The only place we will bring our 11 year old pitbull. Doc is always willing to get down to her level when working with her. He also isn't afraid to wrestle her around for her nail trims. Its wonderful. We had to take her to get a tumor removed and had to leave her overnight. The staff was nice enough to let us come in and pick her up on a day they weren't even open. First off, I would like to say that Dr. Williams is hands-down the best vet I have ever been to. He understands my pups like none other and doesn't gouge on prices like a lot of other vets in this city. I have an old corgi who hates his shots and has tried to nip every vet that has ever given him a rabies shot. However, Loki did not even notice when Dr. Williams gave him the shot, just kept letting Dr. Williams love him. My newest pup, a shiba inu (and breed known for being standoffish) also liked him. That being said, Dr. Williams is a SINGLE VET OFFICE and is HUGELY POPULAR. Even when I had an appointment, I waited upwards of thirty minutes to get into an office. The man doesn't look like he even has a chance to sit down between seeing his large furry customer base. If you're looking for a quick in-and-out, probably not the place to go. If you're looking for a man who has your pets' interests at the top of his priorities, this is the vet for you. Read Less

Dayton has been our family vet for the last 20 years or more. He is so good with the animals and keeps their visits short so they don't get stressed out. My dog has gone to him since she was 8 weeks old and is now 9 years. Reasonable prices and very trustworthy. Read Less

Poor quality of service. Never even got an introduction from the vet the first time I brought my dog in. He just looked at my dog and moved on. If you want to go to a place you and your dog feel like a number, this is it. Was also provided very little information on licensing my dog, how to care after getting neutered, etc. Was only advised after proactively asking. Not a good place for first time dog owners. Review was: Best small animal vet in town, period. Boy was I wrong. We used to use, and refer, Dr. Williams but have since realized that all animal pet hospital is a VERY unreliable clinic. First he misdiagnosed one of our pets as untreatable and recommended having her PTS. Another vet said his diagnosis was super weird and cleared up the problem with basic antibiotics. It literally cleared up in two days. Still, we thought that since they were so cheap that we'd go there anyways for routine stuff like shots. Then we needed proof of vaccinating stuff like bordetella and when we contacted the vet, we found out they hadn't even given half the shots they were supposed to. All animal SEEMS like an affordable, quality clinic. But they're always busy so Dr. Williams never has sufficient time to talk to you and, apparently, make proper diagnoses. I recommend trying a vet like Sioux Nation or Prairie Creek - there is no comparison. Read Less

Started taking my Siamese to Dr Williams for a second opinion. Haven't gone anywhere since. He has a passion and love for animals that is genuinely displayed. He has a great demeanor with my cats, including my Siamese who is not fond of going to the vet. His staff is also very friendly and answer my questions very well. Best vet in town for sure.Read Less
