I love this place! I've been coming here since the late 90's and you can't beat the service here! Just about everyone knows you and your pet and they greet them by name! The care they give my animals is wonderful and they always look out for your interests. The vets here are awesome and I've seen them all! The receptionists and techs are also nice too! When it comes to pricing yes they are expensive but what vet isn't but here they have a rewards program where you earn points/dollars after each visit and you can use that to a later bill or at a later date for another appt. They also always inform you if you're tight with money what would be a less expensive way to help your pet out! These people rock!

I could write a review every day and it wouldn’t cover how we feel about this animal hospital, Dr Laura, Jamie and all of the staff here. They have seen 4 of our dogs in the last 9years. They have seen us through 3 major events : our Border Collie hit by a car then years later a spinal stroke (FCE) - fully recovered from both. The end of life for our German Shepherd - who was taken care of with such love and dignity - there isn’t enough gratitude to cover that. They have provided general care for all the dogs that exceeds expectation, it has been the same Docs, vet techs and office staff since the first day we went there, when the staff doesn’t want to leave, neither do we! Lol! The ONLY negative I have about this practice is that we moved to Florida 3 years ago and they didn’t come with us. We were lucky enough to be back in RI this year and took our new Australian Cattle dog puppy in for a check up and a skin issue. It’s frustrating trying to find a vet in Florida that is even close to these guys. Today I called them because I need to find a better vet and Jamie took the time to do a bit of research for me and took the time to hear my frustrations and give me some solid advice. We love these guys and more importantly so do our dogs - what dogs get excited to go to the vet?? Thank you for everything you have done for us over the years and everything you continue to do, even from a distance! 😍 ❤️🐶🐶🐶❤️😍

This is the best animal hospital I've ever taken my dog and cats to. Dr. Laura is who they usually see but everyone is great especially the vet techs. They all really care about your pets.

As everyone already knows, our Rosie is the biggest baby in the world when it comes to toenail trimming. She cries so loud that you'd think I was cutting her leg off. I have chased her around the house for weeks to try, I said "try" to cut her curly nails. Well, with that said I have to say a big thank you to West Greenwich Animal hospital for cutting ALL of them for her. Took about, well shorter than running after her for weeks and all the crying. Not only Rosie crying. A fantastic job, well worth it handled with tender love and care. A big heartfelt thank you for helping us out and as usual always a great job with our cry babies Rosie and Willow.

WGAP came through when our prior vet couldn't (or wouldn't). We were lucky enough to have Dr. Laura for that first appointment and have never looked back. The best and simplest thing i can say about Dr. Laura is that i have referred and recommended WGAP to anyone who has needed a vet. She is the best. The support staff also go above and beyond for the animals and their owners. I can and do count on them and rely upon them.

I wanted to say that West Greenwich animal hospital has been the only place I could trust my pets with. They simply have the best staff possible. I have been going to them since 2005. They have always made me and my family feel like part of theirs, especially during one of the toughest moments of my life, having to put down my dog. I can't say it enough how much I have appreciated all the doctors there and hope this may help who ever reads this to choose them!!

We switched to WGAH a few years ago. We were unhappy with our current provider and had been looking to try somewhere else. We are so grateful to have found such an open and helpful practice. When we got our first puppy 18 months ago they were by our side every step of the way. They are available extended hours that work with our busy schedules and life's mishaps. All of the doctors and staff are willing and able to answer any questions that come up. Whenever we get the chance we rave about WGAH. Thank you for all you do!

I love the care my cat receives here. Dr Suzanne is Amazing!! I rescued my kitty a little over a year ago and he was very sick 4 days later. I rushed him there as a new patient, got in right away and was treated as if my kitty was top priority. She saved his life from the health neglect his former owner. He had a condition no one knew. The entire staff is very caring. My cat sees Dr Suzanne all the time and I'm very very satisfied. I have to get him a special cat food for bladder issues but it's worth it. They love us coming in showing funny pics and stories of my little one growing up. Thank you team at WG Animal Hospital.

Spectacular!! I brought Nahla, my 8 week old Doberman puppy here for her first visit and from the time she walked in, she was welcomed and treated with love. The first time we arrived at WGAH was for a dentist visit. Our poor Jake was in pain from a bad tooth. Other vets were not able to accomadate due to not having someone that practices dentistry on staff. Doctor Ralph was quick to ease the pain of our Jake as well as his human companions. From there we fell in love with everyone on staff. I always say that no one else can love our little furry family members like we do. However the staff are a very close runner up at WGAH. While providing superior care and devotion to our pets, they never let the human condition be put to the side, they genuinly care for all of us.

Three years ago I decided it was time to find a new vet. My then 14 year old mixed dog Kelly started reacting very badly at our old clinic. She became very nervous just going in the door where before she always like the place where she had been going since she was a pup. A new vet had taken over the practice and the atmosphere had change dramatically after a year or so.
I asked friends around town and one family used WGAH. I called and asked if I could bring both my dogs in for just a visit to see how they reacted to this new place.
We were greeted with open arms and treats for my babies. Kelly showed no sign of nervousness and checked the whole place out giving her stamp of approval.
Unfortunately one of the first things we had to do was put my best girl down soon after finding the good people at WGAH but the compassion and respect we were treated with made that most difficult time a little easier.
We just recently add a new addition to our family and he contacted Parvo. The care and concern over our new little guy was a comfort to my husband and myself. We weren't sure if he would make it. The Dr.s and staff were supportive and caring to all of us and I am happy to say our Noodge is healthy and happy now.
I look forward to a long and caring relationship with all the folks we have come to know at WGAH.

It is the cleanest office you will ever find which is what initially drew me in.
The staff trully love their jobs and it shows in every interaction that you have with them! These girls are the best and I honestly enjoy going each time as I look forward to seeing them, like today :)

We take both of our Golden Retrievers Max & Buster to the West Greenwich Animal Hospital. Buster had a serious accident several years ago and when the police discovered him they drove out of their way to take him to the West Greenwich animal hospital. I now know why, they successfully got Buster back on his feet and the care they provided is top notch. We've had a issue with Max a boy that has required special procedures and the follow up has been second to none. The hospital calls us the next day and when we are there for a visit they take all the time that is needed to answer all of our questions and concerns. Seriously I love my dogs and want the best care for them. Pet Portal, appointment cards in the mail, email reminders! Excellent care, staff, and treatment!

Last week we celebrated Mr. Morimotos being with us 2 years so off to WGAH he went for his annual physical. Weighing in at 5 pounds 9 oz, he was a trooper. He was treated like the little king that he has become accustomed to when visiting the animal hospital. Everyone fussed over my little boy, he even got special knocks on the door just to say hello! It was not easy drawing blood from my little pint, but in no time it was done, he got a clean bill of health and we were on our way back home. We can always depend on the wonderful staff for all of our pet needs. Last summer when Gabriella gave birth to her 5 puppies everyone was so helpful with all our questions and concerns of being a new Grandma! I would recommend WGAH to anyone in need of an animal hospital that comes with a whole lot of GREAT experience for both you and your pet!

We have been using this vet for over 8 years. They provide top notch care and take your considerations into the direction of care for your pet. If you have an urgent need they will make sure to fit you into the same-day schedule.The owners are two of the vets and take a participatory role in the operation of the business. They also do not promote their own goods over what makes sense. I had a great discussion with one of the owners on what food to buy my older dog and he gave me great advice on what to look for in a product available at a major pet retailer.....no special foods or proprietary products.The assistance are great and recognize us on sight.....not even name or what the file says.They have even helped us with some diagnosis for our chickens.....

This place is the best around. First of all I had a very sick goat named Jack and I was going to have him put down but Dana wanted to try procedure on him first and she was very positive that it would help little Jack live longer so we did it and he is doing great. Also we just got a hairless kitten and again Dana was amazing she took the time to go through the kitten from shots to blood work and even checking out his eye with a black light. I love how Dana is so into the animals from farm life to indoor pets, and love how she will research stuff just to make sure everything is perfect. The over all hospital is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and is and you can tell they all love animals. They make you feel like family and we will refer our friends and family to go there. The prices are very fair and you get what you pay for you never feel like a number and just pushed through they take their time.

I have chased her around the house for weeks to try, I said "try" to cut her curly nails. Well, with that said I have to say a big thank you to West Greenwich Animal hospital for cutting ALL of them for her. Took about, well shorter than running after her for weeks and all the crying. Not only Rosie crying. A fantastic job, well worth it handled with tender love and care. A big heartfelt thank you for helping us out and as usual always a great job with our cry babies Rosie and Willow.

WGAP came through when our prior vet couldn't (or wouldn't). We were lucky enough to have Dr. Laura for that first appointment and have never looked back. The best and simplest thing i can say about Dr. Laura is that i have referred and recommended WGAP to anyone who has needed a vet. She is the best. The support staff also go above and beyond for the animals and their owners. I can and do count on them and rely upon them.

I wanted to say that West Greenwich animal hospital has been the only place I could trust my pets with. They simply have the best staff possible. I have been going to them since 2005. They have always made me and my family feel like part of theirs, especially during one of the toughest moments of my life, having to put down my dog. I can't say it enough how much I have appreciated all the doctors there and hope this may help who ever reads this to choose them!!

We switched to WGAH a few years ago. We were unhappy with our current provider and had been looking to try somewhere else. We are so grateful to have found such an open and helpful practice. When we got our first puppy 18 months ago they were by our side every step of the way. They are available extended hours that work with our busy schedules and life's mishaps. All of the doctors and staff are willing and able to answer any questions that come up. Whenever we get the chance we rave about WGAH. Thank you for all you do!

I love the care my cat receives here. Dr Suzanne is Amazing!! I rescued my kitty a little over a year ago and he was very sick 4 days later. I rushed him there as a new patient, got in right away and was treated as if my kitty was top priority. She saved his life from the health neglect his former owner. He had a condition no one knew. The entire staff is very caring. My cat sees Dr Suzanne all the time and I'm very very satisfied. I have to get him a special cat food for bladder issues but it's worth it. They love us coming in showing funny pics and stories of my little one growing up. Thank you team at WG Animal Hospital.

Spectacular!! I brought Nahla, my 8 week old Doberman puppy here for her first visit and from the time she walked in, she was welcomed and treated with love. Dr. Suzanne and her staff are truly the most genuine caregivers and a wealth of knowledge. The first time we arrived at WGAH was for a dentist visit. Our poor Jake was in pain from a bad tooth. Other vets were not able to accomadate due to not having someone that practices dentistry on staff. Doctor Ralph was quick to ease the pain of our Jake as well as his human companions. From there we fell in love with everyone on staff. I always say that no one else can love our little furry family members like we do. However the staff are a very close runner up at WGAH. While providing superior care and devotion to our pets, they never let the human condition be put to the side, they genuinly care for all of us.

Three years ago I decided it was time to find a new vet. My then 14 year old mixed dog Kelly started reacting very badly at our old clinic. She became very nervous just going in the door where before she always like the place where she had been going since she was a pup. A new vet had taken over the practice and the atmosphere had change dramatically after a year or so.
I asked friends around town and one family used WGAH. I called and asked if I could bring both my dogs in for just a visit to see how they reacted to this new place.
We were greeted with open arms and treats for my babies. Kelly showed no sign of nervousness and checked the whole place out giving her stamp of approval.
Unfortunately one of the first things we had to do was put my best girl down soon after finding the good people at WGAH but the compassion and respect we were treated with made that most difficult time a little easier.
We just recently add a new addition to our family and he contacted Parvo. The care and concern over our new little guy was a comfort to my husband and myself. We weren't sure if he would make it. The Dr.s and staff were supportive and caring to all of us and I am happy to say our Noodge is healthy and happy now.
I look forward to a long and caring relationship with all the folks we have come to know at WGAH.

It is the cleanest office you will ever find which is what initially drew me in.
The staff trully love their jobs and it shows in every interaction that you have with them! These girls are the best and I honestly enjoy going each time as I look forward to seeing them, like today :)

We take both of our Golden Retrievers Max & Buster to the West Greenwich Animal Hospital. Buster had a serious accident several years ago and when the police discovered him they drove out of their way to take him to the West Greenwich animal hospital. I now know why, they successfully got Buster back on his feet and the care they provided is top notch. We've had a issue with Max a boy that has required special procedures and the follow up has been second to none. The hospital calls us the next day and when we are there for a visit they take all the time that is needed to answer all of our questions and concerns. Seriously I love my dogs and want the best care for them. Pet Portal, appointment cards in the mail, email reminders! Excellent care, staff, and treatment!

Last week we celebrated Mr. Morimotos being with us 2 years so off to WGAH he went for his annual physical. Weighing in at 5 pounds 9 oz, he was a trooper. He was treated like the little king that he has become accustomed to when visiting the animal hospital. Everyone fussed over my little boy, he even got special knocks on the door just to say hello! It was not easy drawing blood from my little pint, but in no time it was done, he got a clean bill of health and we were on our way back home. We can always depend on the wonderful staff for all of our pet needs. Last summer when Gabriella gave birth to her 5 puppies everyone was so helpful with all our questions and concerns of being a new Grandma! I would recommend WGAH to anyone in need of an animal hospital that comes with a whole lot of GREAT experience for both you and your pet!

We have been using this vet for over 8 years. They provide top notch care and take your considerations into the direction of care for your pet. If you have an urgent need they will make sure to fit you into the same-day schedule.The owners are two of the vets and take a participatory role in the operation of the business. They also do not promote their own goods over what makes sense. I had a great discussion with one of the owners on what food to buy my older dog and he gave me great advice on what to look for in a product available at a major pet retailer.....no special foods or proprietary products.The assistance are great and recognize us on sight.....not even name or what the file says.They have even helped us with some diagnosis for our chickens.....

This place is the best around. First of all I had a very sick goat named Jack and I was going to have him put down but Dana wanted to try procedure on him first and she was very positive that it would help little Jack live longer so we did it and he is doing great. Also we just got a hairless kitten and again Dana was amazing she took the time to go through the kitten from shots to blood work and even checking out his eye with a black light. I love how Dana is so into the animals from farm life to indoor pets, and love how she will research stuff just to make sure everything is perfect. The over all hospital is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and is and you can tell they all love animals. They make you feel like family and we will refer our friends and family to go there. The prices are very fair and you get what you pay for you never feel like a number and just pushed through they take their time.
