I moved to the area and started taking my animals here to avoid a longer car ride. At first it was great they had a cat clinic which was great because all the dogs barking freaks the one cat out. Went back last month and they got rid of the cat clinic. Ok. That's fine. Waited 45 minutes don't really love that the vet stresses them out as it is. Vet comes in finally. Wanted to charge $170 to do lab work because of their age. I declined that. Especially for the one cat he's a pure breed adoptee who has had a number of health issues. I don't want to do unneeded painful things to him. He's an animal he doesn't understand what is going on. They looked him over and tell me he has a heart murmur and a "tumor" in his mouth. I asked if it wasn't the gingivitis he has had off and on since he was 3 that we have treated with clindamycin when it flairs up. They told me they NEVER use that for mouth issues. Really? Because that's what you gave me the last time we were here. I had a bad feeling as a nurse that something wasn't adding up. Take them out to pay for the visit and we were waiting a while. Dogs are barking. The cats are freaking out in the carrier and they are telling me they don't have Revolution in stock for my pets. Wanted to give me something more expensive that we never used before. That's a no. New found cardiac issue and new medications do not mix well. Told me they would send an estimate later that day for the tumor removal. Got that 5 days later. Took him back to our old vet. They got all up in his mouth. Two separate vets in fact. No tumor, no inflammation, nada. Asked what kind of irresponsible vet would want to put him under for a dental when he hasn't been to a cardiologist for the new found heart condition. Recommended we do that first and said he could benefit from a dental cleaning but that they would want him to see a heart specialist first because putting him under for the dental could potentially kill him and that the tarter on his teeth wasn't that bad that it couldn't wait a few more years. So Family Pet Clinic wanted to put him under and charge me $1000 to remove an imaginary tumor that was never there and put his little life at risk. I have spent a small fortune on my pets and taken them to specialist in the past. We won't be back here considering they are looking to charge people excessive amounts of money probably to pay for the new Family Pet Clinic 2. Which I actually wouldn't mind but for unneeded surgery on a poor pet I have had to torture at the veterinary hospital multiple times in his 9 years of life, not so much.

Had an appointment for our 2 family dogs last night. Got there on time and checked in they told me to wait until we are called. THEY KEPT US WAITING FOR 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. I couldn't believe it! After 25 minutes we asked when it was our turn..after another half hour we asked again. We got same answer. The doctor is very busy..I understand she is busy but couldn't they have called before hand or while we were there told the truth and said you will be waiting for almost two hours?!? The only reason we stayed is because we needed their heart worm medication and I wasn't leaving with out it. Absolutely absurd! Treated us very poorly when asked how much longer.. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I have been taking my dog here for about two years now, ever since I adopted her. My favorite location is the Feasterville location because of the parking and getting out is easier. But, regardless, each time I come here, the staff is very friendly and all the veterinarians really do care about providing the best care. My dog is a harder patient to work with because she gets so scared, but they take their time and get my pup as comfortable as possible. Plus, she loves to sit on the benches in the waiting room as if she's humaning haha. I always am able to have all my questions answered, and I never come out feeling so rushed. Some offices I feel as if I am waiting forever in the waiting room or in the patient rooms, but they respect your time to not be late. Overall, best veterinarian practice I have gone to! Keep up the great care!

My family used this clinic for 15 years with no issues, until recently. Because of this practice's negligence, my 5-year-old boxer had to be put down WAY before his time. We visited due to there being a lump on his neck. The Dr. biopsied the lump to find it was not cancerous, so she did absolutely nothing, not even a follow-up. Since she did nothing to help, we assumed the lump was nothing to worry about. A few months later (On Thanksgiving of 2016, to be exact), our baby started walking around the house panting and limping. At first we assumed anxiety from too many people being around, but then nothing could comfort him. We let him outside, and as soon as he got outside, he fainted. We immediately took him to the emergency clinic, where we found out that his lump was a fluid filled sack which had burst into his chest and lung cavity. We went from specialist to specialist for two weeks trying to do absolutely anything we could to save our baby, and the only option was an extremely complicated surgery with a very long and tediously recovery process, and the specialist recommended that we put him down because he was suffering now, and probably would continue to suffer through the surgery/recovery, but ultimately it was up to us. We did not want to make him suffer anymore, and were forced to let him go. It was the toughest decision we had to make, but making our sweet, innocent baby suffer was the last thing we wanted. If only the Dr at this clinic would have cared even a bit more, or even paid more attention, maybe she would have tested it more thoroughly and could have done more to prevent this. We will NEVER be coming back here.

There is a great vet there was great things with acupuncture and she's very thorough at the Southampton office. There's only one that does acupuncture so ask for her. They have reasonable pricing for acupuncture package which is impossible to find elsewhere. I also like dealing with the staff very pleasant and flexible with appointment scheduling. Vet assistants also very good with my Dachshunds.

We have used Family Pet Clinic of Southampton for 141/2 years and never had a complaint. They were always kind to our dog, he loved being boarded there, and he had successful surgery there several times. Yesterday it was obvious our dogs life was coming to an end. He was obviously suffering, and we had to make the decision for him. It was 4:50 in the afternoon, Family Pet Clinic was open until 6:00. We called them and asked to bring him in to end his suffering, they said no. We were told they were " finishing up" for the day, and we should drive him to CARES 45 minutes away. This was a total lack of compassion both for our beloved dog, and for us. I guess as long as they have the potential to make money off you and your pet they have the time. When they see that cash flow ending all compassion ends also. I will never use this vet again.

I have been taking my dogs to Family Pet Clinic for many years now and have found their veterinary staff to be very professional, caring and kind. They have, over the years, called to check when my dogs have been sick. In addition, the office staff at both locations (Feasterville and Southampton) have always been pleasant and accommodating whether it was to make an appointment or to have a Dr. give me a call back with a question or concern. I also give them kudos for keeping each facility clean; when I go in the door it doesn't have a "dog/cat/pet" smell, there are not hairballs or dirty floors, and even while I'm in waiting room I can see the technicians/assistants mopping the floor and wiping down the table that the dog would be going on to be checked. I like a clean environment so this is important to me. I would definitely recommend Family Pet Clinic; we have been very pleased with the service we have received.

I had a brand new puppy that I received as a surprise gift. They fit me in that day for his check-up. They gave me complimentary medication for his first heart worm and flea prevention. They give a free nail clipping with every visit. They have called me to check in on my puppy and the doctor also spent 10 minutes on the phone with me discussing other potential issues. They have an app that lets you manage your appointments and profile. I would highly recommend them. We have been thrilled with their service.

They have two locations to choose from with an amazing staff and the doctors of the practice are phenomenal! For this size office, I can honestly say that I have never spoken or dealt with anyone there who doesn't care deeply about the positions they occupy! The front desk people are personable and just great listeners. The doctors never,ever rush through an appointment. They inform, they manage to calm both their patients and their patients' parents!! In my experience, the whole staff should be considered "the chosen few". We visit for routine checkups as well as our share of emergencies over the years. Whatever the situation, the staff is ready and waiting to help! Did I mention how much I appreciate what you all do? Family Pet Clinic surpasses all of my expectations and then some!!

Now our family's new love is an amazing boy. He's had a couple things happen and they took care of him immediately! . He's going to have a procedure done and he has to spend overnight in January. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff at Family Pet Clinic. My dog Sprocket was diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease last year and they helped educate us so we could give him the best care possible. They have been amazing from day one answering our questions and advice. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to my sweet Sprocket. They were wonderful not just with him but with us. Today I received a beautiful card from them with the kindest words. You have no idea how much that brightened my day when all I wanted to do was cry. Everyone at FPC is amazing and caring and compassionate. My family and I are thankful for everything you did for my pup.

I have taken my pets, Pinky and Eddie to see Dr Mernicki for the past 10 years. They are both pugs and they and 16 and 15 years old. Dr. Mernicki and her amazing vet techs have taken wonderful care of my animals. I have seen most of the other vets. They are all fabulous. Dr Menninger recently saved Pinky when I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to her. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my original babies.

On Monday July 25th we had to say goodbye to our beloved Sadie Jane she was a very tiny Shih Tzu, she was 14 years old. This was a very hard decision to make but I know it was the right one for her she was very tired and needed to go to sleep and cross the rainbow bridge. The entire staff at Family Pet Clinic was just amazing from the phone call I had to make to bringing her in. They knew from the minute I walked in that I was a mess and they treated both Sadie and I with love and concern. They talked to me and explained everything and let me spend as much time with her as I needed. They also talked to Sadie letting her know it was ok to let go. I can't thank you all enough for helping me through a very hard and emotional time

My girlfriend and I had to put down her Rottweiler that she rescued. Buster, the Rottweiler, was attacked by another dog and had a large open wound. We had talked about the possibility of Buster having to possibly put down due to his age (15 years old) and deteriorating physically and mental condition. I arrived and met my girlfriend, Buster, and the Vet Techs in the exam room. The techs were trying to keep him calm and administering pain meds. They were doing everything they could to keep Buster comfortable through his injuries. They also recommended that we rush him to the emergency hospital close by to perform surgery (that they didn't feel comfortable doing there due to his age and condition) and have him stay overnight for monitoring. The techs and doctors did everything to prep Buster for transport. They administered antibiotics, bandaged him up, gave him painkillers, and everything that needed to be done. Unfortunately, my we made the decision that Buster would not be comfortable even after we patched him up. We felt the humane thing to do is to was to put him down and the staff was very supportive. They explained to us the process and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even left us with a pawprint plaque to memorialize him. I had no problem with the bill that they gave us for $450 either. Everything on the bill was services that they administered and the reception went over each one with me during checkout.

The Family Pet Clinic with Dr. Menninger have been our family's veterinarians for years. Each visit we are welcomed warmly by a staff who has come to know each of our pets. The office has just enjoyed a complete renovation and looks amazing--- so efficient and professional. We are rarely kept waiting for appointments and, if we are, there is usually an emergency being handled (which turned out to be one of OUR dogs once) Dr. Menninger and her staff are thorough, empathetic, attentive and genuine. Sadly, over the years, we've experienced the loss of pets and found the office staff and doctors to be so very understanding of the grief that accompanies the loss. And in the same light, when welcoming a new pet to our family, the staff and doctors are just as thrilled as we are. We've recommended them to so many family and friends who now enjoy the same wonderful care.

Having owned several breed of dogs, who have been cared for and treated at Family Pet Clinic, I have always felt the professionalism and compassion of their health has been a priority of this practice. I concur with others comments, that the staff is always friendly, and courteous. The Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in their exams, and offer a genuine caring approach. I have entrusted Dr. Jackie Menninger many a time on important decisions, in my pets care, with much appreciation.
We have had the experience of having to euthanize a very sick as well as elderly dog in the past several years, and as difficult an experience as this is they were very kind and supportive during this process. In addition, while kenneling my dogs here, the staff always reviews the routine of the dogs feeding and any other habits and is very attentive to the dogs needs.

I moved to the area and started taking my animals here to avoid a longer car ride. At first it was great they had a cat clinic which was great because all the dogs barking freaks the one cat out. Went back last month and they got rid of the cat clinic. Ok. That's fine. Waited 45 minutes don't really love that the vet stresses them out as it is. Vet comes in finally. Wanted to charge $170 to do lab work because of their age. I declined that. Especially for the one cat he's a pure breed adoptee who has had a number of health issues. I don't want to do unneeded painful things to him. He's an animal he doesn't understand what is going on. They looked him over and tell me he has a heart murmur and a "tumor" in his mouth. I asked if it wasn't the gingivitis he has had off and on since he was 3 that we have treated with clindamycin when it flairs up. They told me they NEVER use that for mouth issues. Really? Because that's what you gave me the last time we were here. I had a bad feeling as a nurse that something wasn't adding up. Take them out to pay for the visit and we were waiting a while. Dogs are barking. The cats are freaking out in the carrier and they are telling me they don't have Revolution in stock for my pets. Wanted to give me something more expensive that we never used before. That's a no. New found cardiac issue and new medications do not mix well. Told me they would send an estimate later that day for the tumor removal. Got that 5 days later. Took him back to our old vet. They got all up in his mouth. Two separate vets in fact. No tumor, no inflammation, nada. Asked what kind of irresponsible vet would want to put him under for a dental when he hasn't been to a cardiologist for the new found heart condition. Recommended we do that first and said he could benefit from a dental cleaning but that they would want him to see a heart specialist first because putting him under for the dental could potentially kill him and that the tarter on his teeth wasn't that bad that it couldn't wait a few more years. So Family Pet Clinic wanted to put him under and charge me $1000 to remove an imaginary tumor that was never there and put his little life at risk. I have spent a small fortune on my pets and taken them to specialist in the past. We won't be back here considering they are looking to charge people excessive amounts of money probably to pay for the new Family Pet Clinic 2. Which I actually wouldn't mind but for unneeded surgery on a poor pet I have had to torture at the veterinary hospital multiple times in his 9 years of life, not so much.

Had an appointment for our 2 family dogs last night. Got there on time and checked in they told me to wait until we are called. THEY KEPT US WAITING FOR 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. I couldn't believe it! After 25 minutes we asked when it was our turn..after another half hour we asked again. We got same answer. The doctor is very busy..I understand she is busy but couldn't they have called before hand or while we were there told the truth and said you will be waiting for almost two hours?!? The only reason we stayed is because we needed their heart worm medication and I wasn't leaving with out it. Absolutely absurd! Treated us very poorly when asked how much longer.. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I have been taking my dog here for about two years now, ever since I adopted her. My favorite location is the Feasterville location because of the parking and getting out is easier. But, regardless, each time I come here, the staff is very friendly and all the veterinarians really do care about providing the best care. My dog is a harder patient to work with because she gets so scared, but they take their time and get my pup as comfortable as possible. Plus, she loves to sit on the benches in the waiting room as if she's humaning haha. I always am able to have all my questions answered, and I never come out feeling so rushed. Some offices I feel as if I am waiting forever in the waiting room or in the patient rooms, but they respect your time to not be late. Overall, best veterinarian practice I have gone to! Keep up the great care!

My family used this clinic for 15 years with no issues, until recently. Because of this practice's negligence, my 5-year-old boxer had to be put down WAY before his time. We visited due to there being a lump on his neck. The Dr. biopsied the lump to find it was not cancerous, so she did absolutely nothing, not even a follow-up. Since she did nothing to help, we assumed the lump was nothing to worry about. A few months later (On Thanksgiving of 2016, to be exact), our baby started walking around the house panting and limping. At first we assumed anxiety from too many people being around, but then nothing could comfort him. We let him outside, and as soon as he got outside, he fainted. We immediately took him to the emergency clinic, where we found out that his lump was a fluid filled sack which had burst into his chest and lung cavity. We went from specialist to specialist for two weeks trying to do absolutely anything we could to save our baby, and the only option was an extremely complicated surgery with a very long and tediously recovery process, and the specialist recommended that we put him down because he was suffering now, and probably would continue to suffer through the surgery/recovery, but ultimately it was up to us. We did not want to make him suffer anymore, and were forced to let him go. It was the toughest decision we had to make, but making our sweet, innocent baby suffer was the last thing we wanted. If only the Dr at this clinic would have cared even a bit more, or even paid more attention, maybe she would have tested it more thoroughly and could have done more to prevent this. We will NEVER be coming back here.

There is a great vet there was great things with acupuncture and she's very thorough at the Southampton office. There's only one that does acupuncture so ask for her. They have reasonable pricing for acupuncture package which is impossible to find elsewhere. I also like dealing with the staff very pleasant and flexible with appointment scheduling. Vet assistants also very good with my Dachshunds.

We have used Family Pet Clinic of Southampton for 141/2 years and never had a complaint. They were always kind to our dog, he loved being boarded there, and he had successful surgery there several times. Yesterday it was obvious our dogs life was coming to an end. He was obviously suffering, and we had to make the decision for him. It was 4:50 in the afternoon, Family Pet Clinic was open until 6:00. We called them and asked to bring him in to end his suffering, they said no. We were told they were " finishing up" for the day, and we should drive him to CARES 45 minutes away. This was a total lack of compassion both for our beloved dog, and for us. I guess as long as they have the potential to make money off you and your pet they have the time. When they see that cash flow ending all compassion ends also. I will never use this vet again.

I have been taking my dogs to Family Pet Clinic for many years now and have found their veterinary staff to be very professional, caring and kind. They have, over the years, called to check when my dogs have been sick. In addition, the office staff at both locations (Feasterville and Southampton) have always been pleasant and accommodating whether it was to make an appointment or to have a Dr. give me a call back with a question or concern. I also give them kudos for keeping each facility clean; when I go in the door it doesn't have a "dog/cat/pet" smell, there are not hairballs or dirty floors, and even while I'm in waiting room I can see the technicians/assistants mopping the floor and wiping down the table that the dog would be going on to be checked. I like a clean environment so this is important to me. I would definitely recommend Family Pet Clinic; we have been very pleased with the service we have received.

Even though we recently retired to the Jersey Shore, we still commute over 100 miles for Geno's care and boarding. We highly recommend Family Pet Clinic.

I had a brand new puppy that I received as a surprise gift. They fit me in that day for his check-up. They gave me complimentary medication for his first heart worm and flea prevention. They give a free nail clipping with every visit. They have called me to check in on my puppy and the doctor also spent 10 minutes on the phone with me discussing other potential issues. They have an app that lets you manage your appointments and profile. I would highly recommend them. We have been thrilled with their service.

If you are looking for the most caring and inspirational team to help you care for your precious pets..... LOOK NO FURTHER!! Family Pet Clinic is where you really want to be! They have two locations to choose from with an amazing staff and the doctors of the practice are phenomenal! For this size office, I can honestly say that I have never spoken or dealt with anyone there who doesn't care deeply about the positions they occupy! The front desk people are personable and just great listeners. The doctors never,ever rush through an appointment. They inform, they manage to calm both their patients and their patients' parents!! In my experience, the whole staff should be considered "the chosen few". We visit for routine checkups as well as our share of emergencies over the years. Whatever the situation, the staff is ready and waiting to help! Did I mention how much I appreciate what you all do? Family Pet Clinic surpasses all of my expectations and then some!!

This Clinic is a wonderful place. The Doctors and Staff are compassionate, professional, knowledgable, and kind. I always used a vet who came to my house, but he was hard to get a hold of. Since they opened an office in my neighborhood I have been switching my pets over to them. I am so happy with the quality of care my pets receive here. Now our family's new love is an amazing boy. He's had a couple things happen and they took care of him immediately! . He's going to have a procedure done and he has to spend overnight in January. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff at Family Pet Clinic. My dog Sprocket was diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease last year and they helped educate us so we could give him the best care possible. They have been amazing from day one answering our questions and advice. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to my sweet Sprocket. They were wonderful not just with him but with us. Today I received a beautiful card from them with the kindest words. You have no idea how much that brightened my day when all I wanted to do was cry. Everyone at FPC is amazing and caring and compassionate. My family and I are thankful for everything you did for my pup.

I have taken my pets, Pinky and Eddie to see Dr Mernicki for the past 10 years. They are both pugs and they and 16 and 15 years old. Dr. Mernicki and her amazing vet techs have taken wonderful care of my animals. I have seen most of the other vets. They are all fabulous. Dr Menninger recently saved Pinky when I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to her. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my original babies.

On Monday July 25th we had to say goodbye to our beloved Sadie Jane she was a very tiny Shih Tzu, she was 14 years old. This was a very hard decision to make but I know it was the right one for her she was very tired and needed to go to sleep and cross the rainbow bridge. The entire staff at Family Pet Clinic was just amazing from the phone call I had to make to bringing her in. They knew from the minute I walked in that I was a mess and they treated both Sadie and I with love and concern. They talked to me and explained everything and let me spend as much time with her as I needed. They also talked to Sadie letting her know it was ok to let go. I can't thank you all enough for helping me through a very hard and emotional time

My girlfriend and I had to put down her Rottweiler that she rescued. Buster, the Rottweiler, was attacked by another dog and had a large open wound. We had talked about the possibility of Buster having to possibly put down due to his age (15 years old) and deteriorating physically and mental condition. I arrived and met my girlfriend, Buster, and the Vet Techs in the exam room. The techs were trying to keep him calm and administering pain meds. They were doing everything they could to keep Buster comfortable through his injuries. They also recommended that we rush him to the emergency hospital close by to perform surgery (that they didn't feel comfortable doing there due to his age and condition) and have him stay overnight for monitoring. The techs and doctors did everything to prep Buster for transport. They administered antibiotics, bandaged him up, gave him painkillers, and everything that needed to be done. Unfortunately, my we made the decision that Buster would not be comfortable even after we patched him up. We felt the humane thing to do is to was to put him down and the staff was very supportive. They explained to us the process and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even left us with a pawprint plaque to memorialize him. I had no problem with the bill that they gave us for $450 either. Everything on the bill was services that they administered and the reception went over each one with me during checkout.

The Family Pet Clinic with Dr. Menninger have been our family's veterinarians for years. Each visit we are welcomed warmly by a staff who has come to know each of our pets. The office has just enjoyed a complete renovation and looks amazing--- so efficient and professional. We are rarely kept waiting for appointments and, if we are, there is usually an emergency being handled (which turned out to be one of OUR dogs once) Dr. Menninger and her staff are thorough, empathetic, attentive and genuine. Sadly, over the years, we've experienced the loss of pets and found the office staff and doctors to be so very understanding of the grief that accompanies the loss. And in the same light, when welcoming a new pet to our family, the staff and doctors are just as thrilled as we are. We've recommended them to so many family and friends who now enjoy the same wonderful care.

Having owned several breed of dogs, who have been cared for and treated at Family Pet Clinic, I have always felt the professionalism and compassion of their health has been a priority of this practice. I concur with others comments, that the staff is always friendly, and courteous. The Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in their exams, and offer a genuine caring approach. I have entrusted Dr. Jackie Menninger many a time on important decisions, in my pets care, with much appreciation.
We have had the experience of having to euthanize a very sick as well as elderly dog in the past several years, and as difficult an experience as this is they were very kind and supportive during this process. In addition, while kenneling my dogs here, the staff always reviews the routine of the dogs feeding and any other habits and is very attentive to the dogs needs.
