Horrible staff. I took my dog in to get her ears checked and they couldn’t give a care in the world about how nervous she was. They forcefully lifted her on the table and when they went to swab her ear the lady grabbed her face to keep her from moving. Then, they just let go of her and she fell off the table that was 3 feet in the air and hit her mouth and actually broke a tooth. I wouldn’t trust these people even with a stuff animal

It's amazing to see how much of a difference there is between the vet I used to go to and Lesslie. At the old vet, my furbabies were always so stressed. But when they come here, it's like they never left home. My cat didn't hiss or growl once and my EXTREMELY anxious dog warmed right up. The staff here really know what they're doing when it comes to animals, and great customer service too!

Just took my cat for her annual checkup here, and it's really nice! Despite a mix-up on my scheduled appt time, they saw me right away, and were very kind with my cat even though she isn't always cooperative. Dr. Setzer answered my questions, made me feel at ease, and did not pressure me to buy any specific meds, food, etc from them, which was nice. And they offered a tour of the new facility which was also great. Thanks guys!

Dr. Setzer is such a loving and compassionate doctor. I started taking my pets there about two years ago. Now my mother is taking her pets there also.Today, July 29th, 2016, my mom had to put her cat down. The staff was awesome. Dr. Setzer stayed with my mom and step-dad for as long as they needed. I can't tell you how happy I am to have a vet that seems like a true animal lover and puts my mind at ease. Oh, and the staff is awesome also!!! Nothing but kind things to say about all of them! The new location is a HUGE upgrade from where they were previously. I was able to tour the new location and it is remarkable! It is bigger and better than before. I brought my poodle Luther to Dr. Setzer and his staff when they were at their old location and was very impressed with their service and now they have a first class state of the art facility to match their first class level of service!!!! I wouldn't recommend taking your pets anywhere else. I would recommend Dr. Setzer and Lesslie Animal Hospital to any pet owner even if they didn't live in the Rock Hill area!!

We are have taken our dogs to Lesslie Animal Hospital for many years now and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. When we had to make the hard decision to put our dog to sleep back in May, Dr. Setzer and his whole staff were amazing. They allowed us to cry and stay with our dog for as long as we needed and they sent us a handwritten note of condolence, which I felt was above and beyond. I hope no one takes the 1 star rantings on here seriously. Lesslie Animal Hospital is a great place that works hard to keep animals healthy and happy. We will never use anyone else.

I was using another vet and wanted to find one closer to home and after my brother recommended Lesslie I started taking my cats to them. I am very please with the care and services performed by Dr. Setzer and his staff. His new location is wonderful and so easy to get to, they even have a covered area to drop you pet off on rainy days! Along with the friendly staff, reasonable prices I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He went into surgery last night and 6 and we got a call at 9 doctor said that he was ok and that his intestines took a banging and that hopefully they would function normally again but there was always a chance they wouldn't. Long story short we get a call as soon at they opened at 8 am from the doctor saying that bruno had passed away. He assumed it was from the anesthesia... Really like u should of known that his chances of surviving we're going to be slim to none and that the humane thing to do would of been to put him to sleep while he was with family and not put that little dog through all that.

We switched to Lesslie Animal Hospital after an expensive but horrible experience at Banfield. Dr. Selzer and his staff are so kind and caring. My dog loves to board there...she runs into the office to see all her friends and get scratches and kisses. the staff is understanding and very accomodating. They have taken our pup during family emerencies and kept her safe, happy and healthy until we could pick her up. They are gentle and caring and I wouldn't take our dog to any other Vet or boarding service!

Always friendly, always genuinely caring for my pets. I never hesitate to take my dogs here for any reason. This is where I board my dogs because I know they will be loved and treated well. Horrible staff. I took my dog in to get her ears checked and they couldn’t give a care in the world about how nervous she was. They forcefully lifted her on the table and when they went to swab her ear the lady grabbed her face to keep her from moving. Then, they just let go of her and she fell off the table that was 3 feet in the air and hit her mouth and actually broke a tooth. I wouldn’t trust these people even with a stuff animal

It's amazing to see how much of a difference there is between the vet I used to go to and Lesslie. At the old vet, my furbabies were always so stressed. But when they come here, it's like they never left home. My cat didn't hiss or growl once and my EXTREMELY anxious dog warmed right up. The staff here really know what they're doing when it comes to animals, and great customer service too!

The wonderful staff did a great job housing my cats for a day and grooming one of them. They came home healthy and happy. Prices are reasonable too. You can tell the vets really care about your pets!

Just took my cat for her annual checkup here, and it's really nice! Despite a mix-up on my scheduled appt time, they saw me right away, and were very kind with my cat even though she isn't always cooperative. Dr. Setzer answered my questions, made me feel at ease, and did not pressure me to buy any specific meds, food, etc from them, which was nice. And they offered a tour of the new facility which was also great. Thanks guys!

Dr. Setzer is such a loving and compassionate doctor. I started taking my pets there about two years ago. Now my mother is taking her pets there also.Today, July 29th, 2016, my mom had to put her cat down. The staff was awesome. Dr. Setzer stayed with my mom and step-dad for as long as they needed. I can't tell you how happy I am to have a vet that seems like a true animal lover and puts my mind at ease. Oh, and the staff is awesome also!!! Nothing but kind things to say about all of them! The new location is a HUGE upgrade from where they were previously. I was able to tour the new location and it is remarkable! It is bigger and better than before. We brought her in thinking she was sick, but it turned out she was too sick to be treated and passed away. They helped make a tough time easier and genuinely cared that Apple's last hour on earth was painless.

Wow!!! on service and Wow!!! on facilities!!!!!!! I brought my poodle Luther to Dr. Setzer and his staff when they were at their old location and was very impressed with their service and now they have a first class state of the art facility to match their first class level of service!!!! I wouldn't recommend taking your pets anywhere else. I would recommend Dr. Setzer and Lesslie Animal Hospital to any pet owner even if they didn't live in the Rock Hill area!!

We are have taken our dogs to Lesslie Animal Hospital for many years now and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. When we had to make the hard decision to put our dog to sleep back in May, Dr. Setzer and his whole staff were amazing. They allowed us to cry and stay with our dog for as long as we needed and they sent us a handwritten note of condolence, which I felt was above and beyond. I hope no one takes the 1 star rantings on here seriously. Lesslie Animal Hospital is a great place that works hard to keep animals healthy and happy. We will never use anyone else.

I was using another vet and wanted to find one closer to home and after my brother recommended Lesslie I started taking my cats to them. I am very please with the care and services performed by Dr. Setzer and his staff. His new location is wonderful and so easy to get to, they even have a covered area to drop you pet off on rainy days! Along with the friendly staff, reasonable prices I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I brought my dog in yesterday. The doctor said he knew without a doubt what it was and so the X-rays weren't necessary. He went into surgery last night and 6 and we got a call at 9 doctor said that he was ok and that his intestines took a banging and that hopefully they would function normally again but there was always a chance they wouldn't. Long story short we get a call as soon at they opened at 8 am from the doctor saying that bruno had passed away. He assumed it was from the anesthesia... Really like u should of known that his chances of surviving we're going to be slim to none and that the humane thing to do would of been to put him to sleep while he was with family and not put that little dog through all that.

We switched to Lesslie Animal Hospital after an expensive but horrible experience at Banfield. Dr. Selzer and his staff are so kind and caring. My dog loves to board there...she runs into the office to see all her friends and get scratches and kisses. the staff is understanding and very accomodating. They have taken our pup during family emerencies and kept her safe, happy and healthy until we could pick her up. They are gentle and caring and I wouldn't take our dog to any other Vet or boarding service!
