We've visited both locations in the past week (two different animals) and are so happy we chose this vet. Both locations/vets were a huge step up from the vet we were with before. Our dog was nervous, and both the tech and Dr. took their time to make her comfortable, sitting on the floor with her and giving lots of love (and treats). Staff was friendly; check in/out a breeze. Prices are on point, and you don't feel like they're trying to sell products/services that aren't necessary. They're great about reaching out to follow up on visits as well.

I was recommended to Sangaree Animal Hospital by a friend and couldn't be happier! The service was prompt and professional. Everyone on the staff, from the desk clerk to the vet tech to the veterinarian (Dr. Holland) were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to bring my dog and any future pets here for a long time! If you're reading this, just book an appointment, no need to look anywhere else.

I've been here twice with my pets for their annual vaccines. Every one is nice and the wait isn't long. My only complaint is that it can be hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment. Every time I call, the phone goes to a messaging service (during normal business hours). They are good about calling you back though if you leave a message.

Sangaree Animal hospital is great. Our sweet kitty had a virus... sneezing, runny nose, gross smell. We made a same day appointment and they fixed us right up. I felt silly bring in a cat for a cold but they knew we cared about our member of the family. They gave her a shot and said if we did not see improvement to call even over the weekend.
The next day she was up playing, grooming and breathing much better. They called to check on our kitty too.
They give you prices in advance and are super nice!
We have been to both locations and love then both.

I started taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Bella to SAH 3 yrs ago when she was just 6 weeks old and have loved it ever since. Everyone there is caring, kind and helpful. We usually see Dr Penrod who is wonderful but this last time we saw Dr McGinn who was just as amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you and your pet feel comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and they answer all of your questions and concerns. Superb place to take your animals!

The staff are such sweet people with my animals. When I check out someone will carry my animal carrier to the lobby for me. They email me about my visits, and upcoming appointment with my animals too. I have great service there and I highly recommend Sangaree Animal Hospital for all of your sick and injured animals. I Love the doctors there. What else can I say except make an appointment for your Animal and see for your self.

Super-nice folks! Dr. Penrod took extra time with my two little Jack Russell "senior citizens", examined them THOROUGHLY, and explained everything in meticulous detail. My little guys seemed more at ease here than at any previous animal hospital and one of them even fell asleep in the exam room while the other one kept reaching out his little paw to the technician for a scratch on the head. Very good signs, especially for Jack Russells!!

I had a last minute mini emergency for my dog and he had never been to Sangaree Animal Hospital before. I called to make an appointment and they saw him the same day and even made the appointment within the hour I called. We were immediately greeted when we arrived, quickly completed the paperwork, and they gave us a room. We did not wait long and the vet spent a lot of time discussing my dog's past issues and the best route to take for him as far as medicine and care. They couldn't have been better!!

Great staff and facility! I called yesterday only a few hours prior to closing to see if they could see my dog who injured his nail, was bleeding, and in a lot of pain. They found the time for us with no issue. Even before I walked in the door, I knew this was a great animal hospital. Vet and his staff were very thorough, friendly, kept a clean office, and made my boy the priority... And it even smelled nice! As soon as we were done seeing the Vet, the staff quickly cleaned up the aftermath. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking us in last minute without a prior appointment and taking the utmost care of my sweetie! God Bless!

I've been to the Main St. location twice now, this year and have seen 2 vets for my cat. Both experiences were wonderful. They are very sweet with my girl. Everyone is nice and both visits have been sweet and straight to the point and surprisingly affordable. All of the staff that I have worked with have been very helpful helping me get her carrier inside (I use crutches fulltime) and have politely answered all of my questions. Sangaree Animal Hospital was recommended to me by several people and I truly understand why!

I brought my English Mastiff for a first time check-up at the Cane Bay location and was thrilled with the clenliness of the facility, friendliness and how sweet and caring everyone was! Their prices are very reasonable and the care is top notch! They are very knoledgeable with giant breeds and have several resources to review for help and education for care of your pet. I highly reccomend this facilty to anyone looking for a new vet!

Just wanted to say thanks for being such a great animal hospital/vet. I had to let my boy go this pass Tuesday after 13 years of loving him. To top it off, I get a card in the mail today with his paw print. That touched my heart and made me cry. Very thoughtful. Thanks for being a great vet.

Took our pup, Max, to the Cane Bay office. Staff was warm, friendly and caring. Loved Dr. Ingle and so did Max. He never takes a treat from anyone but us and he did from her. As a newcomer to the area we appreciated all the Southern wisdom for caring for our little guy in the warmer months to come. We highly recommend Sangaree to anyone in the area looking for a vet.

Dr. McGinn and his staff went above and beyond to take of our dog Harley. They immediately saw what was wrong and immediately started treating Harley. They also checked on Harley several days and told us if we needed anything or had question to not hesitate to call them. Sangaree Animal Hospital is the only place I trust to take care of our babies. I never have easy issues with my animals, but the staff are always there. Dr. Graham, I will always be grateful for all you did for Sugar, and helping her to stay a little longer. I will miss you terribly, and your out of box thinking when needed.

You took care of our rescue kitty (now almost 14 years old) treating her with the love and compassion of one who truly cares and loves all furry babies. For our babies, they are! Always keeping us informed, answering all questions, calming us as well as her. There is no other place we would ever take our pet, your staff is welcoming, efficient, professional and caring. I started taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Bella to SAH 3 yrs ago when she was just 6 weeks old and have loved it ever since. Everyone there is caring, kind and helpful. We usually see Dr Penrod who is wonderful but this last time we saw Dr McGinn who was just as amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you and your pet feel comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and they answer all of your questions and concerns. Superb place to take your animals!

I've been going there with my animals for a very long time. The doctors are very caring, very smart, and will explain everything going on with my cat or dog. The staff are such sweet people with my animals. When I check out someone will carry my animal carrier to the lobby for me. They email me about my visits, and upcoming appointment with my animals too. I have great service there and I highly recommend Sangaree Animal Hospital for all of your sick and injured animals. I Love the doctors there. What else can I say except make an appointment for your Animal and see for your self.

Super-nice folks! Dr. Penrod took extra time with my two little Jack Russell "senior citizens", examined them THOROUGHLY, and explained everything in meticulous detail. My little guys seemed more at ease here than at any previous animal hospital and one of them even fell asleep in the exam room while the other one kept reaching out his little paw to the technician for a scratch on the head. Very good signs, especially for Jack Russells!!

I had a last minute mini emergency for my dog and he had never been to Sangaree Animal Hospital before. I called to make an appointment and they saw him the same day and even made the appointment within the hour I called. We were immediately greeted when we arrived, quickly completed the paperwork, and they gave us a room. We did not wait long and the vet spent a lot of time discussing my dog's past issues and the best route to take for him as far as medicine and care. They couldn't have been better!!

Great staff and facility! I called yesterday only a few hours prior to closing to see if they could see my dog who injured his nail, was bleeding, and in a lot of pain. They found the time for us with no issue. Even before I walked in the door, I knew this was a great animal hospital. Vet and his staff were very thorough, friendly, kept a clean office, and made my boy the priority... And it even smelled nice! As soon as we were done seeing the Vet, the staff quickly cleaned up the aftermath. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking us in last minute without a prior appointment and taking the utmost care of my sweetie! God Bless!

I've been to the Main St. location twice now, this year and have seen 2 vets for my cat. Both experiences were wonderful. They are very sweet with my girl. Everyone is nice and both visits have been sweet and straight to the point and surprisingly affordable. All of the staff that I have worked with have been very helpful helping me get her carrier inside (I use crutches fulltime) and have politely answered all of my questions. Sangaree Animal Hospital was recommended to me by several people and I truly understand why!

I brought my English Mastiff for a first time check-up at the Cane Bay location and was thrilled with the clenliness of the facility, friendliness and how sweet and caring everyone was! Their prices are very reasonable and the care is top notch! They are very knoledgeable with giant breeds and have several resources to review for help and education for care of your pet. I highly reccomend this facilty to anyone looking for a new vet!
