A few months ago my dog was a patient at Banfield on their Puppy plan. They told me he needed a baby tooth extracted so I walked into this vet to ask for a second opinion. Everyone was so nice and considerate and after telling the vet how old my dog was she said give it time. Due to the customer service, I told them I'd be back when my Banfield plan expired. Since, the tooth has naturally fallen out and yesterday was my first visit to this vet. Again, customer service exceeded expectations from the desk staff to Dr. Wall. Dr. Wall explained in detail what my dog needed and took care of everything so that hopefully we won't have to go back for another year. Fantastic experience!

My pets have been treated at Brentwood Vet for close to 15 years, and I can say without reservation it’s the best, from start to finish, vet experience I’ve ever had.
Over the years we’ve experienced everything from annual exams to several emergencies, to end of life situations. They have always taken great care of us. Everyone is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. All my dogs love them, and so do I.

First of all, let me just say how I’m amazed that such a great experience could come from the beginning of such a terrible day!
For YEARS I’ve been looking for a wonderful place to take the little girl that brings such great joy to my life. To know that there is a facility so close to me that gives me such peace of mind is such a blessing!
From making the appointment, to getting my baby seen and having everything taken care of, it was honestly such a breeze! Dr Brooke Frautschy took this panic stricken puppy daddy and not only calmed my nerves, but took such great care of my girl!
She was also very informative, which I appreciated so much. She’s as close as I’m going to be able to get to talking directly to Ava!
I’d also like to thank Amanda for being so courteous and warm in our introduction and getting us in for our appointment(even thought it was kind of last minute). Patience and customer service like that is one of a kind!
I would recommend this clinic to ANY of my friends who have a pet that is ill or even just needs a regular checkup. Truly a wonderful team and experience! Thank you!

Not only do I love going to Brentwood Vet, but my dog loves it too. How many people can say that their dog loves going to the vet?! Dr. Wall is the best. He gets on the floor and loves my dog like he's his own, and he gives us as much time as we need to get all our questions answered. He never rushes us. I think our dog would go home with Dr. Wall if we let him!

Brentwood Veterinary Clinic is phenomenal. My dog actually loves coming! All of the staff members are super nice and friendly and they are super organized and make everything very easy. I have always been able to get same day appointments and all of the vets I have had appointments with have always been great about explaining things and answering questions. I always trust their decisions. Someone also always calls you the next day to follow up on your pet. I also board my dog here when I am out of town and they do a great job. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for wonderful care for your pet.

Brentwood Vet has been my vet for years - they are absolutely awesome! They always do whatever it takes to make sure you & your fur-baby are taken care of. No idea if you could save a dollar going somewhere else but I know that won't be me - as long as they have the same loving & compassionate folks working there, they are the vet for us! Our 14 1/2 year old dog was not doing well the day before the July 4th holiday. Our regular vet was closed but fortunately this business, which was closer to our house, had an opening. They let us crowd 8 people into the exam room as they did some basic blood work. They kindly told us her kidneys were failing. We wanted one more family member to tell her goodbye. The Dr said she wasn't in pain but was dehydrated and thus felt flu like. They suggested giving her a fluid bubble under the skin to help her feel a little better and buy us more time. Today, July 5th, after two full days of spoiling her and telling stories, we took her in. They were so sweet, patience and kind. They told us step by step everything that would happen. They made sure we were ready and made a very difficult process so much better. After she was gone, we left the room and they placed her in a box for us and brought her to our car. Although they did not know her, and they probably have to do this kind of thing often, they made us feel so special and loved. I highly recommend them!

For about 2 years, I've been taking my cats to BVC, where they are seen my Dr. Frautschy. My experience there has always been excellent. The hours are extended (8pm on most days), the staff is friendly, the care is first rate, and the prices are about half of what I have paid at other vets in town.

I took my 9 week old runt Maltipoo puppy, Pearl, in for an exam, because her appetite was scarce, and vaccinations. She got her shots and was dewormed, they cleaned her ears and filed her nails, weighed her, took my payment and sent me on my merry way. One week later: my dog still has no appetite and is vomiting and crying and bloated like she'd swallowed an orange whole so I take her to the nearest vet (Bellevue Animal Hospital). At this office I find out she's got Coccidia and Giardia OUT OF CONTROL, 2 ear infections, she's underweight, and the food I'd been giving her (Brentwood vet said it was great) is the nutritional equivalent of feeding a baby McDonalds and impossible for her to digest. I was told I "saved her life" by bringing her in when I did because she was barely surviving and I had no idea. Tell me HOW Brentwood Veterinary Clinic missed ALL of this? If you love your pet and care about their health and safety take them elsewhere.

After our first visit here I wanted to give a great review, but after our most recent experience I have to say we will never be back. We initially went in August or September for our dog's annual check-up. They were friendly and helpful and while a little overpriced, it wasn't ridiculous. We wanted to go ahead and have his rabies vaccine shot while we were there, but they said that because he isn't due for one until October to come back then. Now I know why.....We called to see how much a rabies shot would be and they told us about $30. Not a big deal, but when we went to pay they charged us $90! After just having our dog's annual check-up with them roughly a month before they charged us ANOTHER "basic exam fee" and charged us for a fecal exam. No one asked if we wanted the fecal exam or said it would be extra, they just took our dog out of the room and did it. When I questioned the total charge at the front desk the woman just stared up at me blankly. We paid and left, but will never be going back after feeling completely scammed.

Very expensive. After making an appointment to neuter my puppy I decided to call the day before to ask about how much money I would end up having to spend. They refused to give me an estimate until I made it clear they would give me one. I quickly found out why they refused to give me an estimate because I would have been spending a fortune the next day if I would not have changed vets and they didn't want me to know that until it was too late. They also told me that I would need a set of three shots when I first got my dog. However I was asked to come back about five times which meant paying more. They also dont seem to know what they are doing. DONT GO THERE!

A few months ago my dog was a patient at Banfield on their Puppy plan. They told me he needed a baby tooth extracted so I walked into this vet to ask for a second opinion. Everyone was so nice and considerate and after telling the vet how old my dog was she said give it time. Due to the customer service, I told them I'd be back when my Banfield plan expired. Brentwood Veterinary Clinic is phenomenal. My dog actually loves coming! All of the staff members are super nice and friendly and they are super organized and make everything very easy. I have always been able to get same day appointments and all of the vets I have had appointments with have always been great about explaining things and answering questions. I always trust their decisions. Someone also always calls you the next day to follow up on your pet. I also board my dog here when I am out of town and they do a great job.
