The vet is very good and thorough(I would give her a 5star). The (2) star was given because of post surgical care. I had a concern about the site, due to the amount of discharge and dog yelping. The Dr. was not going to be in for another three days. I pleaded if the avail. Dr. could at least look at the photos taken of site. The staff said the Dr was not willing. In conclusion, staff gave me best option is to come in and pay additional fees. My employment was in a slump(I spent all I had and more, for initial surgery) I am a regular client and thought they could have done more. Love this vet! Always so helpful and knowledgeable! Really nice girls! Just had to add that now I have a dog we have come here alot more. They are so caring and gentle with the creatures in their care. I have a 3.8 lb Yorkie and they are all so tender and sweet with her. GG loves coming here! I've never had bad advise and their solutions are cost effective and always work. For example my husband gave GG a pig ear but because she is so tiny tore it into little shards for her to chew more easily. Well that backfired she just gobbled them up no chewing required. The shards we're like glass and made her poop blood. We were terrified she was going to die. They gave her some meds and only 69$ and 24 hours later she was running around happy as ever. I really appreciate this vet and that they don't nickel and dime you. They just want what's best for the pet. Read Less

Excellent veterinarians who are actually sincerely caring about your pet! They were wonderful when I took my dogs who are extremely rambunctious and wild... I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Walker and her staff. I have two dogs and two ferrets and take all of them to this office. Dr Walker hasn't ever had me pay for unnecessary testing as my old clinic did and she removed a tumor from my beagle for a fraction of what my old vet wanted. I'll never go anywhere else again. I never have any worries when I take the cats to this clinic or when they need a surgical procedure. Dr. Smith is always patient and kind and very informative. This is one of the best vet offices we have found anywhere we have ever lived. Always amazing service! Reasonably priced. When I wrote this I had given the Clarksville Animal Clinic a one star because of their front staff, but I went back because I had too and I don't regret that. The Vet, and her staff were beyond amazing and I was so happy with how they cared for my dog and answered my questions. I still feel that the front staff needs some work, but the vet and the back staff were super great. They made a huge impression on me and because of that, I give this clinic 4 stars. Thank you. My chihuahua had ingested rat poison without knowing... After a few days he became severely ill and I took him to No. Clks Vet Clinic where I have been taking my family pets since the early 80's. The staff sprang into action, he needed an emergency blood transfusion And not having blood on hand.... The vet ran home and got her own dog to donate blood to save my little guys life! I Love this clinic. We took our dog on post for a little bit but then couldn't seem to get appointments when we needed them so we went here and I love it. They do walk-ins so I know that during the day I can bring my dog in for anything anytime. Dr. Singleterry is always super cheerful and down to earth. She seems to be just as hyper and happy as my golden doodle so they get along wonderfully. Dr. Smith has a much more calm demeanor but so patient with my crazy doodle.I have yet to met Dr. Walker. The assistants are also very patient and cheery and the front desk are sweet and quick. Estimates have always been given to me before anything has ever been done to my dog. Read Less
