Dr Shambley and his staff are the best! Great with small animals as well those of the equine variety. Never had a reason to complain. Will definitely keep going back.

Dr. Shambly is an unpleasant man, who does not respect the owner's wishes concerning their animals care and treatment. He has caused a great deal of damage to one of my best friends animals, resulting in $4,000.00 of repair surgeries to correct his poor quality surgery.
This surgery was performed without the owner's consent (It was to have originally been done by a different vet) and not according to the plan of care agreement that had been previously discussed. Dr. Shambly ignored the care plan, the owner's wishes, and in the process, caused a large gaping wound that was incorrectly closed.
While those who work with him are not of the same ilk, a customer will not be assured that their pet will not be commandeered by Dr. Shambly during treatment.
He also over charged for the procedure ($800.00 for a "simple" removal of a lump.) His lack of concern and compassion, combined with his greed, led to grief and heartache. It is my hope that no one else (person or animal) will have to suffer at his hand.
