We recently had a stomach issue with our dog and took her to see Teri and the staff at Hartford Vet Clinic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a pet owner! They returned calls when they said they would, and even stayed late on a Friday to get her exploratory surgery taken care of before the weekend. I took my dog here after he got gotten a cut on his chest that was a pretty decent size. I understand since pets are constantly coming in and out that were would be hair on the floor but not THAT much. There was also cat spray on the floor. Very unclean lobby. The vet did prescribe antibiotics and anti inflammatory, but did not close, clean, or dress the wound. I decided to get a second opinion because it was such a big gash and the other vet that I took him him to said that it needed to be closed so the other place stitched him up. Not impressed with Hartford Vet Clinic and will no be going there again. Read Less

My pup Max had an allergic reaction to something and both of his ears swelled up over night. We thought he had a hematoma in each ear but that wasn't the case. Dr. Michael's cleaned his ears and gave him some med's. Later that day he back to his old crazy self. I think I found a new vet for long term care of my dogs. Read Less

We have gone to several veterinarians in the past and were unable to find one that we liked. When Hartford got a clinic I was super excited. Teri is such a nice lady and treats our cats like they are her own. She is very loving and tries to make them feel comfortable- even when they are scared.
