I started taking my frenchie ( JUNO ) to riverbank approximately 2 years ago. We have seen both vets and they are both relatable and knowledgeable. I expect nothing but the best care for her and that's exactly what you get at riverbank. I recently went out of town and had Juno with me and of course she started having a few issues and I did not feel comfortable taking her to an out of state vet that had no history of Juno ( of course unless it was a dire emergency). I was able to email Dr. Bredenberg a few pics of the area of concern and a video. She called me back and called in some meds for Juno at a pharmacy in Tn. Juno got instant relief and I was able to have fun with my mom and son In TN without constantly worrying about Juno.Since then I adopted another pup ( Luna Blue ) and she started going to riverbank also and they took LOTS OF TIME WITH ME ON HER FIRST VISIT because Luna came from a dirty , disgusting environment. My mom will be adopting a puppy soon and she will be seeing Dr. Bredenberg because she sees how down to earth she is and very knowledgeable. I feel lucky that Juno and Luna have a vet like Dr. Bredenberg and Dr. Billy

I have 2 cats with life threatening kidney disease which is stressful on me and them. Dr. Brandenberg and Dr Roumillat are the most kind and compassionate vets. They listen to all of my concerns, I always bring a list of symptoms and questions and they are always sympathetic and creative with things I can try to make them more comfortable. The vet techs and the front desk personnel always go above and beyond and show the same compassion. If you're looking for the best vets for your animal family members this is the place for you.

In traveling through Charleston, my dog was injured at a daycare she was attending. I was devastated and needed to get her to a vet to insure she would be ok. Riverbank was recommended to me and I immediately drove there. Having no appointment they saw me and my dog immediately. The vet saw us within minutes. She was thorough, kind, compassionate and reassuring. I would highly recommend this clinic. I was totally impressed and very thankful for the treatment my dog received.....

We've had a lot of vets over the years for both large and small animal care. Doctors, human or animal, should become part of a trusted group around your family. Billy and Linnea and their group are at the top of all the doctors we've been blessed to have looking after us.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, their care is reasonable, thoughtful, and thorough. We've lost a pet at night and been able to get advice right away.
They know our names, our pets, and they care, always. These are deeply good people, and a blessing to three generations now. We couldn't recommend a practice any more highly.

I went to Riverbank Vet Clinic after a referral from a friend for a yearly check up with my two dogs. I was excited to try a new vet. The front desk staff and vet tech were all very nice, easy to work with, and quickly got us in for the first appointment. As the other reviewer stated, very clean offices and great space. However, the reason I am giving a 1 star review is the vet. We saw Dr. Bredenberg. She was extremely condescending and rude. We have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately we will not be returning after such treatment.

This place is phenomenal. I have multiple dogs and cats, some with complex medical concerns, so I visit Riverbank often. Both doctors are caring and thorough. My animals always receive excellent care and I never feel rushed. The lobby and exam rooms are immaculate. Staff is courteous and attentive. Most know me and my pets by name. This practice is great, highly recommend!

This facility is welcoming, pristine and peaceful. Unlike other offices I've been to where the waiting area is hectic, Riverbank schedules plenty of time for appts so I never feel rushed and the spacious open waiting area is always accommadating. Dr. Roumillat even kept his office and staff one hour passed closing to give my ill dog a thorough exam. The girls were caring and congenial throughout our visit. When I first discovered Dr. Brendenberg, formerly from Ohlandt, had opened up her own practice with Dr. Roumillat I was thrilled. They once treated my first dog, Betsy long ago and I was already fond. Their facility is outstanding and staff extremely knowledgable. I started taking my current dog Desi there almost 5 years ago. My dog LOVES going to the vet and all of the attention she receives from the Staff. Super crushes on Rosie and Summer! If you want to feel like your part of the family Riverbank is for you!

I had such a great experience here with my dog who is usually terribly nervous anytime she goes to the vet. The whole staff was super helpful and made me (especially), and Chloe feel much more at ease than any other vet. I can tell Dr. Bredenberg and everyone there genuinely cares about every pet and person that walks in. They took their time and were very thorough and knowledgable. This is my new vet! I just wish I had found it sooner. On top of that the whole facility is immaculately clean!

They are the best! Dr. Billy Roumillat , Dr.Linnea Bredenberg and their entire staff arewonderful. I have been bringing my dogs to them since they first open their doors andcouldn't be happier. Not only are they professional, extremely knowledgeable, but showlots of love while caring for your pets. I rescued a dog from the woods that had been left to die and brought her in to Dr. Billy. He saved her with the best care possible. I have happy to say that 3+ years later she is happy, healthy and a wonderful additionto our family:) Not only are the Doctors great but their entire staff is fantastic. They are all so friendly and treat your pets as thought they were their very on. Lots of loveand kindness. This is a wonderful, caring and extremely competent vet clinic. Their medical explanations are extremely thorough and easy for a non-medical person to understand. They have taken superb care of feline and canine general medical needs as well as an extremely urgent kitty cat problem with complete success. Seriously the best vet around. If you need a good vet, this is the place! I have been taking my cat since they first opened. On top of being incredibly good veterinarians, they are wonderful people- Dr. Bredenberg, Dr. Roumillat and all of the staff make me feel so welcome. I know that they truly care about my cats, the way that I do, and I appreciate that they take every possible measure to make sure my cats have the least traumatizing visit they could possibly have. They take time to answer all my questions, explain things thoroughly and are so very sweet and supportive. I could not give a higher recommendation- they are the best.

We expect a lot of veterinarians. They must not only treat our animals, who cannot tell us what's wrong with them, requiring diagnostic skills bordering on the psychic, but they also seem to always have to treat the humans as well. More times than I can count, these wonderful folks at Riverbank have treated all of us, people and cats and dogs (and even a couple of sheep) with the finest of medical and emotional care.
Choosing a veterinarian is such a personal relationship, and for me, knowing the depth of the care they feel for animals means that I can trust they will be compassionate and thorough in ensuring the best of care for my beloved pets.
I recommend Riverbank wholeheartedly, and with love, for all the times they've been our steadfast partners in caring for what seems to be an ever expanding household full of furballs.

I always try to find homes for them, but my newest rescue is a kitty that was badly injured. She is having surgery today. The staff was very good to her and to me! I started taking my frenchie ( JUNO ) to riverbank approximately 2 years ago. We have seen both vets and they are both relatable and knowledgeable. I expect nothing but the best care for her and that's exactly what you get at riverbank. I recently went out of town and had Juno with me and of course she started having a few issues and I did not feel comfortable taking her to an out of state vet that had no history of Juno ( of course unless it was a dire emergency). I was able to email Dr. Bredenberg a few pics of the area of concern and a video. She called me back and called in some meds for Juno at a pharmacy in Tn. Juno got instant relief and I was able to have fun with my mom and son In TN without constantly worrying about Juno.Since then I adopted another pup ( Luna Blue ) and she started going to riverbank also and they took LOTS OF TIME WITH ME ON HER FIRST VISIT because Luna came from a dirty , disgusting environment. My mom will be adopting a puppy soon and she will be seeing Dr. Bredenberg because she sees how down to earth she is and very knowledgeable. I feel lucky that Juno and Luna have a vet like Dr. Bredenberg and Dr. Billy

I have 2 cats with life threatening kidney disease which is stressful on me and them. Dr. Brandenberg and Dr Roumillat are the most kind and compassionate vets. They listen to all of my concerns, I always bring a list of symptoms and questions and they are always sympathetic and creative with things I can try to make them more comfortable. The vet techs and the front desk personnel always go above and beyond and show the same compassion. If you're looking for the best vets for your animal family members this is the place for you.

In traveling through Charleston, my dog was injured at a daycare she was attending. I was devastated and needed to get her to a vet to insure she would be ok. Riverbank was recommended to me and I immediately drove there. Having no appointment they saw me and my dog immediately. The vet saw us within minutes. She was thorough, kind, compassionate and reassuring. I would highly recommend this clinic. I was totally impressed and very thankful for the treatment my dog received.....

We've had a lot of vets over the years for both large and small animal care. Doctors, human or animal, should become part of a trusted group around your family. Billy and Linnea and their group are at the top of all the doctors we've been blessed to have looking after us.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, their care is reasonable, thoughtful, and thorough. We've lost a pet at night and been able to get advice right away.
They know our names, our pets, and they care, always. These are deeply good people, and a blessing to three generations now. We couldn't recommend a practice any more highly.

I went to Riverbank Vet Clinic after a referral from a friend for a yearly check up with my two dogs. I was excited to try a new vet. The front desk staff and vet tech were all very nice, easy to work with, and quickly got us in for the first appointment. As the other reviewer stated, very clean offices and great space. However, the reason I am giving a 1 star review is the vet. We saw Dr. Bredenberg. She was extremely condescending and rude. We have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately we will not be returning after such treatment.

This place is phenomenal. I have multiple dogs and cats, some with complex medical concerns, so I visit Riverbank often. Both doctors are caring and thorough. My animals always receive excellent care and I never feel rushed. The lobby and exam rooms are immaculate. Staff is courteous and attentive. Most know me and my pets by name. This practice is great, highly recommend!

This facility is welcoming, pristine and peaceful. Unlike other offices I've been to where the waiting area is hectic, Riverbank schedules plenty of time for appts so I never feel rushed and the spacious open waiting area is always accommadating. Dr. Roumillat even kept his office and staff one hour passed closing to give my ill dog a thorough exam. The girls were caring and congenial throughout our visit. When I first discovered Dr. Brendenberg, formerly from Ohlandt, had opened up her own practice with Dr. Roumillat I was thrilled. They once treated my first dog, Betsy long ago and I was already fond. Their facility is outstanding and staff extremely knowledgable. I started taking my current dog Desi there almost 5 years ago. My dog LOVES going to the vet and all of the attention she receives from the Staff. Super crushes on Rosie and Summer! If you want to feel like your part of the family Riverbank is for you!

I had such a great experience here with my dog who is usually terribly nervous anytime she goes to the vet. The whole staff was super helpful and made me (especially), and Chloe feel much more at ease than any other vet. I can tell Dr. Bredenberg and everyone there genuinely cares about every pet and person that walks in. They took their time and were very thorough and knowledgable. This is my new vet! I just wish I had found it sooner. On top of that the whole facility is immaculately clean!

They are the best! Dr. Billy Roumillat , Dr.Linnea Bredenberg and their entire staff arewonderful. I have been bringing my dogs to them since they first open their doors andcouldn't be happier. Not only are they professional, extremely knowledgeable, but showlots of love while caring for your pets. I rescued a dog from the woods that had been left to die and brought her in to Dr. Billy. He saved her with the best care possible. I have happy to say that 3+ years later she is happy, healthy and a wonderful additionto our family:) Not only are the Doctors great but their entire staff is fantastic. They are all so friendly and treat your pets as thought they were their very on. Lots of loveand kindness. This is a wonderful, caring and extremely competent vet clinic. Their medical explanations are extremely thorough and easy for a non-medical person to understand. They have taken superb care of feline and canine general medical needs as well as an extremely urgent kitty cat problem with complete success. Choosing Riverbank Veterinary Clinic was the right decision for me and my fur children. They are a welcome addition to our community of with other fine vets.

Seriously the best vet around. If you need a good vet, this is the place! I have been taking my cat since they first opened. On top of being incredibly good veterinarians, they are wonderful people- Dr. Bredenberg, Dr. Roumillat and all of the staff make me feel so welcome. I know that they truly care about my cats, the way that I do, and I appreciate that they take every possible measure to make sure my cats have the least traumatizing visit they could possibly have. They take time to answer all my questions, explain things thoroughly and are so very sweet and supportive. I could not give a higher recommendation- they are the best.

We expect a lot of veterinarians. They must not only treat our animals, who cannot tell us what's wrong with them, requiring diagnostic skills bordering on the psychic, but they also seem to always have to treat the humans as well. More times than I can count, these wonderful folks at Riverbank have treated all of us, people and cats and dogs (and even a couple of sheep) with the finest of medical and emotional care.
Choosing a veterinarian is such a personal relationship, and for me, knowing the depth of the care they feel for animals means that I can trust they will be compassionate and thorough in ensuring the best of care for my beloved pets.
I recommend Riverbank wholeheartedly, and with love, for all the times they've been our steadfast partners in caring for what seems to be an ever expanding household full of furballs.

I was very impressed with the Doctor and staff at Riverbank yesterday. I am a realtor and I seem to find all of the abandon animals. I always try to find homes for them, but my newest rescue is a kitty that was badly injured. She is having surgery today. The staff was very good to her and to me! I am looking forward to getting a positive phone call from them any minute now! I feel very confident in the ability of this clinic! Thanks for helping me help PICKLES! Can't wait to bring her home forever!
