We experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff when scheduling an appointment for our two pets to obtain scheduled shots and grooming. While dropping the pets off on the morning of the appointment, staff greeted and explained the services they were to perform. We were informed they would contact us and let us know they pets were ready for pick-up. Upon arrival to retrieve our pets, we learned more about the facility and services offered-we decided to schedule more services with CCAC as we were completely impressed with how helpful and attentive they were that day. While we were checking out, another person came in with an injured pet (was unable to use back legs for several days per owner) and the staff quickly started checking the pet in so the veterinarian could see to it’s needs. We have scheduled mores services with CCAC and will continue to share our experiences. Great staff and happy customer! Leech Family Read Less

We tried this place a few times with our two dogs. The last time we went is the last time we will ever go. We saw a "doctor" about my dogs teeth issues and neck pain. I felt like I guided the whole appointment. It was like it was her first day or something. I had to ask questions and suggest info, otherwise she would have just stared at me. It was so bizarre. She had no real suggestions or info to provide. Then they charged $40 for the appointment, and it was a total waste of time. I could have saved the money and gotten more info pieced together on Google. Their nail trims and laser treatments are also about $5-$10 more than many other more modern clinics, from my research. The customer service is okay. All in all, I wouldn't waste my time here if you have any other decent option in your vicinity. Read Less

I've taken my little shih tzu many places and this place was the absolute worst. When I picked her up, the woman at the front desk was rude and said my dog was "spoiled". The worst however was yet to come. I'd only gone a couple of miles when my dog began to cry/scream very loudly and shake. I pulled into the front of our condos as quickly as I could and set her on the grass. She began to vomit and have diarrhea simultaneously. I had to use the little bandana they had put around her neck to help clean her up. I immediately called the groomers and they were not concerned. They said this was a normal response to being groomed and said she needed antibiotics. They said the reaction was brought on by stress of grooming. My dog had been groomed many, many times in her life. How ridiculous!!!So, I not only ended up paying for the grooming but for antibiotics as well. I would give this place ZERO stars if it were an option. Read Less
