Terrible. Just awful. My husband's family has been bringing their pets into Tender Touch for over 15 years, and the most recent ownership has been just dreadful. I moved to the North Hills and needed a vet while we were still dating, and started taking my two cats and dog to Tender Touch. At first, they were just a little expensive, but I figured that you get what you pay for, and since they seemed to be responsive, I didn't complain much about the cost. Fast forward a year or so - when I brought my geriatric cat into their office for a check up since we moved out of a house that had stairs into a tiny one floor apartment, he started losing muscle mass. They couldn't determine why, or what to do - best guess was "Triad disease". No idea where they came to that conclusion, but needless to say, over a thousand dollars, a bunch of prescriptions for who knows what, I was sent on my way with more questions than answers. They gave my cat a grave diagnosis based on inconclusive test results, and refused to place a feeding tube since he wasn't eating much, I took him to another vet. This new vet was a night and day difference. I ended up taking my two cats, dog and my husbands dog to the new vet. So, fast forward to a few days ago - my dog played jailbreak during a thunderstorm in her crate and I came home to a bloody dog, house and a mess of broken teeth. So I called Tender Touch at approximately 1pm requesting they fax the new vet her records as it was an emergency, and they assured me that they would. By 5pm, the vet still didn't have their records, despite two phone calls from my husband. They assured him that they "sent them a few minutes ago". Third and fourth call, this time from the emergency vet on the following day and they sent only partial records. I love my pets and because of this love, I now steer clear of Tender Touch. You should too. Read Less
