Amazing care for my dogs. I will trust no one else with my babies. I recently had to lay to rest my baby boy Nova a white German shepherd, diagnosed with leukemia. Not only did they help me with a plan of action to help him fight but once he had given up the fight, they sent me a sympathy card which to me was incredibly sweet and thoughtful.

We boarded our dog there few years ago after he had knee surgery. We chose it because of his recent surgery, if there was a problem we felt a hospital would be able to help him. I toured the place and it seemed fine. Snoopy was given a shower stall-type kennel, which was great b/c he had a cone on. Our dog is 100000% potty trained and at the minimum needs to be taken out once in the morning and once at night and will not mess indoors. We got a call two days before our vacation was over asking if we wanted them to give him a bath. I told them "no". I knew he would smell like a kennel, but could wash him at home for free. When we picked him up he was covered in his own feces and urine. It was discussing. I asked them about it and they said nothing. It was horrible and I can't recommend this place for boarding. As for the doctors I can't comment, but if this is how they run their business by letting a dog defecate all over himself while he has just undergone the stress of a serious knee surgery and is away from his owners and comfort of his home, I can't imagine how good the rest of the company is. Never got an apology or an explanation, just a very high bill.

I brought my dog in because she was limping on her hind leg. At the time We used the clinic for shots as we fell on hard times. They diagnosed her with a torn ACL. I agreed to have them do the surgery. When my dog came out of surgery they never called me to tell me she was ok. I picked her up that evening the doctor never came out to talk to me. I was given no instructions on how to care for her. Thank goodness I researched online that she could only go out to the bathroom,on her leash for several weeks or she could have been reinjured. They never called me the next day to see how she was. In two weeks I brought her in to take the cast off and they never made follow-up appointments to check her progress. We are doing financially better now and are in the process of picking a regular vet for shots and checkups. I would never pick this vet or recommend them to anyone. We had a horrible experience.

Went to Cherryville Animal Hospital for 6 years since I moved into this area because of the passing of Dr. Seely in Broadheadsville, NEVER AGAIN will I subject a pet of mine to that place. Dr. Carla Myers also took it upon herself to involve her Attorneys into my dog's case because of a Go Fund Me Account. In this Go Fund Me Account it clearly stated "ANY FUNDS NOT USED FOR HANNAH COULD BE USED FOR OTHER ANIMALS AT MY DESCRETION", which Dr. Carla Myers tried to dictate to me what I could do or not do with it through her Attorney's Office. Dr. Carla Myers has no legal jurisdiction over any of my dogs including Hannah. This speaks volumes to me that they don't care about animals, they care more about making the almighty dollar rather than saving or helping animals. I have been waiting since May 29, 2015 for my dogs records and funds to be transferred to another Vet Office, they claim all was sent but yet my original Vet's office has never received them. If I could give a 0 ZERO Rating I would. Would I recommend this Vet to anyone - NO! Dr. Russel Myers has also misdiagnosed Hannah, Thank God I have Hannah under the care of a Specialist because had I followed what Dr. Russel Myers prescribed for my Hannah she probably would be dead or so over drugged on Phenobarbital.

They are very friendly and know what they are doing. I used to go to another vet until my one cat was I'll and when I called that vet they would do nothing for me. I calley cherryville and they took me within an hour when they never saw my cat before although till I got home to take the cat he had already died. When you make an app there you get in at the time your appt was for there is no sitting and waiting for 30 to 60 minutes. You are in and out in no time. Not much anxiety on the pet and they are back home in a short period of time. I switched all my animals to here.

Our dog passed away this morning and I called Cherryville Animal Hospital requesting a quote on a cremation. I was quoted $95 and when I asked if this included receiving our dog's ashes back the woman stated yes. I arrived there approximately 45 minutes later and was told I was quoted the wrong price and it would be $180. I asked to speak to the doctor and he came out and said, "mistakes happen and the girl who quoted me the price was new". So, I would be careful taking your pets here as if mistakes happen, it will not matter- you will pay. Ooops, I took the wrong kidney out- oh well here is the bill!

Love Cherryville and my fur kids do too! Dr Meyers has cared for all of my fur kids for years and the kids love him and especially all the girls in the office who fuss over them. Dr Meyers fixed up my Maxie's torn ACL himself instead of sending me to the emergency Vet and Max did awesome! I will always go to Cherryville! Too bad they don't do humans! :)

We boarded our dog there few years ago after he had knee surgery. We chose it because of his recent surgery, if there was a problem we felt a hospital would be able to help him.
