After moving to Lake Wylie from the Huntersville area, we were very nervous about selecting a new vet practice. We loved our former vet. Total Bond has been a great choice for us. Although we've had a different vet each time we've taken our dogs in for visits, each one has been great with out dogs. I would wish for some continuity but understand that staffing has to change due to scheduling. Overall, I am very pleased with our care.

Our dog had to stay overnight for IV fliulds and medication.. they sent me a text of a picture and an update during his stay!

We just established our animals at TotalBond in Clover this week. We plan on using them for our regular visits, but this visit in particular we needed for our dog. Our dog regularly gets ear infections, and Dr. Werfal stressed that she wanted to try and fix the cause of the infections, not just treat this one. She also sat with us for who knows how long just to talk about options with her behavior. We have an overly anxious dog, and it can be stressful at times. Dr. Werfal spoke with us more than any vet ever has about any issue. I truly appreciate the time she spent with us, and I beyond recommend taking your furry family here!

I always get a check up call to see how Nalu is doing after her visits. She recently got spayed and the surgery went great without any complications! I highly recommend Total Bond Bethel Vet.

Bethel has treated both of my dogs over the last 13 years or so. They have always been kind and attentive to all of our needs. They were so kind and caring for us when the time came to put our family dog of 11 years down. They made sure to give us as much time as we needed and explained everything in detail. They made the difficult process a little easier with their kind words and attention. They now are treating our newest puppy and rescue dog, and they love seeing and catching up with our beloved animals.

The doctor and staff were both very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the treatment for my pet very thoroughly. We even received a nice personalized write up from the doctor on our little guy's medical condition and treatment plan. Facility was very clean and professional. We are very glad we brought our pet here today.

clover vet was closed , our pet had a bout of diahrea , thought getting meds from clover vet would have taken care of our pet , but he had another bout , so called total bond and was able to take Freddy in , the vet tech was great , and had a dr. merlo ,,was glad to get a vet to take a look at him , I did prefer for Dr.werfal but she was very busy as was all , as clover vet was closed ,,,so any way glad could get freddy in , as was in no way about to chase around , so we are on the books is we have an emergency in the future ,,,thank you Dr. Merlo and also front desk , I was very impressed ,,,,,Rose Fritz
