No matter how many time I bring my cat there they've not even made a effort to try. Every time they say the same thing and then they blame me. I do everything they say invest lots of money just to get my concerns thrown away because they just don't feel like finding out the real problem. I've taken all my animals to Tiogue. From a simple physical/ vaccination visit, to an emergency visit, every member of the staff treats every visit with the same quality of attention and care. The doctors take their time explaining every detail related to my pet's care and answer any questions (even the ridiculous/ paranoid pet mom ones) with courtesy and professionalism. They treat my pets like they are their own pets. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to recommend them. We have been taking our pets here almost since Dr. Z opened many years ago and would not think about going anywhere else!  The care our pets (and us in difficult situations) has been superb.  They refer to specialists if that is best for your pet and never fail to keep in touch to see how they are doing.  We have Greyhounds (which are a different breed and require specific knowledge) and have always felt that our Vet had done the extra research to insure their health.  The office staff, vet techs, and doctors are the best!!!  Exceptional! My dog's toe was very swollen and he was limping.  My regular vet was already closed and I really didn't have the money to take him to the 24 hour vet clinic. Tiogue was still open and nearby so I called to see if they would look at him before they closed.Everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs and the doctor were very friendly, welcoming, and caring.  They gave my dog some antibiotics and anti inflammatories and said to call them or our regular vet if it didn't get better. They were honest and up front about courses of treatment and options and what could be wrong with him.  A couple days later they called to see how he was.The prices were reasonable and I cannot recommend them enough. I had switched to this vet years ago and have never been disappointed.  Their hours are great for anyone working your typical 9-5 shift and I have never had an issue getting a same day appointment.  The staff is always friendly and willing to help.  They just redid the seating area, it is amazing how they keep it so clean throughout the day.  There are numerous rooms and they are good about getting you in a room quickly so as to not have to wait in the area with other pets.  The vets themselves have been very open about various options so as not to pigeon hole you into the most expensive treatments.  They thoroughly explain this to you so you feel comfortable that you are making the right decision. We started taking our beagle Craka to Tiogue Veterinary Clinic 12+ years ago when we first got her and they have always been great, right up to this past Friday when we had to say goodbye to our baby. Always very kind and thoughtful even to the point of receiving a condolence card in the mail yesterday which also had a inked paw print with her name as a memento which had my wife and I in tears but we will certainly frame it with her picture. I have been going to Tiogue veterinary clinic for many years with my dogs. Some issues were serious and others minor problems. It is with pleasure to post this review to say the four doctors who have treated my dogs over the years have been compassionate and caring vets. As a registered nurse i am aware of diseases and there treatments and that dogs many times come down with the same diseases and treatments as we do ourselves. At no time were there errors in diagnosis or treatments. That in itself is an excellent record in my book. They have explained everything that they are doing and are open to any questions you may have. As for the office staff, i can say only one thing, wonderful. Julie, Deb and the rest of the office staff go out of there way to accommodate in scheduling visits. Next, the vets assistants deserve a special place in my heart as they are the ones who have been there with me when i have had to put my two dogs to sleep and cried along with me during these most sad moments. Today was my first visit with my 3 year old Bichon. We transferred to follow Dr April White who we love. The front desk staff and vet tech were so friendly and helpful. My baby was nervous and the tech took her time to just love my boy instead of rushing through what she needed to do. I have been coming to this clinic since I was a child with family pets. Now that I have my own 2 four legged kids, I would go no where else besides Tiogue Vet. I have never had a problem with this clinic. They are friendly and you can tell all the doctors have a true love for animals. They accommodate me and my dogs to go into a room right away since visits to the vet can be very rough for my 2... I love all the staff here and I plan I being a lifetime client :) Read Less

Dr. Z and Dr. Burbank are my go-to's. Unfortunately some of the other vets are not as effective as these two, and honestly have resulted in me having to back for followups that might not have been otherwise necessary.The office staff is great, and they all truly have a love for animals. The vet techs are also friendly, helpful, and full of love for the animals that come in. The office hours are very flexible, and I rarely run into issues trying to make an appointment. Even when I am scrambling to get my pup in because of a vaccine due date, the staff is always able to accommodate.Price wise, I find Tiogue to be on par with most other vets - the biggest selling point for me personally is the location. Coupled with the mostly stellar service we receive, it's hard to justify ever going elsewhere. Read Less
