I started bringing my pets here because when we moved back home, Twinbrook had the prescription pet food we needed for my cat in stock and was only 20 minutes away. 15 years later I'm am still grateful we found them. They've taken impeccable care of my fur babies over the years. This past year we had to say goodbye to our cat when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I can't thank Twinbrook enough for helping us through such a difficult time. Very disappointed with the vets office. They say they do complimentary nail clippings and ear cleaning at their yearly visit. I even have the doctor tell me in a voice mail message that these services are "complimentary" but at my cat's yearly visit they told me his ears needed cleaned but did not do the cleaning. Instead I was charged $28.00 for a small bottle of ear clearing solution. I have been going to this vets office for over 20 years but since the doctors have changed it is very disappointing. At my cats yearly visit, we waited over an hour to have the doctor actually come into the room. My cat was actually getting sick from waiting so long. Poor patient care. I had to choose one star on this review, but I would not even give it one star. Read Less

I don't usually right reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due. I took my cat there for vaccinations and to have some mats removed from her fur. I was very anxious, knowing cats aren't always the most patient of patients, but they were phenomenal with my furbaby! My cat can be a little shy with strangers but they treated her so gently that she even relaxed enough for them to shave her! Very kind, gentle and loving crew you guys have down there! Thank you! We recently had to bring our senior dog in for an assessment. Deep down, we knew the news would not be good. The staff was extremely compassionate and patient with us while we had to make a difficult decision. They took the time to explain everything and spoiled him in his last moments. They allowed us the time we needed and never rushed us. Today we received a beautiful card in the mail with his paw print. I highly recommend this clinic. I help run a rescue for dogs and Dr Callen went out of her way to accommodate us. Her practice is excellent and her knowledge and thoroughness is outstanding.
