This practice is amazing! First, I showed up with my beagle and my 5 month old daughter in the car... they came out and helped me bc I really had my hands full. Dr Cribb is so wonderful, he got down on the floor and really made my girl feel comfortable. My parents actually take their two dogs here and so they recommended this practice, and it is no wonder. We moved to Charleston from the Atlanta area in July of this year. I was very nervous about taking my dogs to a new vet since I had been with my vet in Atlanta for 14 years. A neighbor recommended Dr Cribb & staff as a trustworthy and caring facility. Sure enough, 2 days later I had to take my Boston Terrier in. The staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating. They worked me, even though I didn't have an appointment. Dr Cribb was not well that day but he stayed to see Pilsbury. I was very comfortable with him, felt that he cared & I could trust him immediately. Come to find out he attended UGA with my hometown vet. So, that was the "icing on the cake" that helped put me at ease. Since our first visit, I have recommended as many people as possible to Dr Cribb and his wonderful staff! Thank you guys so very much, you are truly AWESOME! Read Less

I feel obliged to share my thank-you card note to the veterinary staff that oversaw Sammy's final year, not least because I am sure their humility would prevent them from doing so directly. For Sammy's (and Paz's) continued care, we have been seeing Dr. Bryan Cribb. He has been a friend of my family's for many years, and from the first visit with Sammy last summer, I felt this was the best place for us. His calm, warm, and highly knowledgeable demeanor is so like my dad that I felt immediately at ease. There's the context; here's the letter: "Dear Dr. Cribb and staff, Our family is so grateful to you for the professional, dedicated, and loving care and attention you gave Sammy in his final year. Our hearts were heavy having to make that ultimate decision, but your advice, guidance, and careful honesty helped ease the burden. Sammy lived a long, full (both belly- and experience-wise), and comfortable life. Thank you for giving him a comfortable and peaceful end. [And then I prattled for a bit about our emotional state - I will spare Eternity that part.] THANK YOU for coming to us in Sammy's time of need. We are so glad to have you for all of our future needs. With warm regards, Brock, Julie, Claire, Annie, & Paz (and Sammy)"Read Less
