My dog Berkeley is very special and dear to my heart. When he went completely blind almost overnight, I was so worried and made an appointment here with Dr. Cook. I was so impressed with how Berkeley was treated by the staff. Dr. Cook did a great job examining his eyes and took her time with him with such compassion. She must have spent at least 30-40 minutes talking to us and explaining every little detail. She made it very easy to understand what could be going on with Berkeley and that it might be a brain tumor. The Vet Tech (I forgot her name) that was also caring for Berkeley, was SO sweet and gentle with Berkeley. I want to thank her for being so kind and caring. We were referred to see a Neurologist for further opinions and tests. P.S, It gave me such a piece of mind knowing he was getting the best care and exam possible. I thought that the price I had to pay for the visit plus exam was very reasonable. Thank you Dr. cook and staff! Read Less

Took my two 16 year old rescue pups there for evaluation. After detailed exam and consult, no procedures were recommended. The doc felt cataract surgery wouldn't provide enough benefit to outweigh risk/cost. I was educated on preventative treatments. This is an extremely ethical office. It would have been easy to recommend needless procedures. They did not. Furthermore, the staff was caring and wonderful. True animal lovers. I observed many animals coming and going with serious eye issues. They were receiving class A care and attention. Read Less
