Wonderful docs and staff. My dog needed to be on a very expensive drug and they took the time to find it for 60 a month vs 2000 that the emergency vet charged. They take the time to listen and care.

our very ill dog has been treated there for diabeted for 2 years. we have switched vets several times. we found this place and love it. they were great with our dog and helping with his illness. unfortunately our dog was so ill to the point the vet recommended putting him to sleep. they gave us plenty of time to say goodbye and love on him. then they explained what was going to happen. the vet did what he had to. they then gave us time to spend with our dog. when we left the room the vet techs all hugged us. they were very helpful and caring towards us while we had to go through this.

This is the 2nd time we have come to the hospital. They saved my standard poodle when he was choking on a bone. Yesterday we came in with an emergency also and ended up putting my boxer to sleep, she was 14 years old. The staff was beyond empathetic for our needs, they went above and beyond to help us cope with her death. The receptionist, Joey the tech and Dr Moreland were so promt, efficient and we thank them so much. If I ever get another dog we will come back to them for a well check.

We were visiting from out of town on our Honeymoon when our dog Jada got sick and needed a vet. We called Long Point Animal Hospital and immediatly got an appointment and saw DrErin Burton within and hour of my call. The vet tech Beth came in took a history and examined Jada. She was kind gentle and made Jada feel at ease. Dr Erin Burton came in and gave an extensive exam to Jada and a full neuroexam and even consulted with a neurosurgeon. She treated my dog like it was her own so kind caring and gentle. She explained everything she was doing. She prescribed steroids for Jada and even faced her medical records to my vet in NY. Dr Burton only charged us for the standard office visit and meds.($62.50) Long Point Animal Hospital is more concerned about your pet then the money. I was so grateful to find a vet that truly treats your pet as their own without breaking your wallet. This is the ONLY place to bring your pet. Everyone working here is kind caring and genuinely have a deep love for animals. They even called two days later to see if she was making any improvement. I was from out of town not a regular client. It blew me away. Don't hesitate to call and make Long Point Animal Hospital your vet!!!

We are here on a honeymoon with our 3 dogs and had an emergency with Jada. We saw Dr Erin and she gave Jada such an extensive exam and even called a neurosurgeon for a consult. She and the entire staff is wonderful. They truly care about your dog. They aren't after your wallet. I highly recommend these vets for all of your needs. Thank you also to Beth the vet tech who made us feel at ease and was so gentle with our baby. We were given medicine and they faxed our vet the medical records. I can't say enough good things about this practice. When we move here this is the vets we will be using. Thanks so much to everyone.

Just moved here from NC, and was worried about finding a vet that really cares and shows it. Erin is a throwback to the way I remember vets growing up. Extremely informative and asked a lot of questions. HUGE kudos for the latter! Everyone we met while there was friendly, which in itself is a breath of fresh air. This will be my only vet as long as I am here!

We hadn't lived here long and when we realized our cat was getting very sick, this was the closest veterinarian. These folks are amazing. We eventually had to make the terrible decision to have the cat put down. I simply cannot believe how caring and compassionate everyone was. They may be in the business of caring for pets' health, but it is clear, they truly care about pets and the people those pets live with. About 9 months later when we decided to get another cat, there was no question who her vet would be. You will have no regrets getting your pet's health needs taken care of here.

This is the 2nd time we have come to the hospital. They saved my standard poodle when he was choking on a bone. Yesterday we came in with an emergency also and ended up putting my boxer to sleep, she was 14 years old. The staff was beyond empathetic for our needs, they went above and beyond to help us cope with her death. The receptionist, Joey the tech and Dr Moreland were so promt, efficient and we thank them so much. If I ever get another dog we will come back to them for a well check.

We are here on a honeymoon with our 3 dogs and had an emergency with Jada. We saw Dr Erin and she gave Jada such an extensive exam and even called a neurosurgeon for a consult. She and the entire staff is wonderful. They truly care about your dog. They aren't after your wallet. I highly recommend these vets for all of your needs. We hadn't lived here long and when we realized our cat was getting very sick, this was the closest veterinarian. These folks are amazing. We eventually had to make the terrible decision to have the cat put down. I simply cannot believe how caring and compassionate everyone was. They may be in the business of caring for pets' health, but it is clear, they truly care about pets and the people those pets live with. About 9 months later when we decided to get another cat, there was no question who her vet would be. You will have no regrets getting your pet's health needs taken care of here.
