Went in there before moving back home to get our cat a health certificate to fly. I felt like they were scrambled to figure out what they needed to do. When I told them on the phone what I was doing/what I needed the cert. for they told me to bring him in with his past history so I did. When I got there Dr. Luken sarcastically told me I needed other things and sounded very frustrated. The ladies there also didn't tell him why I was even there. He gave me a speech about how the cat hadn't had a shot yet and how "Your just coming in to get  a free shot" and sounded very nasty about it. I didn't go in for a shot of any kind, or anything free for that matter. So I rushed home and got the rest of the paperwork and he came out with a book from the 80's telling me how the law from where I was going required him to call within 10 days of us flying to tell them I had a cat coming with me. He came off very frustrated and acted like it was my fault, pointing fingers. But on airline's website it said that we couldn't bring the cat in to a vet until it was *7* days of us flying. Turns out the law is outdated, just like the book he was waving around at us. So he didn't need to call. Then it turns out (after we sold everything, car included) they gave us too many papers and I had to find a way back over there right before we moved to hand them papers they accidentally gave me. I couldn't mail them, I couldn't ship them back, I had to go back in the -30 degree snow with no car on the day before I was leaving to deliver them papers they gave me when they shouldn't have given them to me.Overall the staff seemed a little clueless, they were nice, but didn't seem to know what was going on. Outdated laws, Luken made me feel like I was stupid for bringing him in when I did, and I didn't appreciate it. Wouldn't recommend anyone to that place.  Maybe everyone was having a bad day. But that doesn't matter. Read Less
