My cat named Ara died under their care. She was only 1 year old very energetic and full of life. I know I speak for every pet parent in saying, these pets mean more than just an animal to you, they are your kids! I feel like they just took away my child. I had been training in the Army for the last 7 months and I worried very often if Ara felt like I abandoned her. Her other mom would comfort me in saying you will be able to spend the next years with her so don’t feel to bad. Her mom and I feel like we sent her to her death bed choosing this company. That was our princess going in for a SIMPLE procedure. I wish I could do literally anything to change what happened that day ESPECIALLY A DIFFERENT VETERINARIAN. But unfortunately nothing can bring back our baby, Ara. Save yourself the emotional pain. spend an extra 50$ so your baby can come home to you afterwards.

Brought my dog in to get spayed. My husband picked her up, laid her in the back seat, and drove her home. When he went to get her out she was covered in blood. Tried to contact them a few days later to see what went wrong— they were all clueless and want to take no accountability for butchering my dog. If we hadn’t taken her to the ER vet immediately she would have died that night. You pay for what you get. This place needs to be shut down.

Rush jobs and no concern at all about handling complaints, disputes. Daughter's dog nearly bled to death after being spayed. No compassion here, just a money machine. Maybe one day they will have the type the surgery they perform.

My roommate and myself brought one of our cats in to get fixed, okay no problem. They told us she’d be ready around 3/4PM. Then we received a call saying she’d be ready around 4/5PM, again okay no problem we go out run a few errands and show up around 4:10PM. We go in and ask if our cat is ready and they tell us our cat was up for adoption! What?! No she came in to get fixed! Then they so oh I’m sorry she’s the one waking up from anesthesia, she’s right there. This woman points to a completely different cat!! Thats not our cat. So we had to deal with being told our cat was adopted and about to get handed another cat. Like what is going on?! 100% so not recommend.

we found our little orange kitty, Delilah who was a stray outside of my salon last May. we befriended her and took her into our home. she couldn't have been more than a month old at the time and only weighed 1lb 60z. riddled with fleas, worms, and a very difficult tape worm. we fought to bring her to perfect health, and we did. for 8 months, she was a perfect addition to our family along with 2 other cats, and our dog. I decided it was time to get her spayed, and after talking to many different people, brought her here yesterday 1/22/18. we got the call around 2:15 in the afternoon, that our sweet baby girl passed away after her surgery from cardiac arrest. Although I have so many questions, and dont really understand how or why this could happen. the doctor and receptionist were very kind, and treated Delilah and my family with all the respect in the world. we got to bring her home and say our goodbyes, and she is now layed to rest in our backyard.. this review isn't to bash, or be negative. just to tell my story.
our hearts are truly broken. our pets are our family.

I've had 5 cats fixed here. 4 girls and 1 boy. I've never had any problems except when trying to call to make an appointment, I never seem to call at the right time. But that's easily solvable by going in person (which is fairly convenient for me). They've always been very nice to me and my cats. I'm disappointed that their prices have increased but they're still cheaper than most places.

We took our dog to get neutered and as a "courtesy" they cut his nails. We did not ask or agree to this, nor was it mentioned that they would be doing so. The documents that I signed before handing him over are proof of this. I'm sure it would have been much appreciated if they had not absolutely and unprofessionally butchered his nails. My poor dog was given to us bleeding profusely as we got into the car. I believe it was Shannon who we spoke to immediately after we came back in. Lack of sympathy and customer service. She did not apologize and simply felt that this was okay. Marcia, who is above Shannon, was more professional after having to give her a call since Shannon refused to handle the situation. Our dog is thankfully okay after going to a vet courtesy of Marcia. My main goal here is to warn others of this and to prevent any more furry family members from being in pain.

My dogs cut opened up from just him shaking. Stitches should definitely been used and not just medical glue. The glue does not hold. I had to take him to an emergency vet and they were shocked that they just used glue to seal the cut because he is a large dog. They stapled him up and gave me pain relievers and antibiotics to ensure the incision wouldn't get infected.

The lady answering the phone was very rude and acted like I was taking up her time when I called to set up my dog appointment to get her spayed. 1/4/17 was her spay appointment and after her spay, I walked out to my car and noticed she was bleeding because her incision had opened up. I walked back in and told them she was bleeding and opened up and they told me this was the FIFTH TIME her incision had opened up so they took her in the back, PEALED the glue from her incision, and reglued it. My dog was screaming... I live and hour and a half from the clinic and the lady told me if she opens up again while I am in the Monks Corner area to bring her back and they will stitch her up instead of regluing her. I asked the lady if they can just stitch her up now so I don't have to worry about it opening up again, about the drive down to Monks Corner, and about causing my dog more pain that she's already been through. The lady had the audacity to tell me "No, I'm not going to even ask the vet to do that right now because we had 20 spay and neuters over what we normally do and I don't want to make him/her mad". Pissed off I walked out.
Two days later, 1/6/17, my dogs incision opens up AGAIN. The SIXTH time. I had to call an emergency vet to get her stitched up ASAP because I couldn't drive and hour and a half with my dog having a huge open gash in her stomach.
Do not go here. They don't care about the well being of your pet. They will do whatever is easiest and fastest for their benefit.

Spay was $85, microchip $35, meds $10. They even clipped her nails. Great affordable option for the animals in our community.

Will never bring another pet here again, my poor puppy didnt get any pain medication to come home with and hes been crying since 530 and the front desk girl said oh the male dogs wont be in as much pain as the females absolutely incorrect i have called around to several vet offices and they said they deff should have given him some to leave with and that was terrible of them.Do not go here!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere to where a vet will care about your baby and see that his or her needs are met and that they are comfortable! I bet the workers if they ever have any pain they get what they ask for unlike pets they cant speak for themselves and tell you that they are in pain or discomfort but to cry. Absolutly heartless place!!!

THEN I CALLED TWO DAYS LATER AND SAID I NEED SOMETHING FOR MY CAT BC SHE SAT ON THE COUCH FOR 15 HOURS WITHOUT MOVING. THEN THE SAME WOMAN SAID THEY COULD ONLY PROVIDE MEDICATION WHEN THEY LEAVE. Dropped our guinea pigs off here. At first the lady tried to tell my husband we had to take them to their main office down the road, we called the main office and they said we had to take them here, where we were, when my husband confronted the woman about it she said they had nowhere to put them, that's when he told her they were in a cage and we brought the rest of their bedding and food, they were happy to take them then. I came in to check on them a few times, they were listed as strays, their names were changed and they were sitting out in the open with all the noise and commotion, guinea pigs get stressed very easily, their water bottle was empty once when I came in for who knows how long before I noticed. I left my name and number and asked them to let me know when they got adopted, never got the call. It's been about 2 years and I still regret it.

My dogs cut opened up from just him shaking. Stitches should definitely been used and not just medical glue. The glue does not hold. I had to take him to an emergency vet and they were shocked that they just used glue to seal the cut because he is a large dog. They stapled him up and gave me pain relievers and antibiotics to ensure the incision wouldn't get infected.

The lady answering the phone was very rude and acted like I was taking up her time when I called to set up my dog appointment to get her spayed. 1/4/17 was her spay appointment and after her spay, I walked out to my car and noticed she was bleeding because her incision had opened up. I walked back in and told them she was bleeding and opened up and they told me this was the FIFTH TIME her incision had opened up so they took her in the back, PEALED the glue from her incision, and reglued it. My dog was screaming... I live and hour and a half from the clinic and the lady told me if she opens up again while I am in the Monks Corner area to bring her back and they will stitch her up instead of regluing her. I asked the lady if they can just stitch her up now so I don't have to worry about it opening up again, about the drive down to Monks Corner, and about causing my dog more pain that she's already been through. The lady had the audacity to tell me "No, I'm not going to even ask the vet to do that right now because we had 20 spay and neuters over what we normally do and I don't want to make him/her mad". Pissed off I walked out.
Two days later, 1/6/17, my dogs incision opens up AGAIN. The SIXTH time. I had to call an emergency vet to get her stitched up ASAP because I couldn't drive and hour and a half with my dog having a huge open gash in her stomach.
Do not go here. They don't care about the well being of your pet. They will do whatever is easiest and fastest for their benefit.

My 5 month old Yorkie was spayed yesterday and she is doing great. She was microchipped at the time of surgery. I also opted for post surgery pain medication. Total was 130!!!! Spay was $85, microchip $35, meds $10. They even clipped her nails. Great affordable option for the animals in our community.

Will never bring another pet here again, my poor puppy didnt get any pain medication to come home with and hes been crying since 530 and the front desk girl said oh the male dogs wont be in as much pain as the females absolutely incorrect i have called around to several vet offices and they said they deff should have given him some to leave with and that was terrible of them.Do not go here!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere to where a vet will care about your baby and see that his or her needs are met and that they are comfortable! I bet the workers if they ever have any pain they get what they ask for unlike pets they cant speak for themselves and tell you that they are in pain or discomfort but to cry. Absolutly heartless place!!!

I WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I PICKED MY CAT UP FROM BEING FIXED AND I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE PAIN MEDICATION (because they didn't give me any). THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID THEY DIDNT OFFER ANY. HOW COULD YOU NOT GIVE AN ANIMAL PAIN MEDS AFTER A SURGERY?!?! THEN I CALLED TWO DAYS LATER AND SAID I NEED SOMETHING FOR MY CAT BC SHE SAT ON THE COUCH FOR 15 HOURS WITHOUT MOVING. THEN THE SAME WOMAN SAID THEY COULD ONLY PROVIDE MEDICATION WHEN THEY LEAVE. BUT INASKED HER THAT SAME DAY AT PICK UP IF I COULD BUY MEDICATION FOR MY CAT!!! What kind of vet puts an animal through surgery and doesn't provide pain medication?!?! Just because they're animals doesn't mean they don't feel pain!!!

Dropped our guinea pigs off here. At first the lady tried to tell my husband we had to take them to their main office down the road, we called the main office and they said we had to take them here, where we were, when my husband confronted the woman about it she said they had nowhere to put them, that's when he told her they were in a cage and we brought the rest of their bedding and food, they were happy to take them then. I came in to check on them a few times, they were listed as strays, their names were changed and they were sitting out in the open with all the noise and commotion, guinea pigs get stressed very easily, their water bottle was empty once when I came in for who knows how long before I noticed. I left my name and number and asked them to let me know when they got adopted, never got the call. It's been about 2 years and I still regret it.
