All the staff are wonderful. My first experience with this office was with my daughters dog Paris. Everyone was so supportive and went the extra mile for them. So when I adopted Fergie I knew I wanted her to come here. Our new addition Krypto also comes here. We love this office and highly recommend to my family and friends.

Was able to get an appointment with Dr Brown fairly quickly.
Sharon had me bring in my dog's paperwork in prior to the appointment, so that all the information was available to the doctor when I arrived. This saved time.
The techs were kind and gentle with my dog's painful ear.
Dr Brown was attentive to my dog's prior history and my several attempts to help her. She listened to my concerns and offered not only a plan, but drew a picture of the dog's ear canal and how an infection can manifest, explaining exactly what was going on. This was most helpful! Also, she was considerate enough of my dog's point of view to prescribe a pain medication, something others had not done up to this point. And we were able to stay away from steroids, which I was very happy with.
The very next day, my dog went from being lethargic, hanging her head down and hiding under furniture, to her old happy and playful self. That alone was worth everything! I realize we have a way to go with her chronic ear infection, but at least she has regained a much better comfort level.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Aiken Animal Hospital. They're number one priority is using their stellar knowledge to keep my pets healthy. They have always given them the best care and also are masters at what they do. I have had some really emergency health problems with one of my cats and they resolved the issue. Very few would have been able to have the skill to treat what he needed to have done.
I no longer live close to Aiken Animal Hospital but I go there anyway with my two pets because they are the best

This is the best and most caring vet my 12 yr old dog has ever had. I am so lucky that we found them! My dog had to have his eye removed and they were such pros before, during and after surgery that it alleviated so much stress. Everyone there really cares and does their job well. They follow up with phone calls and work extra hard to make sure everything is done right. When it involves one's precious pet, it is amazing to find a group of people who truly care.

Two weeks before I moved to Aiken I was scoping out all the small animal vets, and although there were a few that were very competent, I felt Dr. Brown had an edge above the rest. That was ten years ago...
In these past ten years, she has given amazing care to not only my animals with sincerity and compassion but also to me. Whether it is an emergency in the middle of the night or a time of great sadness having to make difficult decisions about a beloved pet who is sick, she is there for me with emotional support and kind words. She literally saved the life of my dog who was bitten by a large poisonous snake on a Friday night. She worked with her through the night doing everything she could giving her a 50/50 chance, but she pulled her through it. It took four months and many visits back to Dr. Brown during her recovery, but today years later at 11 years old she is doing great thanks to Dr. Brown. My medical background makes me a tough critic but I have a lot of respect for not only Dr. Brown's knowledge and expertise but also of the staff.
They are friendly and always happy to help....I would highly recommend Aiken Animal Hospital.

I have been impressed with the whole staff at Aiken Animal Hospital since I started taking my cats there several months ago. They have always given me honest and accurate care with a respectful attitude toward me and my cats. I could not have found a more kind and considerate Vet or person as Dr White to stand with me when it was time to let go of my cat after 10 years. The rest of the staff was very supportive as well.
Whether it be a injury or illness this is a top notch place!

All the staff are wonderful. My first experience with this office was with my daughters dog Paris. Everyone was so supportive and went the extra mile for them. Sharon had me bring in my dog's paperwork in prior to the appointment, so that all the information was available to the doctor when I arrived. This saved time.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Aiken Animal Hospital. They're number one priority is using their stellar knowledge to keep my pets healthy. They have always given them the best care and also are masters at what they do. I have had some really emergency health problems with one of my cats and they resolved the issue. Very few would have been able to have the skill to treat what he needed to have done.
I no longer live close to Aiken Animal Hospital but I go there anyway with my two pets because they are the best
