If I only had 5 seconds to write this and you only had 5 seconds to read this, this is all you need to know: Whomever is responsible for Dr. Sigg's education and compassion deserves 5 stars. I truly don't know where we would be had we not found Dr. Sigg when we did. She is a blessing and we are so lucky to have her fighting for us.If you have a little more time to read details, here they are:Ohhhhh where to begin... I love it here. My cat has only been a patient here for under a month, but Dr. Sigg (as well as the rest of her staff) has treated her like their number one priority. For starters, I was able to get our first appointment the very next day after I called in. The women at the front desk are SO friendly. You don't feel like a burden... and if the front desk women are busy, a vet tech is usually in the vicinity to help get you started. I have waited in the waiting room AT MOST about 5 minutes TOPS each visit. On our very fist visit, my cat peed n pooped in her crate and they took her right back, bathed her, clipped her nails and cleaned her cage without hesitation. This has NEVER happened anywhere else. (I have had my cat at a number of different vets because of her changes in behavior over the years, such as hair loss, scabs on skin, horrible breath, hiding under the bed, scared and, very recently, rapid weight loss.)Dr. Sigg came into our room for the first time and treated my cat as if she were her own, gently, compassionately and most important, VERY thoroughly. She genuinely tried to grasp exactly what was going on with her and I instantly had good feelings about her. After a very extensive check up, Dr. Sigg concluded that my little girl was probably going to need a full mouth extraction (all of her teeth pulled), as her gums were severely inflamed. She assured me that after the extractions, my kitty would be just fine and be able to function pretty normally and this this condition alone could cause her to live a VERY miserable life. She also gave me some other options, but felt this would be the best resolution. After a couple weeks of treating her with some meds and cortisone shots, I decided to go ahead with the tooth extractions and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. I don't want to go on and on with details, but I will say that Dr. Sigg personally went out of her way to call me both pre and post surgery, informing me that she took some skin samples while my girl was under just to have for later observation (definitely did NOT have to do that). I felt SO incredibly comfortable with it all, and we are now two days post-surgery! I can honestly say that my cat is already back to being just as affectionate as she used to be, if not more-so than she has ever been. She's still a bit woozy, but I think I would be, too! :)I couldn't be more pleased and excited to know that there ARE some good, caring vets out there. Just gotta find 'em! But I guess you just did! :)PS - fairest prices I've found so far AND they do a referral rewards program, so if you get referred there, you give them the name of who referred you and that person gets a $25.00 credit! Can't beat it!!! Read Less
