Knightswood Animal Hospital it's staffed by some of the most polite professional an experience to people you could hope to meet. They understand how you feel when your animal is sick and they do their best to explain everything and calm your fears. They also take the time to answer any questions you have no matter. All in all a wonderful place for the care of your pet

My fiance and I bring our puppy Dixie there and the experience we have here is nothing but fantastic. From coming in the doors, the staff at VCA Knightswood Animal Hospital shows nothing but compassion to our pup and making sure we, as well as my puppy is comfortable. Giving her treats, asking whether we need anything before coming in and seeing the doctor. The staff is attentive, from texting us to check up on us after our appointment the previous day, giving us advice and making sure we're happy.
I love VCA Knightswood and recommend them to anyone!

The vets are friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care for the animals and a few will even personally followup with a phone call the next day to check in. Only downside is that night appointments sometimes have a very long wait, but daytime appointments are quick.

We actually switched vets a while back from Bree's animal hospital because we found out some harsh things they were doing there to the animals. I have 4 dogs which two of them have been seen there and they are always well taken care of. Dr. Barnes takes his time to evaluate and treat anything that might be wrong with my dogs. We have not had any bad experiences. Great animal hospital, with great workers.

Have spent over a thousand some odd dollars over the past few years having my cat groomed, went there in person last Thurs and spoke to Jerry and was told after pulling my chart someone would get back to me about my request to have my cat groomed, a week and a day later still no word. Thankfully I took a chance and called Kim's Pet Salon on Bristol Pike yesterday afternoon and got an appt for today at 1230 after reading reviews on her business. I stayed while my cat while she was being groomed and by 1249 I was out the door with my cat. So what usually costs over three hundred some odd dollars and being with out my cat for a whole day, within 20 mins we were out the door in costume for Halloween for $55.

I can't say enough about VCA Knightswood. I have found three lost dogs in the area over the past few years. I immediately brought each of them to VCA. They checked them for chips. If the dog was not chipped they took all of the information to help find the owners.
I bring both of my dogs to see Dr. Munthala. She is wonderful. She really takes her time with the animals and gives very thorough check ups. On our most recent visit, my dog needed x rays. She brought the images up on the computer and explained them in detail to me and my daughters. They were so interested in it. It was great.
The desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, as well as the techs.
My only suggestion is to try to get an early appointment. They do get backed up. However, once you see how much care they put into each pet, you understand why.
