If you are involved in animal rescue, or the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) program to trap feral cats, have them spayed/neutered, and health checked so that they can be placed in a colony such as the one I run, where they receive food, water, and shelter, I would not recommend Hollow Creek. When myself and my caretakers took a cat we had trapped there, the attitudes of the staff were not positive, the billing was mishandled, and the cat had to be returned because her ear had not been tipped. With feral cats, a tiny tip is taken out if one ear so that we can tell who has already been spayed/neutered. I encountered more attitude from the staff, and another charge. When I picked up the cat for the second time, they had chopped off one-half of one ear. They didn't know if any antibiotic had been used, so I had to make sure that was done. This is the only veterinary practice in the area that stated they were not familiar with any of this. The definite impression is that TNR cats are not very welcome. Apparently private clientele receive a different standard of treatment.
