Yikes. If you love waiting, a dingy office, bad vet care, and snippy receptionists this is the place for you! In all seriousness, I do not feel that this is a safe place to take your animal, and it is unpleasant to boot. We swapped our vet after three successive visits of being left in an exam room for over an hour with no solutions. See my other reviews for the positive recommendation.

I had given them 5 stars in a previous review, but given my most recent experience 2 stars is probably too generous. I believe deep down they are good people. Here are my issues:1. They take too much on, they are always too busy. I admire that they want to help however I believe this is causing them to make bad decisions. Instead of taking a step back and really thinking something through, they jump from decision to decision.2. ZERO follow up. My cat was there for 4 nights...not once did they ever call to give me updates. This is unacceptable when you have a sick animal in surgery/recovering from surgery. My pet's life is literally in their hands and not one person ever picked up the phone to proactively call me. Not one.My family has now had two pets go through surgery there, both animals did not make it. I believe, looking back, these surgeries should have never happened bc the animals were probably never going to recover. Again, I believe they probably have very good intentions but that just isn't always enough.

We first came here when our cat needed a post-op check-up. We called ahead 30 minutes, and they were able to see him when we arrived after a wait of less than 10 minutes. The doctor was friendly and...
We first came here when our cat needed a post-op check-up. We called ahead 30 minutes, and they were able to see him when we arrived after a wait of less than 10 minutes. The doctor was friendly and, gave us a clear and simple treatment plan that did not require extra prescriptions or hospital visits. We have since gone back for our cat's yearly checkups and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The wait is very short.

Dr. B and his staff are absolutely amazing! Our little Molly dog became ill 14 months ago. He quickly diagnosed her with kidney disease and informed us of the best possible treatments.

Dr. Banzoh can NEVER retire! I have never encountered anyone who is so great with my baby. How lucky am I- hes my vet! Big thanks to you Dr. B and everyone at Maple Hills.

Maple Hills is the best ever! They have been taken care of my 13 yr old dog, always best service ever! When I bought a dog from LEHIGH valley humane society, they sent the dog home w what I was told kennel cough, I was taken the puppy to the vet humane society used cuz it was a follow up on the kennel cough, and my puppy was prescribed antibiotics for 15 days, yet still coughs, this morning which is sunday, the puppy was throwing up and shivering. I called maple hills and they let me bring him in, found out the puppy has influenza and they are keeping him over night w iv antibiotics and fluids. I knew I should of brought the puppy to Dr. B from the beginning! Now he has gotten so sick from being misdiagnosed for so long! I appreciate that they opened the doors just for my dog! I know they will take great care of him, cuz I am also a vendor of theirs, I saw how much love and care they give to the animals in the back... It was never for show, cuz they never know when I would be there, nor for over a year, they never knew I had a dog or was looking for a vet! I will never go anywhere else!

Wow what a hole! Took our dog here because of a growth, waited 2 hours for the appointment, and one month, over 1000 dollars, and 4 phone calls later we have STILL not received the biopsy results, only excuses and empty promises that "the vet will call you" without ever getting an actual call.

Yikes. If you love waiting, a dingy office, bad vet care, and snippy receptionists this is the place for you! In all seriousness, I do not feel that this is a safe place to take your animal, and it is unpleasant to boot. The doctor was friendly and, gave us a clear and simple treatment plan that did not require extra prescriptions or hospital visits. We have since gone back for our cat's yearly checkups and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The wait is very short.
