She was very rude when I called. Spent the entire time telling me how they won't be able to help me if I make them my vet. How, if I need a vet for an emergency or if they need to be seen urgently, or even in a few days, they won't be able to fit me in. Mind you, I haven't even started using them yet. She acted like it was a burden to help me. You know the tone of voice...
And the name of the place has HOSPITAL in it. They are not a hospital, false advertising. They are a small vet with 1 doctor who books FAR too many patients. If you can't handle more patients, don't say you can on your web page. And change your name. You aren't a hospital. Don't waste your time with them if you are looking for a vet that has time to care for your pet.

My 17 year old cat appears to be dying. Won't eat and can barely walk. Panting and bringing up yellow slime. Saw the 5 star reviews for Plum Animal Hospital and called. Explained the cat's status, but was told they didn't have any openings until next week. I told them my cat would never make it to next week and was told to call around then. Really? You're such a CARING office, but can't find a bit of time for a dying cat? Sad.

I trust no-one with my dog but him. His staff is kind and knowledgeable. He listens to our concerns and tells us what steps to take to keep our dog healthy. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, we fully trust Plum Animal Hospital with their treatment. Dr. Jones and his staff are excellent. They do not overbook, so most visits we walk right in. You can tell everyone there really cares about their patients. Dr. Jones always takes the time to explain his diagnostics in terms we can understand. He gives the available options and does not push for unnecessary treatment. Their pricing is very reasonable.
Years ago our old cats had a nail that got pulled out during the weekend. We went to AVETS and were told either we would need surgery or put the cat down. We chose to wait for Dr. Jones to be back in the office. We took the cat to him and were given antibiotics, no surgery necessary. That cat is still with us thanks to Dr. Jones.
This last year our old dog had several large lumps removed by Dr. Jones and a partial tail amputation due to €Happy Tail€ injury. After the surgery he had complications due to his old age. Dr. Jones dedicated a great deal of time in the next several weeks to help our dog through these complications and today our dog is doing great for his age.
Plum Animal Hospital is the best vet office you can ask for!

I would like to start off first with saying the staff here is amazing and very caring. Dr. Jones was very caring and very smart. He always explained things in ways that weren't confusing for a non-medical person. I was worried when I moved to the area a few months ago that I wouldn't be able to find a vet that was "good" enough for my baby girl. They were the best vet I have ever had and would recommend to anyone. I just recently had my dog put to sleep which was the hardest things in my life but they were caring and sent us a sympathy card. Their hearts are in the right place and we will continue to take our other dog here.

We love Dr Jones and his staff. When our cat couldn't pee, we called the office and they had us bring him in right away. They said he was blocked and couldn't pee and they were able to treat him and save his life. After he came home, they called the next day to see how he was doing. Socks is still doing well and I am very happy with the service we get from Plum Animal Hospital. We are planning on getting a new kitten soon and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

We recently had to put our loving cat of 12 years to sleep. He always explained things in ways that weren't confusing for a non-medical person. I was worried when I moved to the area a few months ago that I wouldn't be able to find a vet that was "good" enough for my baby girl. They were the best vet I have ever had and would recommend to anyone. I just recently had my dog put to sleep which was the hardest things in my life but they were caring and sent us a sympathy card. Their hearts are in the right place and we will continue to take our other dog here.

Nice staff, and vet. Dr. Jones treated my cat for an abscess from an animal bite. He prescribed antibiotics, total bill was 58.00.

We love Dr Jones and his staff. When our cat couldn't pee, we called the office and they had us bring him in right away. They said he was blocked and couldn't pee and they were able to treat him and...
We love Dr Jones and his staff. When our cat couldn't pee, we called the office and they had us bring him in right away. They said he was blocked and couldn't pee and they were able to treat him and save his life. After he came home, they called the next day to see how he was doing. Socks is still doing well and I am very happy with the service we get from Plum Animal Hospital. We are planning on getting a new kitten soon and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.
