home we go to put them in the cages and our youngest one has blood in her eye. After further review we determine the injury was due to her trying to get the cone off but as time passes it gets worse and worse. Finally, I call Dr. Ravi and immediately he answers and at this point it is about 11:15pm and this man lives an hour away and has to be up at 8:00am the next day. After talking on the phone and sending him pictures of what her eye looks like we were told to meet him at the Clinic. We got there at about 11:45 and he was waiting patiently and I could see how tired he was, but he did not let that stop him. Our rabbit was given the proper eye care and today 4/16 I receive a phone call and text message asking him how she is doing. Her eye inflammation went down and she is looking better and better as the hours pass. What Doctor do you know that would call you, text you personally, or turn around when he is on his way home at 11:15 to take care of one of his little patients. Dr Murarka makes caring for your pet affordable and is always available for a questions you may have no matter what time a day. Could not have a more appropriate name for an animal clinic!! Brought my 8 month old kitten to Dr.Murarka for neutering and the first set of standard vaccines. I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with the care given to my cat. The doctor is gentle, knowledgeable, and truly kind. I found him online from friendsofanimals, but he was also recommended by a friend. The fees are reasonable and fair but, most importantly, the care provided is of the highest quality. Dr. Murarka worked for 20+ years at the ASPCA and is involved with other humanitarian organizations as well (he's been on Animal Planet & National Geographic helping animals. His staff are pleasant, resourceful, and respectful, to name just a few qualities (but not limited to) My kitten came through his surgery with no problems, and it's because of these wonderful, caring folks. They'll provide you with all that you need here. With all the organizations Dr. M has been involved with, you just know he does so because of his love for animals. Choose these great providers, you won't be sorry, but very happy and satisfied knowing your pet is truly in good hands! My experience with Dr. Murarka was great. I adopted a kitten and was calling around to get prices on Veterinarian visits. His prices were very reasonable so I called and he was able to get me in the very next day. When I arrived at his office I was greeted by friendly staff and my wait time was no more the 10 minutes. The doctor was great during the exam, talking to my kitten in a calming voice and explaining to me what he was doing. This is the best clinic I have been. I am usng this clinic for about 3 years now. I have 2 dogs and one cat. My both dogs are spayed and neuter here and also my cat got spayed. Also my dog tumor was removed here. My all dogs are now healthy.. we are very satisfied and happy. Dr is very good and always give you advice and treated my pet with love and affection. the name says it all. I love this clinic and you will be very happy with their service. We were very satisfied with our visit there. Drs are very intelligent. He really is great experience person. My dog was really sick and told me what options I have and what I can do . I do not have that much money to spend so he helped me to get step by step to help me. I have visited other places before I went there because my friend told me how the great vets are there. the other vet clinic told me i need x-ray, ultrsound, blood test all for thousand bills...which i can not afford... here he helped me and the way I can afford and now my dog is doing well ... I have been taking my pets to Center Square for 14 years and over the Summer I found out someone new had taken over the practice. When I called to make an appointment someone answered like I'd called a home number, no inclination that I had called a business! I made an appointment for a Saturday evening because that was the only day they had evening hours. Lo and behold just like the other review my husband and I sat in the parking lot for over 1/2 hour and callled every 10 minutes but no one responded. I called during the week and still no one answered. Dr Pryor worked most of the time by appointment but at least he had an answering machine and someone would return my calls and would show up when I made my dog's appointment! So sad to see his practice go down the tubes after so many years. Read Less

Thought I pass my feedback on. I made an appointment for a Saturday night (the only night they have evening hours) at 6:30. Got there early and the doors were locked and all the lights were off. Sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes. Called several times to listen to the answering machine. I called the next day and was told they had no idea what happened. No one bothered to call to let me know they wouldn't be there, no apology. Needless to say I'm going to find another vet. Read Less

Dr. Murarka has the perfect name for his practice. His love of animals is apparent in his examinations and treatment.Our elderly cat got suddenly sick late on a Saturday afternoon. We did not have the money to take her to the local 24/7 emergency hospital, as they can be quite expensive. On a long shot, we called Dr. Murarka. Regardless of us not being one of his current clients, on a Saturday night, he drove an hour to his office to see our cat and treat her.Unfortunately, her age and health were so bad, that a few weeks later we had to bring her in again. Dr. Murarka tried his best, sometimes miracles cannot happen, and she passed away at home the next day. We took her to Dr. Murarka's office to have her cremated. His concern and *compassion* for our loss was wonderful and very much appreciated. We picked up her ashes yesterday. Amber was in a beautiful cherry wood box, her name engraved on a brass plate on top.I would recommend Dr. Murarka if you are looking for personal attention and someone who truly cares about your animals.Bart & Dove...
