For the last couple of years, the service and friendliness has declined and the charge has increased.
The advertising is great, its all about your animal the care, the feeling you get once you want something from them, is different.
I will tell here my story and please Vet Clinic do not come back with any law issues, because thats the only response you have, if somebody leaves a negative feedback. Negative Feedback can be good to improve and change, but you do not take the opportunity to change, instead you make the customer feel bad.
My dog had ear infection, of course as anyone else, I tried to fix it. After about 2 weeks, ear being ok, being not ok, I decided to call the Vet and ask for a prescription for her ear infection. Bell had been at the Vet in June/July, so she had her Well checkup not too long ago. I was told, no prescription will be given until a Vet sees her. So Bell was brought to the Vet for evaluation and medication was given to her right then. The medication did not help and I called to get something different. The answer was, I needed to bring her again to have her checked. Something is not right. The 1st answer I got to bring her in in order to get medication, she was in and the 2nd answer is to bring her back. I get the feeling it is not about the animal, it is to give her another check up to be charged again. Even the online order for medication and had to be approved by the Vet was declined. That alone tells me, because I do not come in with the dog and they cant charge me for the visit and medication, they dont approve the online requirement and they only want the money. The animal is not considered.
Well there are enough other good Vet clinics in the area and Im sure I can find one which considers the Customer as the customer and treat the customer in a fair manor and put their focus on the animal and not on the money.

.I understand it cost money, but if it is a follow up and the treatment has not improved, you should offer that different medication can be picked up instead of another visit to charge. I never had a problem with them until that incident came up.
sometimes we got the feeling we are the worst Pet owners in the world. They talk in a tone to you, that you feel like a little child and dont know anything about your animal. Im sure there are people out there, but maybe changing how you treat the Pet owners would help.
